As Zuko drove me to his mom's house, I thought about Sokka and Azalea. They probably needed a friend more than a enemy at this time.

Azalea had liked Sokka since we were in the 7th grade and I was never worried because I figured Sokka would never give her the time of day.

I sighed and rubbed at my eyes.

"You okay?" Zuko questioned, his eyes never leaving the road.

"Yeah, I need to call them. I can only imagine how bad they felt after talking to me." I replied softly, feeling worse by the second.

"I think they understood why you felt that way. But I agree with you. Call them."

I nodded and began thinking of different ways the conversation could go.

Would I call them and they forgive me for acting for mean? Or would they ignore my call and never let my little niece or nephew know about me? Would Azalea even want to be my friend?

Despite me not being wrong, I felt immense amounts of guilt about the situation. I knew how fragile she felt after I moved but I never imagined she'd give up her virginity and end up pregnant with my future niece or nephew.

About 10 minutes later, we pulled up to his house and he turned off the car.

"It doesn't get easier coming over here. Nick and I were so close but now we're only close in my memories." Zuko stated in a quiet voice.

I rubbed his hand but didn't say anything. I had learned years ago that sometimes the best thing to do is stay silent.

"Well let's get you into the house." he said before almost flying out of the car.

I sighed again and climbed out the car. Zuko had gotten my bag from the back seat and was walking towards the door. He kicked the door a few times and a few seconds later a very tall and pretty Fire Nation woman answered the door.

"I'm very positive we made a key for you." she chided with a smile.

"You did. I just prefer kicking the door." Zuko replied with a smile to match his mother's.

She rolled her eyes and laughing a little. "Hello dear. I'm Ursa and you can call me that."

I liked her immediately. "Hi Ursa. I'm Katara and you can call me that as well."

"Blix?" Azula called from the upstairs of the house.

"Yes?" I called out.

"Come here! Something important just happened!"

I smiled at his mom and followed the direction her voice came from.

A long hallway met me once I finished climbing the stairs and Azula's room was the first room I saw.

"What's up?"

"One I hate this class and we've only had one quarter of class. Two Aeron just asked me to Homecoming!"

My mouth dropped open and I made a sound that equated to happiness. I sat on her bed and stared at her. "Details. Right now!"

"Okay! So we were texting and I was talking about how you spent the night. I didn't want to tell him that you slept at my brother's house because clearly he is a teacher. Anyway I told him we looked at dresses for Homecoming and retrospectively that probably made him think I wanted to go with him. Which I do! Oh my gosh I'm so excited! But any who he called me like ten minutes later which was like 2 minutes ago and asked me to go with him!"

I squealed and hugged her. I knew her crush on Aeron had been going strong since 8th grade. "Zula I am so happy for you!"

"Thanks. So tell me about your night!"

"Well … it was actually really fun but it got dramatic." I started. "While we were at dinner. Wait… your brother owns a restaurant. Did you know that?"

"Yeah, we own a country too." she said offhandedly.

I rolled my eyes and laughed at her. "Okay, whatever. Anyway we went to that restaurant and this one waiter was a huge douche. So he fired him! It was like Donald Trump in real life. So things were going really well and then my brother calls. Apparently he knocked up my best friend from back at home but they waited a month to tell me."

"Whoa… that is not cool." she snapped.

"I. Know! So then I had like a mini-breakdown so we drove back home and I starting crying my eyes out in the elevator. So he picked me up and carried me back to his Penthouse. Then we made out. A lot."

"YOU KISSED HIM?!" she screamed.

"SHUT up! Your mom is downstairs. I don't want her to think I'm some slutty student who makes out with her teacher. And yes! We kissed. It was really nice."

"Please… just wait until you get to know her. Besides if she was cool with you sleeping over, I think she is alright with you kissing him. She loves you already. I'm only freaked out because he is my brother and if y'all get married one day y'all will have sex and that is NOT a way I want to think of Zuzu."

"Three things. One maybe I want to think about sex with him. Two, thats true. Three Zuzu?"

"That's disgusting!" she cried while laughing. "And yeah, when I was younger I couldn't pronounce his name and I would call him Zuzu. It stuck."

I nodded gently. "So yeah. I'm gonna be an aunt."

"And I'm going to Homecoming with Aeron."

"OH MY GOSH! That means that you now have a 75% chance of going to prom with him!" I said loudly.

Zula screamed and flopped onto her bed, her face mushed in her bed spread. "I haf ta imprefss big."

"I think you said that you have to impress him." I translated.

She nodded awkwardly and then rolled over a little to face me. "I need to go shopping.

"We need to finish this homework." I said before laying down next to her.

"But its shopping." She pouted.

"But this is our grade." I pouted.

"Compromise?" she said before sitting up.

"Deal. Three hours of homework and then we shop the rest of the day." I declared.

"I was going to say two hours, but three should be enough to finish this stupid outline."

I laughed and told her I would be right back. My laptop and book were still downstairs.

Once I hit the final step, I slipped and fell on my butt.

I started laughing at myself and then noticed Zuko and Ursa doing the same.

"Be careful hun. We have your fault insurance." Ursa stated.

I laughed even harder and grabbed my bag. "I'll try to be more careful but I can't make any promises."

"Just don't kill yourself. I like having you around." Zuko laughed. I winked at him and then jogged back up the stairs.

"Alright. Lets get down to business." I said before fishing out my glasses from my bag.

"But I don't see any Huns."

I threw a pillow at her and rolled my eyes.

"You're lame."

"And yet you are still my friend."
