As Garnet is meditating she is using her future vision to view possible outcomes. In doing so Sapphire hurts herself and Ruby must take care of her. But after Ruby finds out what Sapphire told her will she use Sapphire's own gem for selfish reasons?

Ruby rushed out of the Temple and asked Pearl where the mirror was.

"Um... I don't know..." Pearl quietly spoke

Ruby dashed out to find Steven. Of course he was out at The Big Doughnut.

"I would like one double chocolate cinnamon twist with sprinkles on the side, please!"

"Coming right up, Steven!" said Sadie

Suddenly Ruby came running through the door.

"Ruby!" Steven explained

"Steven do you know where that mirror is? Y'now the one Lapis Lazuli was trapped in?" Ruby interrogated

"Oh that's in Amethyst's room? Are you okay? Where's Sapphire?" Steven asked

"No time to explain! I gotta go!" Said Ruby as she ran out through the door

Ruby silently waited for Amethyst to leave her room before she quietly crept inside. It took her many hours to find that mirror in Amethyst's mess. And when she finally found it, she ran out to the beach.

Ruby's POV

"Okay from what I know, with this mirror and Sapphire's gem, I can surely take a peek back at the things that I have missed. But... I can also use it to find out what caused Sapphire to retreat to her gem. What should I do?""

Suddenly

"Ruby!" Pearl screamed "What on earth are you doing with that mirror?!"

Ruby quickly fled to the lighthouse on top of the hill.

"Don't worry Sapphire, I won't be long!"
