World 2-2: Looking for Merlee

Merlee's Mansion (Super Paper Mario)

"Now that's a cool mansion." Sora said.

"Yeah." Kairi nodded. "I wonder what it's like on the inside."

"Probably not creepy." Mario said as the Keyblade Wielders looked at him. "It's a long story." He said as Peach glanced at Lightning who was still looking at the mansion.

"Lightning, you coming?"

"Huh, what?" Lightning was brought back to reality. "Yeah." She nodded as they walked in the mansion together, only to be greeted by two guard dogs.

"What the heck?" Sora asked.

"Those guard dogs are called Gnips." Tippi replied. "They're actually very harmless...but they do throw you out of the mansion if they catch you."

"Not if we have anything to say about it." Sora said, nodding at Kairi as they both summoned their Keyblades and used Stopza, immediately stopping the two dogs.

"Too easy." Kairi grinned as they walked on past and walked through the door after examining a crystal ball that did absolutely nothing.

"Why hello there!" A voice exclaimed as they looked to see some sort of small maid approaching them. "I'm Merlee's maid, Mimi!" She smiled. "You can call me Mimikins if you want." She said, winking at Mario and Sora while earning glares at Peach and Kairi.

Don't you be winking at my man... Kairi thought. He's cute, but he's mine.

Lady, you are this close to getting slapped from winking at Mario... Peach thought.

"Whoa whoa whoa, what's with the glares? I didn't do anything wrong!"

"You did wink at the guys." Tippi said. "Maybe that had something to do with it."

"Oh ho! Jealousy alert!" Thoreau exclaimed. "I'm predicting a cat fight soon!"

"Oh, that'll be entertaining!" Boomer exclaimed, causing everyone to sweatdrop.

"Anyways..." Lightning looked at Mimi. "We're looking for Merlee."

"Oh! I think I saw her in the far room in the second floor." Mimi said as they nodded and walked to the door and walked through it. Yes, that's right...go and press that button! She giggled.

Laughter and Merriment (Kingdom Hearts II)

As they kept walking, they noticed a button on a wall. "A button on a wall?" Peach wondered as Sora curiously pressed it...when all of a sudden the windows were barred shut.

"Uh..." Kairi looked at this in confusion.

"Uh, guys?" Lightning pointed up as they looked to see a spiked ceiling coming down.

"OH GEEZ!" Peach screamed as they managed to run and quickly get out of there in time.

Mimi saw this and she was shocked. How did they notice that spiked ceiling so soon?! She thought. DANG IT, I SHOULD'VE BARRED THE DOOR!

"You seem rather upset." Lightning said when they came back.

"Oh...I...uh..." She had to think of something quick. "I got a call from my boyfriend...he just broke up with me!" She lied.

"Maids get boyfriends?" Sora asked.

"Well duh."

"I didn't think they were allowed to have relationships..." Mario thought.

"Well, whatever mistress Merlee doesn't know won't hurt her, right?" She giggled. "So she wasn't in the far room?"

"Nope." Kairi said.

"Hmm...how about this room?" She asked, pointing to the room near them.

"Worth a try." Mario said as they went in the room, only to find coins. "Mama mia!"

If the rumors are true...Mario would be gathering them all up and then fall into the pit below. Heheh, then it's the others I have to worry about. Mimi smirked as she watched Sora using Magnega to gather them all up. WHAT?!

"There we go." Sora said. "That way, you don't have to go all the way to the room to get them all up." He smiled as Mario gathered them all up.

"Thanks." Mario smiled.

THAT'S CHEATING! She thought as she quickly closed the door and managed to catch her breath. Just play it cool, Mimi... it's not like they'll see through the other traps so easily, right?

"She wasn't in there." Peach said. "We found a lot of coins, but that doesn't help much."

"Um...the door in the middle upstairs?" Mimi suggested as they went in there. Come on, one's gotta be stupid enough to fall for this, right? She thought as she watched them from the door.

"Hey, this mushroom is getting away from us!" Mario exclaimed.

"It's hooked on a line..." Kairi said, summoning her Keyblade. "Not for long." She smirked. "THUNDER!" She yelled, using Thundaga to fry it and free the Mushroom as Mario took it and put it in his pocket.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! She thought as she closed the door. Come on, Mimi...think... what is the best idea for the next room? She thought and then snapped her fingers. I know! I'll make it disappear! She thought.

"Oh, you're here?" Peach looked at Mimi.

"Um...I spotted her walking into this door." Mimi pointed as they nodded and walked in. Come on, one of you needs to humor me here! She thought as she watched them...and then Sora used Strike Raid on the rope to make the Mushroom fall...and into a trap door.

"Oh...good thing we didn't grab that." Sora said.

MAN THEY'RE GOOD! Mimi thought. Wait...they didn't grab the key in the other room, right? There's no way that'll happen. She hopped down the stairs as the others got out of the room as they spotted a locked door being guarded by a Gnaw.

"I wonder what's in there?" Sora asked as he used Stopza on the Gnaw as they walked over to the lock as Kairi aimed her Keyblade at it.

Wait...Keyblades unlock locks, right? Mimi asked and started sweating nervously. Don't unlock it, don't unlock it, DON'T UNLOCK IT! She thought as the lock broke after Kairi fired a beam, destroying the lock and then looked at the Gnaw. Okay...stay frozen...stay frozen... Stopza wore off as the Gnaw acknowledged that it was free and growled at Mimi. STAY FROZEN! She thought, but the Gnaw ran after her. "AAAAAAAAH!" She screamed and then ran off.

"What was that all about?" Sora asked.

"I dunno." Mario shrugged as they walked in to the next area.

World 2-3: A Debt Quickly Paid Off

Merlee's Mansion

They kept walking until they spotted a ? block as Mario quickly ran over to hit it as a coin popped out...and a vase fell, causing it to shatter when it hit the ground. "What the?" Lightning wondered. "Where'd that vase come from?"

"I didn't see it..." Mario said as they heard a door slam as they spotted Mimi leaning on it with the Gnaw barking at the door as she was panting too.

"OH SHUT UP, YOU RABID MUTT!" She yelled as she stuck her tongue out at the door. "This is why I hate dogs..." She muttered as she turned around and saw the vase. "Oh no...NOOOO!" she screamed. "MY MOST BEAUTIFUL VASE IS DESTROYED!"

"Uh, sorry." Mario said.

"You're gonna pay for that..." She growled.

Mario took out his wallet. "How much? A hundred coins?"

"Coins? PFFT, who uses coins these days? Rubees is all the rage these days! Just for destroying the vase, you owe me a million of them! Until you can pay me off, you will work here for the rest of your lives!" She exclaimed, causing Mario to drop the wallet in shock.

"A million?!" Peach exclaimed. "But that's outrageous!"

"That's business." Mimi said as she walked away. "Let me know when you got them all." She said and then chuckled evilly. Heh, let's see if they can get out of THIS one. She smirked.

"Why that dirty little..." Kairi growled under her breath.

"Psst." A voice called to them as they spotted a slave peeking out of a corner.

"You talking to us?" Sora asked.

"Who else do you think I'm talking to?" He asked.

"Good point..." Sora nodded.

"I know of a way to get the million rubees." He said.

"You do?" Lightning asked.

"Yes..." He nodded. "But it's just a rumor I've heard. Apparently at the top floor, there is a safe which has the million rubees. There is a code for the number pad. You got a piece of paper?"

"Uh...no." Sora replied.

"Well, I hope you have a good memory." He said. "The code is 41262816." He told him as he shifted his eyes around before walking away. "It's just a rumor though...but you didn't hear it from me..."

"Well then...shall we go find the safe?" Mario suggested as they nodded and went up to the floor, but along the way they spotted a treasure chest as they opened it.

"YEE-HAW! I'M FREE!" A voice yelled as another pixl came out.

"You're kidding me..." Kairi said. "How many pixls are there?"

"I dunno...probably a lot." Sora shrugged.

"So Thoreau grabs, Boomer explodes... you do what?" Tippi asked. "And what is your name, by the way?"

"The name's Slim! I make people paper thin!"

Mario raised an eyebrow. "But that's impossible; no one can be paper thin."

"Ah, but I throw reality out of the window with my power! Nothing is impossible, is what I always say!"

Lightning sweatdropped. "Okay then..." She said as Slim immediately joined them.

"Well this just got more interesting." Thoreau said as Boomer nodded in agreement as they made their way to the top as they spotted an electric gate which they easily got through thanks to Slim as they got to the safe.

"Alright...the code." Tippi looked at it. "I have it all memorized." She said as Peach got to the box next to it as she told the code to Peach as she pressed the buttons, as the door opened...and a tsunami of rubees slammed down on them.

"Okaaaay, we need a lot of bags..." Thoreau said as they got out of the wave of Rubees.

"And a lot more people." Lightning said as she summoned her friends to help.

After all the Rubees were gathered...

"Geez! How many rubees to you need?!" Hope exclaimed.

"A million of them." Lightning replied and explained the situation to them.

"Hmm...this Mimi character doesn't seem to be completely honest..." Vanille muttered. "I think you need to be careful with her."

"No kidding..." Sazh said as Snow basically kicked open the door to the bank in the mansion.

"Hey, there's a doorknob, ya know!" Mimi exclaimed.

"Do you WANT me to drop all of these, turn the doorknob, open the door and pick them all back up?" Snow asked.

"Yeah, pretty much."

Snow growled. "Man, you are a piece of work...never thinking about helping others or something..." He muttered.

"So, you got all the Rubees...with outside help?" Mimi asked.

"Yeah." Lightning nodded.

"Oh well, more slaves for me then." Mimi shrugged as they put all the Rubees down as she started counting them.

"That should be enough." Kairi said.

Mimi blinked. "You paid it all...in full..." She said. "H-HOW?! THIS WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING TO ME!" She screamed as she then fainted on the spot.

"Well that was dramatic..." Hope said.

"Remind me to never come to THIS bank whenever I'm in debt and I pay in full..." Serrah said.

"Agreed." Sazh nodded as Lightning smiled at them.

"Thanks guys." She said.

"No problem." Snow smirked. "You got a problem, you know who to call." He said as they all disappeared.

"Come on, let's keep going." Kairi said as they nodded and walked away, leaving a knocked out Mimi by herself.

Poor Mimi...outsmarted by the Mushroom Kingdom residents and Keyblade Wielders...oh, and Lightning as well.

In other news...there's gonna be a Five Nights at Freddy's 4...and it'll come out in Halloween. I thought we were DONE with it after the third one!
