Chapter 11 ~ Joy and Pain
"This is it guys! It's time for them to pay for what they did to my sister." Trunks' teeth clenched together as his hair glowed golden-yellow.
"Trunks, she wasn't just your sister." Gohan looked at his friend which was in super saiyan form.
"Right Trunks, she was my sister too, our sister." Goku smiled, his hair yellow as well.
"Guys . . . " Trunks' minty green eyes looked at the saiyans before him.
"Trunks, we share the same feelings, because you aren't the only one suffering, so are we." Goku looked down, his hand leaking blood.
"Goku . . . "
"She was our light, our only girl, and the one who brought happiness to the family." Gohan closed his eyes tight.
Trunks' eyes began to flood with his tears, the biggest of the warriors already beginning to shed his waters.
"It may look like we aren't suffering, but we really are Trunks. A lot. Your sister meant so much to us." Goku sobbed.
The Z Fighters got together, hugging Trunks.
"Goku . . . Gohan . . . " Trunks uttered.
"Let's get them buddy! We'll show them not to mess with us super saiyans." Goku smiled, his eyes still giving off tears.
Trunks smiled and held his friends close, "Thanks guys! Let's go!"
They smiled and got their gi's on. Walking out to their horses, off they rode to the Tsukino mansion.
