Ohayoo, konnichiwa, and konbanwa Total Drama Avengeance fans! It's ChrisATD1 here with the second part of the Pokemon Challenge, just in time for the release of Pokemon X and Y! However, before I got my copy, I wanted to give you guys this chapter. so without further adieu, here is chapter 22!
Everyone stared in awe at the newly evolved electric rodent known as Raichu, also known as Mike.
"Wow! This feels awesome!" he said aloud, "I can feel the power coursing through me. Like, there's a ton of volts of electricity being pumped through my veins! Like, I can-"
"Hey! Mighty Mouse!" the Dragon Host yelled from the commentary table, "Can you can the monologue so I can welcome the viewers back from the commercial break properly?"
"Oh…right. Sorry, Chris."
"Ahem! Welcome back to Tot-Ugh! I can't do it now. The moment's gone. You killed it, Mike! You killed the moment. I hope you're happy!"

Mike - "Jeez! Chris is such a diva. I mean, we all already knew that, but I didn't think he could be this much of a diva."
*Static*
"Anyway," the Dragonite continued, "Since the Old Team lost the first battle, they get to choose who they want to throw out for the next battle before the New Team chooses to switch or stay with Mr. Monologue. So, Old Team, who's it gonna be?"
With all of the attention on the team of Total Drama originals, they decided to huddle up before making a decision while Noah sat a small distance away from them, recovering.
The Old Team
"So, what's the plan Pokénerd?" Eva asked Tyler.
"Why ask him?" Justin asked, "Because of his planning, we lost the first battle."
"Hey!" Tyler whined.
"Hey! Noah losing the first battle was no one's fault," Katie interjected, "It was an evenly matched battle that Mike managed to win. Besides, I doubt you would have done any better, Justin."
The Trubbish glared at the Cubchoo for a second before someone else spoke.
"She's right, Justin," the female Combee said, "Besides, Tyler has the most knowledge when it comes to this stuff. Like it or not, he's our best bet to win this challenge."
"Ugh! Alright, fine," the Trash Bag Pokémon conceded.
"Sooo, Tyler. What's the plan, eh?" Ezekiel asked.
"Well, since you and Justin still only have one weakness on the opposite team, I was gonna suggest one of you guys."
"In that case, I volunteer myself!"
Everyone looked at Justin with shocked looks.
"Seriously? You actually want to battle, dude?" Geoff asked.
"Sure! I mean, it's not like I'll be sacrificing my looks, even if this was my real life face," he said as he pointed to his own face.
"No, it's not that. It's just…you would be the last one I would think of to volunteer for something like this."
Everyone else nodded their heads in agreement.
"Yeah! How do we know that you're not just trying to throw the challenge?" the Poochyena asked with a suspicious look on his face.
"Do I look like that dumb, ginger-headed hillbilly, Scott? I want to win as much as you guys do. You can trust me, right?"
Ezekiel started to say something, but his muzzle was covered by Katie's bear paw.
"Of course we do, Justin!" she said, "We have full confidence in you."
"Mm-hoo?" the small hyena-like Pokémon asked.
"Alright! Glad that's settled," Tyler said, "Let's tell Chris."
While the rest of the team got out of the huddle, Katie and Ezekiel stayed behind.
"Don't worry, Zeke," she whispered to him, "This is a win-win for us. If he does throw the battle, then that just gives us more of a reason to vote him off if we lose. If he battles legitimately and loses, we still have a reason to vote him off."
"But…what if he wins the battle?"
They looked at each other for a second, before starting to snicker quietly and following behind the rest of the team.

Justin - "It's obvious that I'm not the most trusted person on this team, but I really am gonna try my best to win this nerdy challenge. Why, you may ask? Because, I want to show everyone, especially Egghead, that I am better than him in everything and anything, even if it is something as nerdy as a Pokémon battle."
*Static*
"Alright! It looks like the Old Team is going with Justin the Trubbish for the next battle," Chris announced, "New Team, how will you respond?"
The New Team quickly huddled
The New Team
"If I remember correctly, Poison-types are weak to Ground and Psychic types, right?" Mike asked.
"That's correct," Cody responded, "But unfortunately, since I only have the last four moves that Sandshrew can learn after reaching level 10, I don't have any damage causing Ground-type moves."
"Well, do any of us have any moves that are super effective against Justin?" Brick asked.
"Nope," the Sandshrew said with a shake of his head, "However, two of us are resistant to Poison-type moves; me and B."
"So, which one of you should go in?" Zoey asked.
"We're waiting, New Team!" the Host said in a slightly annoyed tone.
"I guess I should go in," Cody said, "I could Sand-Attack him until he can't touch me, and then I'll just use Rollout until he faints."
The rest of the team nodded in agreement before breaking the huddle.
"Alright! Cody the Sandshrew vs. Justin the Trubbish! Let's get'r done!" Chris announced before sitting behind the table once again.
"Yay!" Sierra cheered.
Justin and Cody faced each other from opposite sides of the battlefield, with Chef Hatchet in the middle off to the side. He looked at each combatant before raising both of the flags in his hands, signaling the start of the battle.
"Battle!" he shouted.
Cody started off by using his forepaws to throw sand at Justin. However, the Trash Bag Pokémon managed to jump out of the way of the incoming sand before using his own arms to throw spikes with some kind of purple substance on the tips towards the Sandshrew. Seeing the incoming spikes, Cody stopped throwing sand and rolled into a ball to protect himself. Immediately, he heard the impact of the spikes, but he didn't feel them. He unraveled himself and saw that the spikes were stuck in the ground around him.
"Toxic Spikes? Why would he use that," the shrew thought to himself.
He got his answer when Justin landed right in front of him and expelled a purple gas from his mouth, which Cody was forced to breathe in.
"Whoa! Justin uses his Toxic Spikes as a distraction so he could sneak up on Cody and use Poison Gas and poison him! Nice strategy!" Chris commented.
His newly appointed intern gasped loudly and worriedly shouted, "Codykins!"

Justin - "Ok, I've gotta admit, Tyler is a good leader for this challenge. He's the one that told me to use that strategy against Cody. I didn't know what he was talking about for half of it, but it actually worked in the end. That being said, this challenge will definitely be the last time I take advice from him, unless I have any Pokémon related questions. So…yeah, this is the last time I'll take any advice from him."
*Static*
"Fight it, Cody! You've gotta fight it!"
"Uh…you're supposed to be unbiased as a commentator, Sierra," the Host told the Espeon.
"Unbiased, schmunbiased! You can do it Cody! Fight the poison!"
Back on the field, Cody could feel his health points draining from him as he continued to show the effects of being poisoned. His face had a purple hue to it, his breathing became staggered, but he continued to try and fight on. The shrew rolled himself into a ball again and charged towards Justin.
"Cody switches to offense as he goes for a Rollout!" Chris commented.
"I hope he hits Justin all five times!" Sierra added.
"Way to be unbiased…"
Cody looked like a yellow blur with the velocity that he was achieving. However, the Trubbish was able to dodge the attack in the nick of time. After missing the attack, the Sandshrew unraveled from his ball form, which he was forced to do by the draining and slightly painful affects of the poison. At that moment, he looked around to find Justin, only to find the Trash Bag Pokémon flanking him from his right side. The Model-turned-Trash-Bag reared his right arm back, jumped, twirled around, and then made contact with Cody's face.
"Surprise Pound attack from Justin! Cody has yet to land a single hit!" the Dragonite said excitedly.
"Come on Cody! Don't let him slap you around!" the Espeon shouted encouragingly.
The Pound made the Sandshrew skid a few feet with a small mark on his face before sustaining more poison damage. Losing so much of his health in such little time forced him to fall to one knee while panting heavily.
"Man! This isn't going too well for me," he thought as he saw Justin staring him down from a few yards away. "I really underestimated Justin and kinda overestimated myself. This is a lot harder than playing the games. Ugh! There's no way I'm gonna be able to beat him." He then switched his focus to the Toxic Spikes in the ground on the New Team's side of the field. "But, I can at least be a good teammate."
He rolled himself into a ball once again.
"Looks like he going for another Rollout," Chris commented while his co-commentator had her scared face covered by her paws, "Let's see if it works this time." This comment made the Espeon lift up one of her paws to look.
The Sandshrew ball rolled towards the Trubbish once again, and once again Justin dodged the attack. However, unlike last time, Cody kept on rolling until he was in the middle of the circle of Toxic Spikes. Suddenly, rather than rolling laterally, he started to twist horizontally in place.
"What the…? What's he doing?" the Host questioned. This made Sierra lift her other paw.
At that time, the Geek was twisting fast enough to create a small tornado of sand, which kept Justin at bay, but that wasn't the reason Cody was doing this. The move that he was using was Rapid Spin, which not only causes damage when contact with the opponent is made, but it can also get rid of trap moves and entry hazards. This became evident once the Toxic Spikes came out of the ground and flew towards the Trash Bag Pokémon. Justin saw the spikes coming towards him from the air and covered his face.
"No! Not the face!" he shouted as he covered his face with his garbage arms.

Justin - "What?! It's a reflex!"

The spikes fell flat on the ground in front of Justin. He uncovered his face and looked down to see the spikes near his feet.
"Phew! That was clo-" the Trubbish started to say before he was hit square in the face by Cody.
"Whoa! Cody turns the tables on Justin and used his own Toxic Spikes to distract him while he attacked with Rapid Spin!" Chris shouted in excitement.
"Yay! Go Cody!" Sierra cheered.
Back on the field, Cody unraveled from his ball form once again and stood on his hind legs for a few moments before collapsing. This caused Sierra to gasp loudly.
"Ahh! No! Cody!"
Chef ran to get a better view of the Sandshrew from the sideline. Once he did…
"Whiz kid is unable to battle! The winner is Not-So-Pretty Boy!" he said as he lifted the silver flag.

Katie - "He actually won?! Huh…I guess he was telling the truth. He really is trying to win. But…still. That doesn't make him a good person."

As soon as he finished his statement, Chef was nudged a bit as Sierra ran past him and onto the field. She made a beeline to Cody's fallen body and helped him get back to his feet.
"Oh, Cody! You did great!" she told him.
"Thanks, Sierra," the Sandshrew replied sadly, "I just wish I could have won for the team."
"True, you may not have won, but you did help the team out by getting rid of those Toxic Spikes, and I'm sure they'll appreciate that. Besides, you're still their Pokémon coach. You can still help them win."
He started to smile, "You're right, Sierra! Thanks for the cheer-up."
The Espeon kissed his cheek again. "Anytime, Codykins," she said before returning back to the commentary table. Meanwhile, Justin started glowing.
"I really hope I evolve into something better looking," he said as his form started to change. Once he was done, the mandatory music was heard once again.
"Looks like Justin evolved into a Garbodor!" Chris announced.
"Am I pretty again?!" he asked desperately, however the only answer he got were silent stares and "uhh's," which didn't satisfy his question. "I guess I'll have to see for myself," he said before running towards the nearby lake.
Once he was gone Tyler asked the rest of the team, "Should we really let him see his reflection?"
"He was gonna find out sooner or later," Noah answered.
Moments later, a blood-curdling scream was heard from the direction of the lake.
"Better sooner than later," Katie commented before she and Noah started to snicker.

Justin - *He glared straight at the camera* "I…hate you…so much, Chris." *Suddenly a pause symbol appeared over Justin's face*
The camera panned out to show human Chris looking at the confessionals in the production truck.
"Heh-heh! Hey, it's better than being a fatty like Snorlax," the Host said to the camera. "Not much better, but still… Anyway, these battles take up a lot of time, and since this is still a half-hour show, unfortunately…, we're gonna show you a montage of the final blows of the battles up to the seventh battle. After that, there will be a huge surprise!" he then looked off-screen and said, "Roll the tape, interns!"
The music for the original Pokémon theme song began to play. However, the singer was not the same and neither were the lyrics.

"Well, that was short," Chris said from the announce table, "But, Katie absolutely destroys Zoey with just one move in their battle!"
"She sure did, Chris," Sierra added, "Now that leaves three combatants for the New Team to take on four of the Old Team members."
"Yeah! It's Anne Maria the Ninetales, Mike the Raichu, and Dawn the Lilligant vs. Justin the Garbodor, Katie the Beartic, Tyler the Rampardos, and Eva the Combee, who has yet to even battle."
The Host then turned his attention to the Old Team.
"With that said, Old Team, who will you choose for the next battle?"
Tyler stepped up and said, "We choose Eva!"
This caught the announcers, Chef, and the New Team off-guard.
"Uhh…ok…" the Dragonite said, "I'm really compelled to ask why."
"Well, everyone on the Old Team, except for Eva, has had a chance to battle, so we're gonna let Eva battle now."
Chris shrugged and said, "Alrighty then," before turning his attention to the New Team. "New Team, who are you going with?"
Cody the Sandshrew stepped up and said, "We're going with Anne…," before looking around at the rest of the New Team, "Uhh…where's Anne Maria?"
"Oh, she said she was going to the nearby lake to do her hair," Dawn answered.
"…Wha?"
"I'm ba-ack!" everyone heard Anne Maria said as she returned from her short trip.
Everyone turned their attention to the direction that her voice came from and became astonished at what they saw. The long flowing fur that is usually on the top of a Ninetales's head was replaced with a hairstyle that very closely resembled Anne Maria's signature hairdo.
"Umm…Anne Maria," Zoey asked, "How did you get your hairdo like that?"
"Oh, I can make my favorite hairspray outta anythin', and wit dose flowin' locks I had afta I evolved, it was easy to get my poof back." She swooned a bit and joyfully said, "My poof's back."
"But…how…?"
"I told ya, I can make my hairspray outta anythin'."
"But…we're in Virtual Reality," the Spearow continued to question.
At that moment, Anne Maria walked towards Zoey, got close enough that her own nose was inches way from Zoey's beak, and whispered, "Anythin'."
"If you two ladies are done discussing hair care tips," Chris interjected, "it's time for you to battle, Anne Maria."
"Oh, ok," she said as she made her way onto her side of the battlefield.

Zoey - "I hope I'm not the only one who thinks that Anne Maria takes her hairdo a little bit too seriously."

"Battle!" Chef yelled as he lifted both flags.
Eva started by charging towards Anne Maria with her wings buzzing and flapping so quickly that they were a blur to the naked eye. Once she passed midfield, Eva prepared to unleash an attack on Anne Maria, who had yet to move. The Combee was moments away from attacking, when suddenly…
FWOOSH!
A star-shaped inferno encased Eva in flames. After it passed, her eyes were replaced with swirls and her body was covered in a charcoal grey. She stayed in midair for a few moments before slowly crashing down to the ground.
"Ouch," she said with a cough of smoke.
"Beegirl is unable to battle! The winner is Poofhead!" the Bisharp said as he lifted up the bronze flag.
"Wow! Another short battle," the Host commented, "If we keep this up, we'll have to do another montage to make up the time."
"Another montage?" Sierra asked.
"It'll make sense when the episode airs. Anyway, it's time for the next battle!"
"Not so fast, Mr. McLean!" A booming voice said from the sky.
"Wha? Who's interrupting me," Chris asked as he looked towards the sky along with everyone else.
What everyone saw was a huge form floating down from the heavens above. Once, it got close enough to the ground, it was easy to see that the form was another Pokémon. In fact, it was the Pokémon responsible for creating the Pokémon Universe, Arceus!
"It is I!" the Alpha Pokémon said before clearing his throat. "Ahem! Sorry about that," he said in a much less menacing voice. "It is I, Tom McGillis, co-creator of Total Drama!"
Chris gasped loudly as he flew from the announce table towards the God Pokémon, "Oh my goodness! Mr. McGillis, it is a pleasure to have you on the show! Is there anything that I can get you? Anything I can do to make you happy? Any specific contestants that you would like eliminated here and now?"
Confession Cam
*Static*
Mike - "Could he really do that?"
*Static*
"No, no, no, none of that will be necessary, Chris," the Co-Creator said, "I'm actually here because this challenge is dragging a bit too long. I mean, we're already got like 40 minutes of footage from the challenge alone. And we can only montage so much, dude. So, I got an idea after watching the last battle. Since we have three contestants left on each team, we could finish the challenge with a triple battle!"
"That…is…a…beautiful idea, sir!" the Host said excitedly, "Thank you so much, Mr. McGillis!"
"Ahh, it's no big. Well, I should get going, Mark and Todd said they wanted to tell about an idea they have for a show about a garage band or something," as he said this, he started to float back up into the air, "Keep up the good work, Chris; you too, Chef and Sierra. Good luck contestants!" With that, he disappeared into thin virtual air. [1]
"Alright, that was a shocker, but it was an awesome shocker!" Chris said to the contestants.
"I was so in awe, that I couldn't even breathe," Sierra squealed.
"Well, it looks like we have a triple battle on our hands. Justin, Katie, Tyler, Mike, Dawn, and Anne Maria, let's get it going!"
As the six aforementioned contestants made their way onto the battlefield, Tyler and Cody did some last second coaching.
"Anne Maria, go for Katie. Dawn, go for Tyler and stay away from Justin and Katie. Mike, stay away from Tyler and try to eliminate Justin before he can poison anyone," Cody whispered quickly to his three temporary teammates.
"Alright team, here's the gameplan. I'll go after Mike and try to stay away from Dawn. Justin, you attack Dawn, and try to poison the other two. Katie, stay as far from Anne Maria as you can, but try to help Justin take out Dawn," Tyler said before taking a deep breath.
"You ok, Tyler," Katie asked.
"Yeah, just a little nervous, that's all. You guys ready?"
"Yep!" the Beartic responded.
"As I'll ever be," the Garbodor answered.

Tyler - "I always get really nervous before a big game or a big challenge in this case. Right now, it's my big chance to prove that I'm not only a big asset to this team with my extreme physical skills, but my extreme mental skills too! EXTREME!"
*Static*
Cody - "After my dismal battle against Justin, I really want to prove my worth to the New Team, even though I'm not officially part of the team. If I can coach this team to victory even after losing my own battle, then I'll feel like I did my part in this challenge.
*Static*
Both teams of three faced each other on opposite sides of the battlefield. All six Pokémon got into a fighting stance as Chef extended both flags forward.
"Old Team vs. New Team," he shouted, "3-on-3 battle for the challenge victory. Aaaaaaaand…begin!"
"Yaaaa!" Mike yelled as he charged towards his opponents.
"Haaa!" Katie yelled.
"Grrrr!" Anne Maria growled.
"Aaaaah!" Justin shouted.
"Yeah!" Dawn exclaimed.
"Battol!" Tyler shouted. [2]
Anne Maria charged at Katie, who charged at Dawn, who was chasing Tyler, who was going after Anne Maria. So, basically they were running in a circle in the middle of the field.
"Well…this battle's off to a great start," Noah said flatly.
Meanwhile, Mike and Justin squared off a short distance away from the circle.

Justin - "When I started going against Mike, I realized that I didn't know what my fifth attack was. All I knew was that it was supposed to be Garbodor's most powerful attack."
*Static*
Mike started it off with a Thunder Wave to successfully paralyze Justin.
"Yes!" the Raichu exclaimed.
The Trash Heap Pokémon tried to retaliate, but the paralysis forced him to stop.
"Grr!" Justin growled in frustration, before hearing Mike start to charge up another attack.
"Rrrrrraaiiiiiiii," he started to shout, which caught everyone's attention.
*Static*
Justin - "At that moment, I had to take the risk and try the new move."
*Static*
"-Chuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!" Mike finished as a huge bolt of lightning struck down from a big, grey cloud that suddenly appeared in the sky.
The bolt drove straight down towards Justin. However, before the electricity could touch him, Justin glowed brightly until his form was a pure white silhouette.
Tyler realized what was about to happen, and shouted, "Duck and cover!"
Everyone besides Justin, Mike, Sierra, and Chris, took his advice as rays of light started to shoot out from Justin's body. A moment later-
BOOOM!
The sound was equivalent to a bomb going off. Grey smoke covered the part of the battlefield where he and Mike battled, and when the smoke lifted, both competitors were gone.
"Mike!" Zoey yelled out from the side.
"Where did they go?" Geoff asked as he rubbed his head.
"You guys might wanna look up," Chris said as he pointed upwards.
Everyone looked and they saw two small dots that were starting to get bigger and bigger. One dot fell towards the New Team while the other fell towards the Old Team.
"Move it or lose it!" Eva yelled as she flew out of the way. The rest of the team moved away from where the Garbodor was sure to land at.
The same happened on the New Team's side as the Raichu body fell towards the ground.
Both Justin and Mike landed at the same exact time and both were shown to have swirls in their eyes.
"Ugly Pretty Boy and Electric Rat Boy are unable to battle!" Chef yelled for everyone to hear.
*Static*
Justin - "However, I didn't expect my new move to make ME faint too! Ugh! What kind of a stupid move is that?!"
*Static*
"Looks like Justin pulled a Kamikaze move and used Explosion to take Mike down with him," the Host commented, "Now it's 2-on-2. Let's keep it going!"
With that, the four remaining contestants started battling again. Katie and Tyler stood side-by-side staring down Anne Maria and Dawn.
"Wow! Both pairs are equally weak to each other," Sierra noted, "Dawn's weak to Katie, Tyler's weak to Dawn, Anne Maria is weak to Tyler, and Katie is weak to Anne Maria. This could really go either way."
Both sides continued to stay still, waiting for someone to make the first move. That someone would be Tyler, who charged at Anne Maria with a Head Smash. Dawn moved in front of the Ninetales and used Sleep Powder to slow the Rampardos down. However, the powder was countered with a different powder, courtesy of Katie's Powder Snow attack. This gave Tyler a clear path to both opponents, but they would both dodge out of the way. With the Rock-type on their side of the field, Dawn started to dance which made pink petals appear around her and fly towards Tyler at high speeds. The petals were moments away from touching the Rampardos, but they were blown away by an Icy Wind from his Beartic teammate, who was barely able to dodge a Fire Blast from the Ninetales. After this, both pairs reset back to their sides of the field.
"This 2-on-2 battle is already off to a hot start," Chris said, "Everyone's launched an attack, but none of them have landed."
"It's been a complete stalemate so far," his intern commented, "But I have faith that Cody's team can pull through!"
"He's not even on the team, Sierra."
"He is, for this challenge."
Back on the field, both New Team Pokémon sent attacks towards the opposing team. Leech Seed went towards Tyler, while an Ember went towards Katie. The Rampardos got seeded, which was evident by the small plants that were wrapping themselves around his body. The Ember was blown out by Katie's Icy Wind just in time. She then attempted to use Powder Snow on Anne Maria, but the snowflakes evaporated before they could even touch her.
"Ha!" she exclaimed, "I'm too hot for your snow!" Then she started to sing, "I'm…too sexy for your snow. Too sexy for-"
"Anne Maria!" Dawn shouted.
"What?!" the Fire-type yelled back before being taken down by a whitish-blue blur.
"Whoa! Anne Maria gets taken out by Tyler!" the Dragonite commented.
"He went straight into her like he was shot out of a cannon!" the Espeon added. The Host started to snicker after hearing what his intern said, but taking it in a different context.
Meanwhile, Tyler got back up to his feet, but he was feeling dazed. Anne Maria, however-
"Spray Tan is unable to battle!" Chef announced as the Ninetales was shown with swirls in her eyes.
"Yes! I won! Ow…my head," the Rampardos said as he tried to hold his massive head with one of its short arms. Suddenly, glowing orbs started to emanate from the Rock-type's body and float towards Dawn. Tyler's HP was being sapped by Dawn's Leech Seed, and unfortunately for him, it was his last remaining Hit Points. As the Head Butt Pokémon lied on the ground with swirls in his eyes, the referee made the official call.
"Jock Strap is unable to battle!"
"Amazing! After another double KO, we're down to a 1-on-1 battle between Katie and Dawn!" said Chris.
"Katie clearly has the type advantage here, but Dawn has more HP than Katie," Sierra stated, "This battle can still go either way, in my opinion."
"Heh! Yeah, keep telling yourself that."
"You can do it, Dawn!" Cody shouted to his temporary teammate while her boyfriend silently agreed.
"You've got this Katie!" Noah encouraged his girlfriend from the side.
With their defeated teammates off of the battlefield, Katie the Beartic and Dawn the Lilligant had a wide open field to battle on.

Katie - "I can't believe I was the last one for my team in this challenge. I haven't, like, watched the anime or played a Pokémon game in years. I guess Tyler's coaching was just that great!"
*Static*
Dawn - "I have known of Pokémon, but I have never played the games nor have I watched the show or read the books. So, it is pretty surprising that I was the last member of my team in this challenge. I guess that proves that I can be useful in challenges."
*Static*
Katie started the battle off with a Sheer Cold. A bright, white beam shot out of her mouth, leaving shards of ice in its wake. The beam went straight for Dawn, but its low accuracy made it easy for her to dodge it. After which, she had a green powder blow from the hat-like flower on top of her head towards her opponent. Luckily for the Lilligant, they hit Katie and made her fall asleep on the ground.
"No! Wake up, Katie!" Noah shouted as a sleep bubble formed from her nose.
"Katie's asleep! How will Dawn take advantage of this opportunity?" the Host asked.
"My strongest attack is Petal Dance, but Cody told me that if I'm successful in hitting it, I'll be forced to continue to use it, and once I use it 3 or 4 turns in a row, I'll be confused and likely to hurt myself," Dawn thought to herself, "Neither of my attacks will do much against Katie, but Petal Dance will do more than Absorb will."
With that she started to dance while pink petals emanated from her body and flew towards Katie's sleeping body at high speeds. The petals did damage to Katie, but she still would not wake up.
"Oh man!" Chris exclaimed, "Katie is getting closer and closer to fainting. Luckily for her, Beartic has a decent Special Defense stat. Be that as it may, what will happen first? Will Katie wake up before Dawn gets confused, or will the battle end before she even wakes up?"
Dawn was able to hit the next two Petal Dances, but after that she became confused. This was evident by the small yellow birds that were flying around her head and the yellow stars in her eyes. Meanwhile, the sleep bubble that was coming from Katie's nose popped. With that, her eyes reopened and she got back up to her hind paws.
"Yes!" Noah exclaimed while the rest of the team cheered.
"Katie's back up, but she has very little HP left," Sierra commented, "If Dawn hits one more Petal Dance, it should end the battle."
"That's if she doesn't hurt herself in confusion," the Host added.
Dawn got ready to attack with another Petal Dance, but she started to twirl too quickly and ended up tripping over her own feet and falling hard to the ground, causing damage to herself.
"This is Katie's chance!"
Katie opted to use Icy Wind this time, since it was more accurate. The sparkling, blue wind was blown from the Freezing Pokémon's mouth and covered the Flowering Pokémon's body, leaving a few patches of ice, which caused Dawn's speed to drop. Not only that, but the attack was super effective as well.
"That had to take at least half of Dawn's HP," the Espeon noted, "If Katie hits another Icy Wind like that, this battle is over."
"Looks like it all comes down to who hits their next attack first," the Dragonite added, "Whoever does that will win this challenge for their team."
"Yes, however, Dawn is still confused. If she can't break it before her next attack, she's gonna have a hard time winning."
Dawn prepared to unleash another attack, but she ended up hurting herself again. As she struggled to get back up, Katie made her way in front of the Lilligant and looked down at her somberly.
"Sorry, Dawn," the Beartic said before unleashing the final Icy Wind.
The Flowering Pokémon's body fell back to the ground with half of its body covered in a sheet of ice and swirls in her eyes.
"Weird Aura Girl is unable to battle, which means that the battle and the challenge goes to the Old Team!" Chef announced as he held up the silver flag.
The Old Team cheered in victory as both commentators made their way to the center of the battlefield.
"Congratulations Old Team!" Chris exclaimed excitedly, "You've won two challenges in a row, which means, you get to party in the Double Decker once again!"
The Old Team cheered once again.
"New Team, you've lost again, which means you get to eliminate another teammate! Isn't that awesome? Heh-heh!"
This made Cody and everyone on the New Team look at the Host with distain. While he chuckled to himself, Dawn walked over to Katie and whispered something to her. They both smirked and nodded to each other before Katie opened her mouth and shot a whitish-blue beam at Chris.
"Ack!" he shouted as he was instantly covered in ice.
"Now that is awesome!" Cody said.
"And cool," Noah added.
This made everyone laugh, except for Chris obviously.
"Turn off the VR!" the Host shouted with a muffled voice, right before the Virtual Reality world turned off.

The Bottom Deck
"Today's challenge was probably the best one since the IndyCar challenge," Tyler said before biting into a slice of pizza.
"It was a cool challenge," Katie said, "being able to be a Pokémon for a day was sooo awesome! I might even get back into the anime and the games now after so many years."
"What was the last game you played, Katie?" Noah asked.
"I think it was Pokémon Ruby."
"Wow! You've been away for a long time," the Jock commented, "Those games came out like 9 years ago."
"Yeah, well, I was in Grade 7 at the time, and that was when I started seeing boys differently," she said with a giggle.
"Well, now that you're with me, you can have a boyfriend and Pokémon," Noah said as he pulled out his Nintendo DS with a Pokémon Black cartridge in the back.
The Sweet Girl gasped happily and hugged her boyfriend tightly.
"You are the best boyfriend ever!"
"I try," the Bookworm said with a chuckle.
Elimination Ceremony
Chris, Sierra, and Chef looked towards the two rows of New Team members. Mike, Zoey, B and Dawn sat on the bottom row, while Brick, Anne Maria, and Cody sat on the top row. Cody was there because his transportation back to Canada was delayed and the top row of seats was just far enough from Sierra to satisfy the restraining order.
"Welcome back to the Elimination Ceremony, New Team," Chris said, "And Cody, you haven't been to an Elimination Ceremony since season three. Does this bring back any good memories?"
"Just that I was eliminated while I was in a wheelchair covered from head to toe in gauze after I was mauled by a bear," he said, "But that's not really a good memory."
"Maybe not for you. Heh-heh! Anyway, it's time to see who stays and who gets eliminated! This time, since we had a Pokémon challenge, I have some special Poké balls to represent safety."
"Please tell me they aren't called Chris Ba-" Zoey started to say before the Host interrupted her.
"No, they are not called that! Do you know how much trouble I'd be in if I gave out items with that name? They're actually Master Balls, or replicas of Master Balls to be exact. Everyone that is safe will receive a Master Ball, and the one that doesn't get one will be eliminated. You guys ready? Because the first few Master Balls go to…Dawn…Mike…and Anne Maria!"
The three aforementioned contestants got up and received their Master Balls.
"The next one goes to…B!"
The Silent Genius got his Master Ball and silently cheered with his girlfriend back at his seat.
"Now, we're down to one ball and two contestants, Zoey and Brick. Who stays and who goes? Let's find out."

Mike - "Please don't let Zoey get eliminated! Please!"

Anne Maria - "Come on! Don't let Brick get eliminated! We just started ta get ta know each otha!"

"The last Master Ball goes to…"
Mike and Zoey looked nervous as they held each other's hands. Anne Maria was just as nervous as they were; which was obvious seeing as she was clinging onto Brick's arm with both of her own.

"What!? Again?!" everyone asked.
"Yep! Three of you voted for Zoey and three voted for Brick," the Host explained, "So, I think would be fair to let our cameo contestant choose who gets eliminated. So, what do you think Codmeister?"
"You want ME to pick?" the Geek asked as he pointed to himself.
"Yeah, Pokémon coach. Who do you think performed better in the challenge?"
"Well, obviously Brick battled better because he lasted longer, but Zoey's battle wasn't really-"
"That settles it then," Chris interrupted, "Brick, you're sa-"
"No!" Brick interjected as he stood up from his seat, "I can't let Zoey get eliminated like that. She was incredibly overmatched in her battle, while I lost because of my lack of skill. Zoey deserves a second chance, I should be eliminated."
"Brick! No!" Anne Maria shouted.
"You don't have to do that, Brick," Zoey said.
"No, Zoey. I do. It's my time to go, and I've got to accept it."
Zoey backed down and sighed sadly before hugging Brick.
"We're gonna miss you, Brick," she said before releasing him from the hug.
"You're a noble dude, Brick," Mike said as he patted the Cadet's shoulder.
"Ahem!"
All attention went back to Chris before he continued to speak.
"I know you all are ready to say your goodbyes and everything, but I haven't officially eliminated anyone yet. Now…since I'm in a good mood today, even after being virtually frozen, I'm gonna ask. Brick, are you absolutely sure that you want to eliminate yourself for Zoey?"
"Sir! Yes, sir!" Brick said with a salute.
"Alright! Zoey, come up and get your Master Ball. Brick, it's time for you to hop on the Copter of Shame."
Zoey got her Master Ball, Brick said his goodbyes to Dawn and B, and Anne Maria continued to sit speechless (which is really saying something). The Cadet noticed this and sat back down to speak to her.
"Hey, what's wrong?" he said with a compassionate tone.
"We just got ta know each otha, and now you're leavin'," she said sadly, "Dat's what's wrong. I was really hoping we could be together longa."
"Don't worry, Anne Maria. We'll be able to hang out together soon. But-but I don't mean that like you're gonna be eliminated soon. What I mean is when the season is over, we'll have more time to hang out together. Alright?"
She sniffled a bit and gave him a little smile.
"Ok. You promise, right?"
"Cadet's honor," he said with a salute, "And do you promise to try your best to win this season?"
She giggled and saluted back.
"I sure do, Handsome."
"Alright, I'm ready Chris," Brick said.
"'Bout time," the Host said slightly annoyed.
Copter of Shame
The helicopter started to ascend as Brick gave his team a thumbs-up from his seat before the door closed.
"Well, that elimination was a lot more dramatic that I expected it to be," Chris said to the camera, "But, now the New Team is down to only 5 members, and once again they have two less contestants than the Old Team. Will what happened in Boston happen again for the New Team? Can they pull out another come-from-behind win? Find out next time on…"
"Total…"
"Drama…"
"Avengeance!"
"Umm…Chris?" a voice said as the camera zoomed back in to show that it was Cody.
"What?! I just ended the episode!"
"I just wanted to know why the guys on the helicopter didn't let me on."
"Oh, right! I almost forgot. You see, there is a pretty high demand for you by the viewers. Even more than Mr. Coconut! So, we're gonna keep you with us for a few episodes." [3]
"What?! But what about the restraining order?"
"As of a few minutes ago, Total Drama lawyers have made it null and void."
"EEEEEEEEEEE!" was heard before Cody was tackled to the ground by Sierra.
"Ahh!"
"How will Cody fair against the fairly fair Sierra? Find out next time on…"
"Total…"
"Drama…"
"Avengeance!"
The picture fades to black.
Voting Confessionals
*Static*
Zoey - "Wow! I did terrible in that challenge. I didn't even survive one attack. Ugh! Anyway, this vote it going to be terribly difficult to make, but I've got to vote for Brick. Besides myself, I think he did the worst in this challenge, but he and his opponent were more evenly matched than I was against Katie, who had already evolved. I really hate to throw Brick under the bus like that, but I still want to win this season. Is that a bad thing to say?"
*Static*
Brick - "Man. These votes just keep getting harder and harder. Every single one of my teammates are also my friends. Friends that I would go to war with anytime, but now I have to vote to get one of them eliminated tonight. Well...since I can't go by relationship status, I'll just have to go by how everyone performed. Mike, Anne Maria, and Dawn actually won their first battles, so I can't vote for them. That just leaves me, B, and Zoey. I could vote for myself, but I still think I can win. B did pretty well in his battle, while Zoey was beaten by one move. Sure it was a super effective move from an evolved, high-level opponent, but...wow! That battle was really unbalanced. That just wasn't fair for Zoey, but I can't vote for myself or B. I have to go with Zoey.
*Static*
Mike - "I loved this challenge, even though we lost. And now, I have to vote off one of my friends. This is gonna be difficult. Voting for Dawn and Anne Maria wouldn't be fair since we all won our battles. That just leaves B, Brick, and Zoey. I obviously can't vote for Zoey, and B did a lot better than Brick did in their battles. Sorry, Brick.
*Static*
Anne Maria - "Ugh! I still can't believe I got distracted like dat. Oh well, at least I won my first battle, unlike Zoey. Hey battle was just pathetic. Fainting afta one attack? Seriously?
*Static*
Dawn - "Oh dear! This vote may be the hardest one of all. All of my remaining teammates are friends of mine, so I cannot vote based on that. B, Brick, and Zoey didn't win their battles, so I guess I will have to choose one of them. I cannot vote for my B, and voting for Zoey would be painful, since we've been such good friends since season 4." *She sighs sadly* "Forgive me, Brick."
*Static*
B - *He thinks it over for a while before showing two drawings to the camera. One resembled Zoey and the other resembled Brick. He looked between the both of them a few times before silently sighing and putting down the drawing of Brick and sadly pointed at the drawing of Zoey."

[1] - The garage band show that Mr. McGillis is talking about is Grojband. I seriously love that show! I don't know if it's because I'm an aspiring musician myself, or I love the songs that they play every episode, or the show is just plain hilarious or a combination of the three. I just love that show so much. Speaking of me being a musician, what did you guys think of my song parody?
[2] - That phrase, "Battol!" is from Pokemon the Bridged Series, which is a series on Youtube by a group of hilarious people. That phrase was first used in episode 7 of that series. Check it out, it's hilarious!
[3] - That line is actually true. Cody actually leads the poll for characters that you guys want to see be cameo contestants. Mr. Coconut isn't too far behind either. Lol You guys are awesome!
There you have it! Brick has been eliminated and Cody gets to stay for a few more episodes. How many will that be? Your guess is as good as mine. Lol Anyway, if you've gotten Pokemon X or Y today and you're playing it, tell how much you like it so far. I'll be joining you guys soon, maybe I'll drop my Friend Code in an update so we can trade and stuff. Lol Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed the chapter, be sure to leave a review saying what your favorite part of the challenge was. See you all at the next update. Sayoonara! BTW, I'm taking a Beginning Japanese class at college and if you were wondering, the title for the last chapter was Japanese for "Total Drama Pocket Monsters".
P.S.: One of my fanfiction friends has a new fanfic called Total Drama Eviction which he recently published. The first chapter was really good in my opinion and it looks like the rest of it will be really good. If you guys want to check it out, it is by GonardWithTheTDL.
