Ok, I couldn't help mysef! Sorry! Last one, and this one may actually be the shorted short of all my shorts, mabe in the history of shorts! I just had to do something like this.
Enjoy hopefully!
The school had a field trip to a dinner and a show. It was a jazz musical about the bronx or something, Betsie was just barely paying attention, but by the end of it, the time was already 8:00 pm and it was dark outside. The teens who payed filtered out the lobby of the small brick building and talked to thier friends about it. Some left right away as thier parents were waiting outside the show, while the others waited underneath a strret light, talking.
Betsie and the powerpuff girls were one of those groups of friends.
"I think the way the main character had a balck shirt one when everyone else would have some sort of color on their shirt symbolized how he felt different from everyone around him!" Blossom analyzed the play they just watched.
"No one cares, Bloss." Buttercup said flatly.
"I liked the sounds the tap shoes made in that one song." Bubbles said innocently.
"I agree!" Betsie said after Bubbles. Bubbles giggled at that. Blossom looked down at her watch, then looked around.
"Hey, is your ride coming soon?" Blossom asked Betsie.
"Uh yea, should be." Betsie answered.
"Oh, well, the professor's expecting us home soon, we can wait with you a little while longer." She offered.
"Oh, do we have to go?" Bubbles aske her with puppy dog eyes, holding onto one of Betsie's arm.
"Yes Bubbles." Blossom said, responsibly.
"It's ok guys, really! They'll be here soon."
"Ok! Be safe!" Blossom yelled back, as her and her sisters left in thier trifecta colors.
Betsie waved after them. She would have flown away soon after them too if there weren't any kids left around. She would either wait for Brick/Butch or wait for the kids to leave. Soon after 5 minutes, only a couple of students were left waiting, and Betsie was seriously considering walking around a corner to fly away unknown when Brick pulled up in his red car. Butch was next to him in the passenger side.
She jogged up to the car. "Finally!" What she didn't know was that she was beingwatched for the last five mintues by a guy in the shadows. Witht the car being slightly away from the street light, and her having moved from it, the man rushed foward and grabbed Betsie's arm, before she could climb in the car. He pulled her further away from the street light.
"W-wah!" She was too surprised at first to react, being pulled further into the darkness by the unknown person. But when she pulled herself together, she easliy halted the retracting with her powers, even slightly pulling them back towards the streetlight.
"B-brick! Butch!" Betsie called, scared out of her mind. She neevr knew she could be a victim of these creeper people. This never would have happened if she was Boomer! Ad she would have clocked him already if it weren't for the witnesses that could report back to the girls the amazing fight Btesie was in.
"Boomer!" Brick called from the car, climbing our with Butch. The remainging students who heard the panic in Betsie's voice, looked over and saw the danger and booked it.
Butch and Brick flanked Betsie's side, but thier backs facing the street lamp, the crook couldn't recognize them as the dangerous rowdyruff boys, just as weak looking teenagers.
"Back off" The crook growled, but with him being closer to the light now, Butch and Brick saw that the man was just a scrawny looking man, who was eigher homeless or had some real head problems.
Butch and Brick exchanged looks and chuckles.
"I don't know man, I wouldn't mess with this one if I were you." Brick said, amused.
"Oh yea? Whose gonna stop me?"
"Ok, you asked for it." Butch whistled at Boomer. "Give it to him, Booms."
Betsie looked around her and saw her surrondings were empty. She faced back to the man with a dangerous grin and her eyes flashing dark blue.
Bubbles jumped and hugged Betsie the next day at school.
"OMG, Betsie, are you ok!? A bunch of students told us this morning that they saw you being attacked by the jazz place!"
"Oh, really? I don't remember anything like that. Oh, I think I stepped on an icky cockaroach though!" She giggled.
Ok! Thanks again, thats the for real, for real end! (unless you guys have ideas to give me, whatever, you know? i love writting). Thanks again! R&R, this wouldn't have been a success without all my longs viewers! Til next story!
