"Grace Bloodgood. Please approach, and none of that silly bowing stuff. I'm not one for formalities." Aphrodite said after hugging Frankie close for a minute, she was still holding the green skinned ghoul close protectively but Frankie had gotten awkward and shy real quick. It didn't take a genius to know that she wasn't used to the motherly affection and attention.

"Yes Lady Aphrodite?" Bloodgood asked stepping forward and resisting the urge to bow out of habit.

"Although she is mine and my husbands daughter, I am afraid that Zeus is in one of his fits again and she is not able to stay with us. Since you care for all of your students as if they are your children, although I have noticed that you're fonder of Frankie and young Abbey than any other, I would appreciate it if she can stay with you in your home until everything is resolved with Zeus." Aphrodite said causing Bloodgood to smile slightly.

"Of course Lady Aphrodite. I was going to do so anyways, after all I am rather fond of Frankie." Bloodgood said smiling at Frankie who blushed and gave a small shy smile back.

"You can gather anything of sentimental value or things you just want to keep in general sweetheart, but no cloths aside from those your friends have made for you. Since I have about an hour before anyone realizes that I'm gone, I'm taking you shopping. Your mate can come along too of course." Aphrodite said smiling and causing C.A. Cupid and most everyone else to blanch.

"Um Grandmother?" C.A. asked stepping forward and bowing slightly, causing Aphrodite and everyone else to look at her.

"Yes granddaughter? And please no formalities, you're family." Aphrodite said smiling softly at C.A. who gave her a small smile back.

"I'm afraid that Frankie doesn't know anything about fashion or shopping in general. Sh-"

"What?! What do you mean my baby girl doesn't know about fashion and shopping?!" Aphrodite screeched shocked and wide eyed, causing Frankie to whimper as she darted out of Aphrodite's arms and into a corner.

"I'm sorry." Frankie muttered over and over as she held her arms up in front of her face, looking like she was expecting to be beaten. Jinafire glared and hissed at Aphrodite for distressing her mate, before walking over to Frankie and kneeling down to collect the ghoul in her arms.

"It's alright, hime-chan. No one will hurt you. I am here. I won't let them." Jinafire murmured softly as she held her tiny mate close while everyone stared at Frankie's reaction to Aphrodite's screech wide eyed and horrified. Bloodgood felt her blood boil and freeze at the same time. That kind of reaction…it only occurred when.

"I'm going to kill those bastards!" Bloodgood hissed her eyes being lit with an enraged fire as she glared towards her office, keeping her voice low enough that Frankie didn't hear her.

"Ms. Bloodgood?" Aphrodite asked confused and worried, she didn't get the chance to look in on her daughter often therefore she had no clue why her beloved baby girl would act like that.

'Lady Aphrodite. I've seen reactions like Ms. Frankie's before but they only occur in severely abusive situations. She's having a panic attack, likely due to your yelling about her not knowing about fashion and shopping. Let Jinafire calm her down, a mate's soothing words and touch will do more than anything we can do for her.' Bloodgood thought to the goddess, knowing that she would hear the thoughts as soon as her name is mentioned.

Aphrodite's face contorted in rage but softened when she looked at her poor child who was cowering in her mates arms. Quickly swooping over she didn't hesitate in wrapping her arms around her daughter, causing everyone's hearts to break when the green skinned ghoul panicked and struggled to get away and was reaching for Jinafire.

"Shhh shhh. It's alright my child. Be calm…please sweetheart calm down for mama. I will never hurt you. I was just surprised because most of my children and grandchildren are experts in fashion and are considered shopaholics by others. You are the first exception to this and it merely surprised me." Aphrodite tried to sooth her frantic and panicking daughter who was struggling to get back to Jinafire.

"Calm down luv. It's okay my sweet little mate. She will not harm you. Goddess or not, if she even tries to I will burn her alive!" Jinafire said giving Aphrodite a pointed glare as the dragoness stroked Frankie's face gently. Many audibly gasped at her bold words and most of the skeletons lost their lower jaws to the ground while Bloodgood smiled slightly as she began to walk towards the group. It was nice to see that Jinafire's protective and loving nature towards her little mate was so strong so soon.

"If I ever harm her then I'll gladly let you do so before punishing myself further." Aphrodite said seriously as she looked at her youngest child's mate.

"And that's before I get done with you. Ms. Stein…Frankie…please calm down. No one will hurt you." Bloodgood told the goddess seriously as she sank to her knees and began to comfort Frankie who was slowly calming down at her mate's words, and now at her headmistress's words as well.

"It's alright Frankie. Even if you don't trust your mother yet you can trust me. Have I ever hurt you on purpose? I know I'm stern at times but have I ever truly hurt you?" Bloodgood asked gently as she placed a hand on Frankie's cheek, stroking the girls hair out of her face with a mothers touch. Frankie's struggles had all but completely stopped as she slowly shook her head in the negative. Bloodgood pretended not to see Aphrodite wince at the part about Frankie not trusting her.

"See? I've never hurt you and I never will. So please calm down Frankie. Even if you can't trust anyone else when they say they won't hurt you…you can trust me. You know that don't you?" Bloodgood said smiling softly at the small girl who looked smaller than usual but nodded her head slightly.

"That a girl. Now come on. Stand up straight! Be proud of who you are, freaky flaws and all! Give us that brave face and smile you always wear no matter how dire the circumstances are!" Bloodgood encouraged causing Frankie to nod slightly as she stood up while Aphrodite stood as well backing up a bit and letting Jinafire and Bloodgood support the green skinned girl on either side, and gave a small smile.

"There we go! There's the pretty smile that has me and Clawdeen beating the guys and ghouls off of you!" Bloodgood said grinning triumphantly and causing Frankie to blush and giggle slightly while Jinafire growled lowly, possessively, as she glared at the nearby guys and ghouls.

"Now come on. You need to go get your things and move them to my house, then you, your mother, and your mate are going shopping…who knows. Maybe they'll teach you a few tricks and if they don't then I will." Bloodgood said encouraging Frankie slightly and causing the small girl to smile up at her and give her a brief surprise hug.

"Thank you." Frankie whispered causing Bloodgood to smile mischievously as she ruffled Frankie's hair, causing the girl to give out a yelp of protest. Bloodgood's chuckled words did nothing to make Frankie stop pouting cutely with slightly puffed up cheeks as she tried to fix her hair.

"Sorry sorry. Couldn't resist squirt."
