What is up, everybody? ChrisATD1 here coming at ya with a new chapter of TDAvengeance! First, I've got to apologize for the long wait. I really wanted to get this chapter out like 2 weeks ago, right after the semester ended, but I was sooooo drained from college. I had to take some time to rest my brain, especially after Finals Week. It was all worth it though, 1 C, 3 Bs, and an A for my troubles. But, enough bragging. On with the chapter!

The picture faded in, but instead of seeing Chris in his trailer, a silver and bronze-colored title card with the words "Total Drama Avengeance: Old Losers Vs. New Losers Halfway Aftermath" printed on it was shown, while a familiar sounding riff played. After a few seconds, the "V" in "Avengeance" flew towards the screen, blocking off the title screen in white. A moment later, black text appeared on the white background.

"Since so much has happened in the season so far, all of the highlight clips would take too much time to show for the intro. However, we at Total Drama, mostly me, came up with a solution so we can show the hilarious highlights in a hilarious way, without taking too much time. So, please enjoy DRAMAQUEST! McLean out!" [1]

-Chris McLean

The text stayed on the screen for about 10 seconds before the whole picture faded to black. A few moments later, a picture of Chris and Chef standing in front of Wrigley Field faded in. A second later, some catchy electronic music started playing and Chris and Chef, who seemed to be cutouts placed upon a background, started rocking back-and-forth in time with the music's beat.

After the first measure of the song, all 11 of the New Team members popped up out of nowhere and danced along with Chris and Chef. After that measure, the Old Team members popped up and danced along. And after that measure, all 24 dancing cutouts started moving to the right of the screen.

After another measure, the background changed to the inside of Wrigley Field. All 24 people were still moving to the right and dancing in time with the music. However, Jo's cutout was hit in the face with a yellow ball, causing her to fall down. She stayed on the ground while the other 23 continued off screen.

The background changes to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This time, an IndyCar racecar drops from the sky, and lands on Trent, stopping him from continuing with the rest.

The background changes again to a WWE wrestling ring, with a cutout of WWE wrestler, The Big Show dancing in place in front of it. As the Old Team dances by him, the Big Show rears back his fist and thrusts it forward once Beth reaches him, causing her to fly backwards off-screen.

The next background is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and this time, a Duncan cutout is waiting in front of it. As the New Team goes by him, the Punk sticks out his foot and trips Staci, making her fall while the other 20 continue.

Hershey Park is next, and Chef stops moving to the side, and looks back as the New Team walks towards him. When Sam gets to him, he picks him up and carries him over his shoulder before resuming the journey to the right.

A map from Call of Duty is the next background. Courtney, who is carrying a rifle, is waiting in front of it. Right as Scott approaches her, she shoots him in the knee, making him fall face first to the ground.

The next background is shown to be Fenway Park. This time, Heather and Gwen are waiting in front of it, sword fighting with their racquetball rackets. As the teams go by, Dakota throws her racket at Heather, who retaliates by throwing her own, which breaks over Dakota's head. Meanwhile, Justin tosses a comb in the air. The comb lands in front of Sadie, who trips and falls over it. The others leave her there and continue the journey.

Coney Island is the next backdrop, and this time, Owen, who's eating hotdogs, and a cutout of a blacked-out silhouette, with a white question mark in the middle, are waiting in front of it. Bridgette suddenly starts projectile vomiting, which blasts her off-screen.

Next, Chris is shown going to sleep in his trailer, which is dark to show that it's nighttime. The music stops momentarily while the Host is asleep. A few moments later, the picture starts to get brighter, signaling the sunrise. Suddenly, an alarm clock sounds, which wakes Chris up. He gets out of bed, and starts dancing and moving to the right again as the music resumes.

The Host goes in front of a background of an auto shop, where Chef, Sam, the 16 remaining contestants, the blacked-out silhouette, and two masked cutouts dressed in black are waiting, while dancing of course.

Dawn and Eva pull the masks off of Izzy and Sierra, respectively. After they do, the Old Team cutouts move off-screen to the right, while the New Team move off-screen to the left. Suddenly, another masked cutout moves on-screen from the right, and is pounced on by Ezekiel. Chris, then, pulls off Blaineley's mask as the New Team returns.

A measure later, Chef throws Blaineley off screen to the left, and a puff of white smoke covers Izzy, letting her disappear. Then, Dakota goes to Sam, picks him up, and carries him off-screen. The blacked-out silhouette attempts to go off-screen, but Izzy rappels from above and carries the silhouette off-screen with her. Meanwhile, Chris, Chef, Sierra, and the remaining contestants continue their journey to the right.

The next background is a grassy plain, and all of the cutouts have changed to the Pokémon that they changed into, except for Trent, who is wearing yellow, star-shaped sunglasses, and holding a yellow guitar with a star-shaped body, signifying that he is playing the guitar solo that is currently playing in the song. He and Cody the Sandshrew are already waiting in front of the backdrop, dancing along, even after Sierra the Espeon pounces on Cody and carries him. Meanwhile, Tyler the Cranidos headbutts Brick the Machop off-screen, before following everyone else to the right.

Everyone is returned to normal as they dance in front of a hotel. Lindsay and LeShawna are waiting there already, but LeShawna is holding a baby doll in her hands. When Geoff approaches her, he stops in front of her before backing away. When she takes a step towards him, the Party Boy hightails it off-screen, back in the direction where the group came from.

The backdrop changes, once again, this time to an empty Bridgestone Arena. Alejandro, Cameron, DJ, Harold, and Lightning are already waiting for them. Once Chris, Chef, Sierra, Cody, and the 11 remaining contestants fully get on-screen, the contestants and the five waiting cameos split into their teams of two.

Then, each pair knocks out their opponents in time with the beats of the background song. This went on until only Justin was left. With all of the others off-screen, Chris gave Justin an immunity idol.

Lastly, a black background pops up with the show's logo in the middle of it, and the cutouts of the 11 remaining contestants dancing around the logo as the music continues with a robotic voice singing "Total Drama, Tot-al Drama" repeatedly in time with the music. With that, both the visual and the music slowly fade out, only to be replaced by applause and clapping.

Fresh TV Studio

The live audience continued to applaud the intro to the show as the cameras focused on the stage of the Aftermath show, unchanged from how it looked before, besides a few extra sofas on both sides of the stage. The audience continued to applaud as three people made their way to the sofa in the center of the stage.

"Welcome everyone, to the Total Drama Avengeance Aftermath Halfway Special! I'm Bridgette," Bridgette said gesturing to herself, which was rewarded with more applause.

"I'm Dakota," the second blonde teen said with a wave and a wink. The audience responded with applause and a few wolf whistles here and there.

"And I'm hungry…" Owen said while clutching his huge stomach. Naturally, the audience laughed at his response.

"Ugh…Owen, you, already ate, like, half of the buffet that's backstage," Dakota told the Big Guy.

"I know! I wanted to eat the other half, but the interns said that it was for the rest of the guests. I mean, I don't wanna be greedy, but I can't survive on only a dozen chicken wings. I need at least three dozen."

The audience laughed and applauded more at Owen's antics while Dakota rolled her eyes.

"Heh-heh," Bridgette chuckled before speaking to the audience again, "And we are your hosts for this Aftermath Special! Now, I'm sure that all of you Total Drama fans in the audience and watching at home know how the past Aftermaths have gone. Well, this one will be just like those, with a twist."

All of the audience let out a simultaneous "Oooh."

Bridgette opened her mouth to speak again, but she was interrupted when Dakota slid in front of her and continued from where she left off.

"That's right! A twist!" she said as the Surfer Girl gave her a slightly annoyed look from behind. "This Aftermath episode will be split into three sections. Each section will have a group of Total Drama contestants come out on-stage to be interviewed by two of us. Those groups are the eliminated Old Team contestants, the eliminated New Team contestants, like moi, and the cameo contestants! Pretty awesome, right?"

The audience replied with roaring applause.

"Yeah! Whoo-hoo!" Owen cheered along, "And the best part is, at the end of each segment, the contestants in those groups will be doing a challenge to decide who will get back into the game! WHOO-HOO!"

Once again, the audience cheered with Owen.

"Ow-en!" the Princess said with an annoyed tone, "I was supposed to say that!"

"Oops…sorry," the Big Guy said sheepishly.

"Actually, the director wanted me to say all of that," Bridgette pointed out.

"Yeah, I know," Dakota said, "But you sounded too laid back when you were talking. Big news like this is supposed to be said with some 'oomph!'."

The Surfer Girl sighed before replying.

"I was gonna give it some 'oomph!' before you cut in, but as long as the audience knows," she concluded with a shrug.

"Great!" the Pink Princess said before she started to push Bridgette to the right side of the stage. "Now, go backstage and get ready to get interviewed along with the rest of the Old Team eliminations."

Once they got to the edge of the curtain, Dakota stopped pushing and Bridgette looked back at her with a slightly agitated look before exiting stage right.

"Meanwhile," she said as she walked back to the center sofa where Owen was seated, "Owen and I will be the most awesome hosts, ever!"

"Yeah! Awesome hosts! Whoo!"

The audience applauded once again.

"And our first duty, as awesome hosts, is to introduce our first guest! He is the main music man of Total Drama, and he was eliminated this season by a technicality. Please welcome, Treeeeeent!"

The audience erupted with applause, cheers, and some girls screaming as Trent made his way to the sofa on the right side of the stage. As he sat down, he smiled and waved to the audience, which garnered even more screams.

"WHOO! Trent, my man! How's have you been?" Owen asked as the applause quieted down.

"Doing pretty good, man," the Cool Guy responded, coolly.

"I'll say," Dakota said, "Looks like you're foot's all healed up now."

"Yep! It's 100%. Watch this."

Trent got up, out of his seat, and then proceeded to moonwalk to the center of the stage and back to the sofa, earning him even more screams from the audience.

"Niiice! Looks like you're ready to compete again, if need be."

"Sure am," he replied with a nod.

"Alright! Let's start off with some fan emails," Dakota said while the huge screen behind the sofas turned on and showed an inbox of emails. "We asked the fans if they had any questions for any of the eliminated or cameo contestants that they would like to be asked on the show, and you have some Trent."

"Right on! Ask away."

"Ok! The first one is from…chrisatd1 who asks, 'Have you written anymore songs since the Drama Bros broke up?'"

"Well, first off, the Drama Brothers aren't technically broken up. We just haven't been able to get together and record or even write songs together since Season 3 ended. Most of the time when the four of us are together, it's for appearances as Total Drama contestants, not as the Drama Bros, so there's no time to collaborate with each other. As for writing songs on my own, I'm always thinking up new songs, no matter where I'm at or what I'm doing. That's one of the reasons why I carry my guitar with me almost everywhere I go. If I get an idea, I can just grab my guitar and make it come to life."

The crowd applauded and cheered Trent's answer.

"Whoa…that is deep, dude," Owen said in awe, "Like, deep-dish pizza deep."

"Yeah," Dakota agreed. "How could Gwen dump such a sweet and intelligent guy like you? If I was her, I would have held on to you and never let go!"

This made Trent's face drop.

"Well…to be honest, I wasn't all that intelligent back in Season 2. I made some stupid decisions that season out of jealousy that ended up driving Gwen away."

"Yeah, you were acting pretty wack-o back then," Owen interjected, "I mean, not like Izzy-crazy, but kinda close."

"You're right, Owen," Trent started with a sad sigh, "I wish I could go back and erase my screw-ups, but what's done is done. I'm just happy that she's happy, even if it is with Duncan."

"Or is she happy with Duncan?" Dakota asked with a knowing tone.

"Huh? What do you mean," the Cool Guy asked.

"How about we answer that question with a clip from the show," she said as she gestured to the big screen, which switched from showing the emails to showing a paused clip from the show. The stilled video showed Dawn squinting at Gwen, who had a shocked look on her face, as they conversed in a locker room.

"H-How-How do you…? Who told you-" Gwen stammered.

"You wanted to see…"

"…"

"You wanted to see…"

"Trent…" The Goth Girl let out a sad sigh after muttering Trent's name.

Dawn opened her eyes after hearing Gwen finish her sentence.

"Why would you want to see your ex so badly?"

Gwen bit down on her bottom lip before answering, "I was…hoping to…try and get back together with him."

"But, I thought you were dating Duncan."

"I am…for now, at least. Things have been a bit rough lately with Duncan and I, so I thought if I agreed to come on the show, then I'd be able to talk with Trent to see if he would be willing to get back together."

The audience let out another "Oooh!" after the clip ended. Trent, however, was silent.

"And that clip leads us to the next question, which I'm sure is on every fan's mind," Dakota said, going back to the emails. "Corbinace asks: 'Now that Gwen said that she wanted to restart her relationship with you, do you want to be her boyfriend again?'"

The crowd, this time, let out a loud "Whoooooo!" as they anticipated Trent's answer.

"Wow…" he started, "I'm not sure what to say…"

"Well, do you still have feelings for her?" the Pink Princess asked.

The Cool Guy was silent for a few moments before he could answer.

"…Yeah, I do. Gwen was the first, and only, girl that I cared about deeply who cared about me just as much. So, it shouldn't be a surprise that I still have feelings for her. However, I never expected her to want to get back together with me, especially after all the mess that she and Duncan went through with Courtney in Season 3 just to be together. It almost seems like a shame that they're breaking up, but I guess that's just the way life is."

The audience, once again, applauded Trent's answer.

"That is true, but you still haven't answered Corbinace's question. Are you willing to be her boyfriend again?"

This made Trent chuckle quietly before answering.

"To be completely honest, I've been waiting for this day since Total Drama Action. So, if she is really willing to take me back, then…I'll gladly be her boyfriend again."

With that last statement, the audience erupted with applause and cheers.

"On that note, I think it's time to bring out our next guest," Dakota said over the applause. "She was the runner-up of Total Drama Action, and she has a surprisingly attractive boyfriend. Give it up for, Beeeeeeth!"

The Wannabe received a good amount of applause as she walked on-stage and took her seat next to Trent on the sofa.

"Thanks guys! It's great to be here again, even though I had to be eliminated to get here," she said with a huge grin.

"And it's great to have you here with us," the Pink Princess said generously. "Now, let's get into some fan emails."

Dakota scrolled down the inbox and picked an email with the subject, "For Beth."

"This fan asks, 'How is Brady doing? Are you still with him? Will we ever see him again on Total Drama?'"

Beth giggled before starting her answer.

"Brady is doing great, and our relationship is pretty good too! I'm not sure if he'll be on the show anytime soon though. He gets pretty busy with his modeling jobs, which are all over Canada and the U.S."

"Wow! He must have an excellent agent," Dakota stated.

"It's funny that you mention his agent, because it's because of her that Brady and I met," Beth said.

"Really?" Owen asked.

"How exactly did you two meet? I've always wondered that," the Pink Princess asked.

"Well, his agent is actually my auntie, who works at a modeling agency. Since he had just moved to the city, he had to go to the dentist to get a check-up on his teeth before he could get any modeling jobs. So, my auntie recommended the same dentist I go to. On the same day as his check-up, I had to go and get my braces removed. In the waiting room, we sat across from each other and he actually recognized me from Total Drama Island. After that, we talked for a while, and when it was time for his check-up, we exchanged phone numbers. And the rest is history."

The audience applauded after Beth finished her story.

"Wow! That is, like, the most amazing love-at-first-sight story I ever heard!"

"No doubt," Trent chimed in.

"Aww, guys. You're making me blush," Beth said bashfully as her face started to turn a shade of red. "Are there any more questions?"

"Yeah, you have more," Dakota said while scrolling down, "But most of them are asking about Brady…Oh! Here's one not about Brady. This fan asks, 'Cody should have been in this season, not you! You were already a runner-up in Total Drama Action! Cody only got third in World Tour! Why in the world were you picked instead of him? He needs redemption more than you do!'"

The teenagers on stage were silent, while the audience murmured amongst themselves.

"Wow! That email was pretty harsh," Owen stated.

"I know, right," Dakota agreed, "I feel bad just from reading it out loud. But the question that was asked, 'Why was Beth chosen for this season over Cody,' was already answered on the show. Let's take a look at the clip."

With that, everyone focused their attention on the screen behind the sofas. When an image popped up, it was a still image of Chris and the 22 contestants who started the season. Then, the video started to play.

"To be honest Beth, you've come the closest to winning a season out of everyone here. So you probably shouldn't be here and neither should Bridgette, since she was in all three seasons despite getting into the Final 10 only once," the Host told them.

Both of the girls that Chris mentioned were looking at him with nervous expressions.

"But," Chris continued, "then we'd have an uneven amount of boys to girls, and we can't have that. Total Drama is an equal opportunity television show." Chris chuckles at his last comment.

The clip stopped and the contestants on stage turned to each other once again.

"I still wonder why he chuckled like that, but there's your answer. If Beth was replaced by Cody, then this season would have had 12 guys and 10 girls. I'm sure there would be some women out there who would see that as unfair to the girls on this show."

"Unless they were huge fans of Cody," Beth chimed in, which garnered some screams from the some of the crowd's females.

"It still surprises me how much of a fan-base Cody has," Trent said with a small chuckle.

"Well, all you Cody fans out there who wanted him to be in this season, be sure to stay tuned to this show," Dakota said, facing the camera, "Because towards the end of this Aftermath, he, along with several other cameo contestants, will have a chance to get into this season, starting with the next episode!"

Cheers and applause erupted from the crowd once more.

"I knew you all would like that. Now let's bring out our next guests! Next to Lindsay and Tyler, these two contestants have the longest running relationship in Total Drama. Give it up for our co-host, Bridgette, and her boyfriend, Geoooooff!"

All of the contestants on-stage clapped with the audience as the aforementioned blonde couple made their way to the sofa. Geoff high-fived Trent and Owen then hugged Beth and Dakota, while Bridgette just hugged Trent and Beth, before taking their seats.

"Bridgette! Geoff! Great to have you both here!" Owen welcomed them.

"Great to be here again, brah!" said Geoff, "I gotta say, you guys are doing a stellar job hosting this Aftermath!"

"Aww! Thanks Geoff! That means a lot coming from a previous host, like you," Dakota gushed.

"Yeah, you guys are doing gre-"

"Yeah, thanks," Dakota quickly interrupted Bridgette, "Now that you two are here together, let's have you answer some fan mail. You guys got a good number of questions from the Total Drama fans."

"Coolio! Let's hear 'em!" the Party Dude said while leaning back comfortably on the couch with his arm around Bridgette's waist.

"Ok, here's the first question. 'Bridgette and Geoff, you two seem to go through an awful lot of disagreements and arguments, yet you're still dating each other. How have you guys stayed together even after these quarrels?'"

"That's an easy one," Geoff started, "It is true that Bridge and I do have our problems and disagreements, just like every other couple out there. But, I think we find peace after those disagreements because we both dig each other enough to not want to stay mad at each other. Y'know what I mean?"

"Totally!"

"Well, Geoff," Bridgette started saying herself, "While I do agree that we care for each other so much that we don't want to stay mad at each other, I think it's a bit more complicated than that. Our relationship is not as-"

"Oh! We have another question!" the Pink Princess host interjected.

"…But, I wasn't finished," the Surfer Girl replied.

"Yeah, but the producers told me to move on to the next question," Dakota said while pointing to her earpiece.

"Really? I didn't hear anything," Bridgette said while pointing at her own earpiece.

"They must have cut yours off, since you're a guest now."

"I didn't hear anything either," Owen chimed in.

"Yours must be broken," Dakota quickly said to her current co-host. "Anyway, next question!"

The Surfer Girl looks skeptically at the Pink Princess as she clicked on the next fan email.

"This fan asks, 'Bridgette and Geoff, how do you feel about Blaineley being sent to prison after what she attempted in New York City?'"

"She deserves it for essentially trying to hurt us, including Chris and Chef, just so she can get back on TV. I mean, who does that?" Bridgette said almost instantly.

"Fame sometimes makes you do crazy things. I should know," Geoff said, "But, still, that plan of hers was über psycho, dude. Like, crazier than Izzy."

"Hey, hey, whoa, whoa. No need to bring up Izzy in this," Owen chimed in before chuckling nervously.

"Actually, speaking of Izzy, what do you guys think about Izzy and Sierra's involvement in Blaineley's scheme?" Dakota asked.

"Well, I think that Blaineley had something on Sierra and Izzy that forced them to work with her," the Party Boy said, "Or maybe they didn't know about her whole plan and just went along with her."

"Yeah," his girlfriend agreed, "If those two actually knew about her plan to sabotage the bus and still went along with it, I'll start looking at Izzy and Sierra in a different light, and not a good one. But, we'll know what the story is once we have those two out here for the Cameo Contestant segment of this show."

"Hey, we're the hosts ATM, Bridgette," Dakota said while gesturing to herself and Owen on the couch. "But, yeah. We will be getting Izzy and Sierra's sides of the story here, later on. In the meantime, we've got one more Old Team contestant to interview. She's one-half of the first official friendship in Total Drama history, and she, along with Eva and Katie, has been featured on the most Total Drama Aftermath episodes in the Peanut Gallery. Give it up for…Sadie!"

The audience clapped for Sadie as she walked out to the stage from the right side. However, she didn't look too happy to be there. She slowly made her way to the couch and sat down next to Beth without a word.

"Sadie! Great to-"

"WAH!" Sadie wailed as tears flowed down her face. "I'm the worst BFFFL ever-her-her!"

"What do you mean?" Beth asked as she patted the crying teen's shoulder in an attempt to calm her down.

"I really liked Justin-*Sniff*-a-and Katie supported me-*Sniff*-but he just turned out to be a handsome jerk-*Sniff*-and Katie tried to warn me-*Sniff*-but I didn't believe her-*Sniff*-and I told her that she was just jealous-*Sniff*-because Justin is hotter than Noah-*Sniff*-and we argued-*Sniff*-but she was right-*Sniff*-and I'm a stupid jerk-*Sniff*-for not believing my friend over a jerky guy! WAH!"

A collective "Aw…" was heard from the live studio audience after Sadie concluded her long-winded sorrowful story.

"Aw, Sadie, it's not your fault," Beth told her, "You were just blinded by the hunky-ness of Justin. I've been there before, but I was able to overcome it after I found out that he was just using his charms and good looks to keep himself in the game longer."

"I remember that," Sadie said with a sniffle, "And I still fell for it. I thought I could change him, but I guess I was wrong. WAAAH!"

As the bigger BFFFL started crying again, it was Bridgette's turn to pat her shoulder.

"We all make mistakes Sadie," the Surfer told her, "And, even though those mistakes may cause some pain, there is something good about making mistakes from time to time; You can learn from them. I'm sure you learned something from this whole experience, Sadie. Right?"

Sadie wiped the tears from her eyes and sniffled one last time before answering.

"I…I guess I learned that I…shouldn't let a guy's good looks blind me from his personality."

"Anything else?"

"And…I should consider my female friends' opinions instead of dismissing them as jealousy just because I may disagree. Oh, I'm so, so, so, soooooo sorry for saying that you were jealous of me, Bridgette!"

With that said the bigger BFFFL wrapped her arms around Bridgette and gave her a hug, which the Surfer gladly returned as the audience applauded the Kodak moment with the other contestants.

"Are you feeling better now, Sadie," Dakota asked.

"Mm-hmm," Sadie replied with a happy nod.

"Great! Now you can answer a fan mail question! Unfortunately, we only have time for one, so let's get to it."

The Pink Princess clicked on the first email she saw for Sadie and opened.

"Ooh! Here's a good one from Karts of Sugar Rush! He asks, 'Sadie, do you have a crush on Cameron? You're both really nice and if he deserves anybody, it's someone as bubbly as you.'"

After the question was asked, a simultaneous "Oooh!" was heard from both the audience and the contestants that were seated around Sadie, who had a small blush on her cheeks.

"He-he! Well…I've never actually met Cameron face-to-face, but he was kinda cute during season 4. In fact, I cheered for him to win during the finale, and me and Katie were, like, soooooo happy he won! Soooo…I'll think about it," she ended with a giggle.

The audience applauded and let out some "Whoo!"s after hearing her answer.

"Alright! Now that all five of you are out here now, it's time for…the Return Challenge!"

Cheers were heard from the crowd as five very long treadmills were brought onto the stage.

"WHOO HOO!" Owen cheered.

"Here's the challenge," Dakota read off of an index card, "Each of you gets on a separate treadmill. Each of the treadmills will move at the same exact pace. Your task is to run on the treadmill for as long as you can. The last one to stay on their feet, while on the treadmill, wins. Oh, and while you're running, there will be some…obstacles that will appear in your path that you have maneuver around. Also, the treadmills will gradually move faster the longer you run on them. Good luck!"

After hearing the rules of the challenge, Beth, Bridgette, Geoff, Sadie, and Trent made their way to the treadmills and walked onto them.

"Ready?" the Princess asked.

"Aaaaaaaand…GO!" Owen shouted!

As soon as he said 'Go!' the treadmills started to move. It started at a slow, walking pace. Meanwhile, everyone in the audience started cheering for whichever contestant they wanted to win. Soon enough, the first obstacles dropped onto the exercise machines. They were medium-sized hurdles that were about 2- and-a-half feet high. Bridgette, Geoff, Sadie, and Trent made it over easily, but Beth wasn't as fortunate. When she jumped, her left foot caught the hurdle and made her fall.

"Beth has been eliminated," Dakota announced as Beth's treadmill stopped.

"D'aw…," Beth said, disappointed in herself.

The four remaining contestants continued. After a minute of walking and jumping, the treadmills started to go at a jogging pace. The next obstacles to drop down were several banana peels, three on each machine. Trent and Bridgette were able to step and jump around the peels. Sadie, however, accidently stepped on one of the peels after dodging another one. The fruit remnant caused the BFFFL to slip to her left, making her fall onto Geoff's treadmill. The Party Guy was unable to react fast enough and he tripped over Sadie. [2]

"Sadie and Geoff have been eliminated," Dakota announced.

"Ugh! That was gnarly, brah," Geoff said.

"Oooh…Sorry, Geoff," Sadie apologized.

"And then there were two," Trent said as he smirked to Bridgette, who gave a determined smirk right back at him.

The treadmills' pace increased to a running pace, and the crowd started cheering between Trent and Bridgette.

"Let's go Trent!"

"Let's go Bridgette!"

Those two cheers were chanted alternately from the crowd in support for the last two remaining contestants.

This continued for another three minutes. At this point, the treadmills' pace was getting difficult to keep up with and the obstacles were becoming harder to overcome. Trent was getting exhausted and Bridgette was starting to lose her balance from having to run so fast.

"Come on, Bridge! You can do it, babe!" Geoff shouted in support for his girlfriend.

The two competitors continued to run as the next obstacles dropped onto the tracks.

"NO!" Trent and Bridgette simultaneously shouted as they saw their next obstacles.

Trent's guitar fell onto his treadmill while Bridgette's favorite surfboard fell onto hers. It was clear that both of the competitors had to make a choice, and quickly.

The Cool Guy and the Surfer Chick began their jumps. However, both eliminated contestants were thinking about how to save their beloved objects instead of just jumping over them and hoping for the best.

"Gotta save my guitar/board," they thought as they jumped over their respective belongings.

As they both made their way back down onto the treadmills, both Trent and Bridgette attempted to reach for their prized possessions. However, Bridgette was unable to completely jump over her surfboard due to her weakened legs. She was forced to land on top of her board instead of the moving conveyor of the treadmill, which sent her and her board off onto the stage floor. Meanwhile, Trent actually managed to grab the neck of his guitar, pick it up, and keep running while barely staying on the treadmill.

"I gotcha, Bridge!" Geoff yelled as he stood in the surfboard's path down the length of the stage.

However, the board skidded down the stage and slowed to a stop before it even got to the Party Dude.

"Oh…" he said in slight embarrassment, "Are you alright, Bridge?"

"Yeah…I'm fine," Bridgette answered breathlessly, "Thankfully…my board is…too."

"And the winner is…TRENT!" Dakota announced as the audience cheered loudly.

Meanwhile, the winner was still running on his treadmill.

"*Pant* Thanks! *Pant* But, can I *Pant* stop running now?! *Pant*" He asked desperately.

A second later, his treadmill started to slow down until it came to a complete stop. After which, Trent immediately fell backwards, onto the stage floor, making sure to keep his guitar from hitting the floor with him. As he lied on the floor, panting heavily, the other contestants, sans Bridgette, surrounded him.

"Are you ok, Trent?" Sadie asked.

"Yeah. *Pant* Just need *Pant* a breather…," he answered.

"Well, it looks like it's time for a quick break," Dakota said to the camera, "After these messages, we'll have the New Team's eliminated contestants, including yours truly, come out here to be interviewed. Hopefully, Bridgette will have recovered enough to actually host. But, if she isn't, I'll gladly host some more."

"Don't *Pant* even *Pant* think about it *Pant*" Bridgette breathlessly said off screen.

"See you after the break! Mwah!" the Princess said while blowing a kiss to the camera and the audience.

I hope you all enjoyed the first part of the Halftime Aftermath Special. And for those of you who asked questions for the Old Team's eliminated contestants, I hope you're satisfied with their answers. If any of you have any questions for the eliminated New Team contestants or any of the cameo contestants, be sure to PM them to me, so that they can be answered. Speaking of the New Team's eliminated contestants, the poll for who you guys want to see return for the New Team should be open on my profile right now! It will remain open for the next month, until July 6th. Be sure to get your vote in before then! As seen in the chapter, Trent won the Old Team's poll with 16 votes. Bridgette got 10, Geoff and Sadie both got 4, and Beth got 1. Thanks for voting and I hope you all vote in the next two polls as well. See ya in the next chapter!
