World 5-2: Blockade! Clues! Pixls! O'Chunks?

Gap of Crag (Super Paper Mario)

As soon as they kept running, they spotted a warp pipe not too far off. "They're going in there!" Mario exclaimed and then one of the Floro Sapiens made a huge block out of thin air and then hopped in as it then sealed the warp pipe. "Oh come on!"

"Stand back." Bowser cracked his knuckles. "I'll take care of this." He said as he pulled his arm back and then unleashed a mighty punch...but it somehow didn't make a dent. "What?!"

"How the heck did that not even work?" Kairi asked.

"I dunno." Sora shrugged as Kirby walked up to it and used Hammer Flip, but that didn't work either.

"Poyo...?" Kirby blinked.

"Hmm...King Croacus's lair is down there." Samus said. "I'm picking up that Shulk is under there too."

"So he made it in." Lucina said. "That's good."

"One problem, we need to get down there but this thing is in the way." Sora said, watching Thudley ground pound the block several times and then Link bombed it with the help of Boomer. Nothing.

"Usually, bombs are always the answer..." Link said. "Hmm..." He thought about it. "I wonder if there's a clue around here."

They kept walking when they noticed some sort of prehistoric TV screen in front of them. "What is that?" Peach wondered.

"Some guy running around a Yoshi statue." Link said, as he found a couple more. "One of them requires burning and another diving into a body of water."

"Poyo..." Kirby said and then spotted a random butterfly. "Poyo!" He exclaimed and chased after it.

"Um, Kirby?" Lucina looked at him. "Where are you going?"

"Chasing after a butterfly." Link said. "I'm surprised he didn't chase after Tippi."

"Hey!"

"Hey, you're a butterfly, aren't you?"

"Yeah but...that still doesn't mean that you should encourage Kirby to chase after me!" Tippi exclaimed.

"Hey look, he's running around a Yoshi statue!" Peach exclaimed, pointing to Kirby who at the moment was chasing the butterfly around the statue several times until some sort of tablet appeared near them as Link took it.

"Interesting..." Link said, and then spotted Bowser walking back to them. "Where'd you go?"

"Burning." Bowser chuckled as they all saw smoke coming from behind. "I did find this." He said, holding another tablet.

"Huh." Link looked at it and then Kairi ran up to them dripping wet. "Let me guess, you went to go find a body of water?"

"Pretty much." Kairi said. "Though, this was holding me down while I was swimming back up." She said.

"Great, now what are we going to do with these?" Peach wondered.

"I am picking up some sort of area that can hold these tablets." Samus said, walking to the area with the others following as Kirby eventually caught up with them as they came across the same area, then Link placed the three tablets in it.

"Okay, I'm still wondering what was the point of all that." Lightning said.

"Hello!" A hammer pixel suddenly appeared next to Lucina.

"WHOA!" Lucina yelled.

Strange Company (Super Paper Mario)

"Where the heck did you come from?!" Lucina exclaimed.

"The tablets are in the right order, so I came by to see who did it." It replied. "The name's Cudge."

One introduction later...

"Now before we head off, I need to know your motto of your team."

"Our motto...?" Sora blinked as he looked at them but they could only just shrug as they had to think about it.

Lucina thought of something. Well...it's worth a shot. "The future is not written?" She said.

"The future is not written..." Cudge said. "Oh...OH...OH! That sounds perfect! Excuse me a moment." He said and then flew up.

"Why?" Samus looked at her. "The only time you say that is when you win a match!"

"Sorry, it was the only thing that came to me!" Lucina shrugged.

"THE FUTURE IS NOT WRITTEN!" He yelled and then flew back down. "I love it!" He exclaimed. "I'm going with you no matter what happens!"

"Poyo!" Kirby exclaimed happily, not really caring about any motto as they headed back to the block in front of them.

"I wonder..." Mario looked at Cudge. "Hey, can you-" Suddenly, he was punched away.

"MARIO!" Peach yelled.

"What in the world?!" Rosalina exclaimed.

"Didn't think you'd see ME again, did ya?" A familiar voice asked.

Villains of a Sort (Kingdom Hearts)

"Oh no..." Tippi sweatdropped.

"O'Chunks..." Lightning growled.

Samus blinked through her helmet. "Where do people come up with names these days?"

"It's nice to see ya again." O'Chunks smirked. "And now that I'm here, I'll get to wipe the floor with all of you!"

"Not without a little help, that is..." A voice said as Dimentio appeared in front of them.

Dimentio, Charming Magician (Super Paper Mario)

"HEY!" O'Chunks yelled. "THIS IS MY BATTLE AND YOU CAN'T INTERFERE!"

"Ahahaha..." Dimentio chuckled. "But what if I were to...boost your power?"

"Boost my power? Keep talkin'..."

"If you use my help, you can get rid of these guys." Dimentio said as Mario ran back up to them.

"I like it." O'Chunks said as Dimentio smirked and teleported them to Dimension D.

"Feel free to have at it. I'll just stand by and watch." Dimentio said.

"Bring it!" O'Chunks smirked. "I'll chunk on ya so badly; you won't know what hit you!"

Rowdy Rumble (Kingdom Hearts II)

O'Chunks ran straight to them to punch them, but Bowser grabbed his fist and then flipped him over and kicked him as Lucina used Dancing Blade and Kirby used Hammer Flip to hammer him up in the air as Samus fired multiple missiles at O'Chunks.

O'Chunks picked up a part of the ground and threw it at Rosalina, but she used Gravitational Pull followed by a Luma Shot, but O'Chunks just grabbed Polari. "What in the heck is this thing?" He wondered.

"HEY! PUT ME DOWN!" Polari yelled as O'Chunks looked up to see Rosalina kicking him right in the chest, causing him to let go of Polari as he did a small uppercut on him as he was sent flying in the air. "Yeah that's right, don't mess with the Lumas!"

Link aimed at O'Chunks and did Triforce Slash on him to finish the guy off, as he yelled in pain after being slammed into a wall, and then faceplanted. The battle was over as the place was turned back to normal.

Dimentio, Charming Magician

"Gah! I failed...even if my power was increased..." O'Chunks muttered.

"Dude...our attack power was the same as yours when we were in the dimension. We were evenly matched." Sora said.

"I was wondering why I was feeling a bit stronger when I was in there." Lucina said.

"No kidding." Rosalina nodded.

"Come on, O'Chunks. We'll train you to get even stronger." Dimentio said. "Come, I have a surprise for you." He said as he teleported himself and O'Chunks away.

Gap of Crag

"All of them are weirdos..." Kairi said.

"You got that right." Peach said as they looked at the block and then Cudge hammered it, as it shattered.

"Poyo?" Kirby looked at his hammer and then at Cudge. "Poyo poyo?"

"Oh don't worry about it." Peach said as they hopped into the warp pipe.

World 5-3: Search for the Camera Crew

Floro Sapien Caverns (Super Paper Mario)

"Alright, so Shulk is here, right?" Lucina asked.

"Yes." Samus nodded. "We're close to him."

"CRAGLEY HO!" A voice yelled, catching their attention to see some sort of Cragnon in front of them.

Laughter and Merriment (Kingdom Hearts II)

"Deep inside this cave, I have located the lair of the King Croacus! We have yet to discover the whereabouts of the Cragnons." He said and then chuckled. "Yes...that's good. That's the perfect thing for my show..." He smirked. "This would be more simple if my camera man and boomer were here..."

"What's going on?" Sora asked.

"Oh ho! Deep in my exploration, several strange people have found me...including a dog with a duck on his back!" He exclaimed, as everyone just looked at him weird, while Duck Hunt just tilted his head...even the duck was raising an eyebrow.

"Uh..." Kairi blinked.

"Sorry, I was in the mood." The man apologized. "The name's Flint Cragley. What are your names?"

Another long introduction later...

"Ah, interesting names." He said. "So we're here for the same thing. Fascinating." He smirked. "Now, I would be going into the lair...but I think one of my crew members have it...and just my luck is that they just had to disappear on me." He growled. "Go look for them for me. I'll stay RIGHT here rehearsing my lines."

"Oh sure..." Samus sighed as they kept on going.

"By the way...have you seen this guy named Shulk?" Lucina asked.

"Shulk?"

"Blonde hair, blue eyes, wears a lot of red and wields this red sword called the Monado?"

"Oh, that kid? Yeah, I've seen him. He went on ahead to that direction." He pointed in the direction. "He went by mine cart though. It looks like he was searching for something but I have no clue." He shrugged. "Now, if you'll excuse me..." He said as he turned around while they got in some of the mine carts and took off.

Floro Sapien Caverns

One wild ride later...

"Can someone stop the spinning room? I'd like to get off..." Sora muttered.

"I think I'm gonna be sick..." Lightning groaned.

"I thought those kart races were insane..." Rosalina muttered as they got up and kept on going as they went into a room where they saw the boomer just minding his own business.

"I made a wrong turn, didn't I?" He wondered as he saw the others coming to them. "Oh?"

"You got a guy named Flint Cragley looking for you." Bowser said. "Actually, he sent US to find you."

"Oh! Sorry, I decided to explore a little." He said as he took off.

"Alright, now we need to find the camera guy." Sora said. "Can't be too hard, right?"

"I dunno..." Peach shrugged as they kept on going until they saw a bunch of enemies in the way, minding their own business.

Rosalina spotted a ? Block near them as she hit it and then a Mega Star appeared. "Oh! An invincibility Star!"

"I dunno...that seems a little too big to be an invinci-WHAT IN THE HECK?!" Polari yelled, watching Rosalina going into 8-bit as she ran off and destroying anything in their way. "Did I miss something?"

"Mega Star." Mario said and then explained how it worked to Polari, Kirby and Lucina.

"Oh." Lucina looked at Rosalina.

Meanwhile...

"Blasted things..." Shulk growled under his breath as there were Spanias and Spike Tops in his way. "Get out of my way!"

Suddenly, he felt rumbling as he turned around. "Where did THAT giant beast come from?!" He exclaimed, and then noticed the enemies running away in pure terror as he readied the Monado...until Rosalina turned back to her normal self.

"...Well that happened." She said.

Shulk blinked a few times. "Wow...you sure are full of lots of surprises."

Rosalina shrugged. "I'm just as surprised as you are." She said and then the others eventually caught up with her.

"Shulk!" Lucina exclaimed.

"Yo!" Shulk waved as the two friends hugged each other and then they explained to Shulk what was going on. "Huh..." He said. "Well, alright then..." He nodded. "Let's take out King Croacus together." He said as they took off to find the camera man.

Eventually, they came into a room where they spotted the camera man just minding his own self. "Hey!" Bowser called to him.

"Hmm?" He turned around.

"Flint Cragley needs you."

"Oh! I'll be right there." He said and then took off.

"Alright, let's head back." Sora said.

One long backtracking trip later...

Laughter and Merriment

"Alright...I know one of you has the key." Flint said. "Hornfels, I know you have it!"

"What?" The Boomer blinked. "No way, brah. You didn't trust me with the key!"

"I didn't? Well fine then..." He muttered. "Monzo?"

"You gave me no key, brah." The camera man said.

"Did you lose the key or something?"

"No! You gave it to neither of us!" Hornfels exclaimed.

"That's a lie! I gave it to one of you!" Flint told him. "One of you give me the key this very instant!"

Through all the bickering, Shulk had received a vision. Oh you have GOT to be kidding me! He thought as he walked to the three bickering news crew.

"I am pretty sure you have it!" Hornfels said.

"Ha! I have NO such thing in my pocket!"

"Yes, you do." Shulk told him. "Try one of your pockets."

"Fine...if you want to be amused." He muttered as he dug in his pockets and then pulled out the key. "Oh." He said, causing everyone minus Shulk to anime fall from this.

"You had the key all along..." Mario growled in annoyance.

"Well...how about that." Flint said. "Well! This changes everything...onward to King Croacus' lair!" He exclaimed. "CRAGLEY...HOOOOO!" He yelled and took off with his crew.

"This guy is nuts..." Lightning said.

"Yet slightly entertaining." Bowser said as they followed the crew.
