Just so you know, I don't own a damn thing.

Also the headlines used, are very real headlines, indeed from the state of Florida. Most of them happened just last year.

Whatever you believe in, ask that to help Florida.

JJ was busy in the conference room speaking with police officers, and detectives assigned to the case along with the BAU.

JJ was briefing local law enforcement on how giving the profile works, and how they can use the information in narrowing down their search for suspects.

Reid, Prentiss, Hotch, Rossi and Morgan were taking one last look at their notes to make sure they were all ready.

Penelope busied herself with organizing the data the team would need for their search in Florida.

Penelope rubbed her belly and chuckled. She had to go through old cold case files. She was amused by all the crazy ass crimes that seemed to only happen there

The first she looked at was from about ten years ago. A 45-year-old woman actually called the police because she ate too much. Penelope chuckled as she read the last line. "Drugs were not expected to have played a factor in the woman's exasperated way."

Penelope scrolled through more files. She stopped when she got to the headline, "Woman attacks man with Bowl of Spaghetti."

Penelope laughed so hard she had tears coming out of her eyes. All she could picture was Fran chasing Rossi with a wooden spoon and a giant bowl of spaghetti.

Penelope took a deep breath and tried to regain some sense of seriousness, and kept strolling through more serious crimes. She couldn't help but revert back to the hilarious headlines.

She once again was floored by a headline. "Key Largo accused of misusing 911 to report Taco Bell not selling him tacos."

Penelope muttered, "And that is why I am a vegetarian."

Penelope shook her head and said, "Garcia focus."

Penelope continued her search. She was able to find a few more cold cases that could be connected to crimes the Unsub might have committed.

JJ knocked on the door and asked, "Hey Garcia we are delivering the profile, are you ready?"

Penelope smiled and said, "Peaches you know that is a silly question. Of course. This tech kitten is locked , stocked and ready to go."

JJ winked and said, "We wouldn't expect anything less."

Emily nodded toward the lead detective and said, "We are ready."

The detective motioned for Emily to lead the way as she takes her place in the front of the precinct. Hotch is on her left, Rossi is on her right.

They form a wide semicircle so that each F.B.I agent can scan the room of officers.

Hotch in his trademark suit and tie, stood proud and strong, Emily perched herself on the end of a wooden desk. Rossi placed his hands on his hips and adopted a wide stance, Morgan, clasped his hands together and rested them on his stomach, and adopted a similar stance to Rossi's.

Spencer stood with his ankles crossed, and his hands were in his pockets. JJ was standing tall with her arms loosely crossed across her stomach.

Hotch said, "We wanted to give the preliminary profile as soon as possible given the nature of the Unsub's crimes."

Rossi then said, "The first victims that were discovered had tentative cuts. Hesitation was clear. A the Unsub has de-evolved so does his method of killing."

Morgan said, "Look for hospital workers who are smart enough to get hired, but undisciplined enough to keep a job no longer than just a few months."

An officer asked, "So we can rule out, Doctor's surgeons, and nurses?"

Prentiss said, "Exactly. The Unsub will work a low-level job. Our analyst is compiling a list of food cashiers, cafeteria aides, Janitors, and waste management workers.

Reid said, "Given the age of the victims, and how far back the cold cases go…We believe our Unsub is White, between the ages of 30 and 40. He is of average height, and average build."

"Everything about this Unsub is average."

JJ said, "It is his ability to blend in to his surroundings that explains why he is so successful at evading the police."

Another officer asked, "Why is he doing all of this?"

Prentiss said, "We believe the Unsub was an only child. We suspect his mother had a hysterectomy shortly after the Unsub was born. His mother told him constantly that he was a disappointment and a failure."

Hotch said, "Because of this, we suspect something like the death of his mother triggered the Unsub to start killing."

Rossi simply said, "Thank you."

The officers jumped into action, while the BAU started to gather their files to leave.

Hotch asked, "Morgan, are you ready to go?"

Derek said, "Yeah give me a minute, Hotch."

Hotch nodded towards Garcia's office and said, "Go say goodbye. Penelope isn't ruining my credit score because she couldn't see her chocolate god of thunder before we left."

Morgan was rooted to the spot. Derek could feel his cheeks heat up.

Spencer asked, "Morgan, why are you blushing?"

Rossi mockingly said, "Not a clue, Pretty Boy."

Derek shrugged gaining his composure back saying, "Ask Hotch rocket."

Spencer said, "I see what's going on here, and if you think I am calling Rossi Italian Stallion you people are nuts."

Rossi nodded and said, "Wise decision, kid."

Derek shook his head, and went to get the flight information from Garcia.

Derek knocked on the door and said, "Baby, we are ready to leave."

Penelope said, "Angelfish help me up."

Derek smiled and said, "Sure thing."

Derek stood in front of Penelope's chair and hauled her to her feet, wrapping her up in his arms.

Derek inhaled Penelope's scent and said, "God, I'm gonna miss you. Take care of yourself, and

peanut…okay.

Penelope smiled and quipped, "Trust me, handsome, I am gonna be just fine."

Penelope handed Derek the necessary information they would need to board their flight.

Derek took a look at the print out of the ticket. He cocked an eyebrow and asked, "Baby, I know for a fact the Bureau didn't approve this."

Penelope all too quickly said, "I didn't do anything."

Derek grinned and said, "Sure you didn't. Thank you anyway."

Derek sat in his luxurious leather seat, slouched with a scowl on his face, while listening to Nas' album, Illmatic.

Emily leaned over and whispered into Aaron's ear, "What the hell is wrong with Morgan?"

Hotch said, "Florida."

Emily cringed and said, "I can't blame him."

Hotch gave a half-smile and said, "It is like Florida is in a contest to out crazy the rest of the world."

Emily chuckled and said, "Thank god no one else knows it's a competition."

The pilot announced the descent of the plane. The flight attendant instructed everyone to put their seatbelts on, and she did the same. The plane landed smoothly.

Hotch saw the amount of kids that were flying in economy, and he had never been so thankful to have Penelope Garcia in his life than at that moment.

The three members of the BAU got off the flight, they picked up their government issued Suburban.

They tossed their go bags in as Hotch drove to the Tallahassee precinct to meet with an officer in the small cold case division.

Morgan, Prentiss, and Hotch were met at the precinct doors, by officer Samantha O'Malley.

She opened the door for the agents to step inside.

The first thing they noticed that small was giving the little precinct too much credit.

Emily thought, "The F.B.I has closets bigger than this."

Officer O'Malley said, "I know it's small, but it gets the job done."

She motioned for the agents to follow her as the walked through the precinct.

Morgan wasn't blind to a few snide looks tossed their way.

Officer O'Malley led them to a tiny conference room. She started picking up boxes.

She pushed back her long curly red hair and said, "Well, here you go."

Hotch said, "Thank you."

Officer O'Malley said, "Sure.

Another officer knocked on the door frame and asked, "Which one of you is Agent Morgan?"

Derek looked up and said, "That's me."

The officer said, "Your technical analyst needs to speak with you."

Derek took the portable phone out of the officer's hand and said, "Hey baby girl. Were you able to get access to the mainframe yet?"

Penelope said, "Sugar, I got in before your cute butt boarded the flight."

Derek chuckled and said, "That's my girl."

Hotch said, "Morgan, warn Garcia we need her to behave. I need to put her on speaker."

Emily snorted and said, "Like warning her would do a damn thing,"

Derek sighed and said, "I know I am wasting my breath, but any chance you will behave?"

Penelope giggled and said, "Nope."

Derek smiled and said, "That's my girl.

Derek put the phone on speaker and said, "Alright super friends.. I have manage to find similar cases to the ones in Virginia. I have also taken the profile to see if the description matches any suspects arrested in Northern Florida.

Hotch asked, "Garcia what did you find."

Garcia replied, "Unfortunately sir, I found 184 men who match the profile. I am doing my best to narrow it down."

Derek said, "See if you can cross reference any of them who have traveled to the D.C area in the past six months."

Prentiss said, "Garcia also cross check against son's whose mother has had a hysterectomy in the early 1980's.

The team could hear Garcia's furious typing.

Garcia excitedly said, "Okay guys I have narrowed it down to about 62 suspects."

Hotch said, "Garcia send me those names, we'll help narrow the list down, and start bringing suspects in for questioning."

Garcia said, "Already sent."

Officer O'Malley said, "Where do I get one of her from?"

Morgan grinned and said, "You can't she is a one of a kind."

Emily rolled her eyes and said, "Sap."

O'Malley noticed how close the team members seemed to be.. She sighed. It had taken her years to get the male officers to show her just a little amount of respect. She shrugged off the feeling and said, "The coffee here isn't great but I could get someone to bring you all a cup.

Hotch looked up from the tablet and said, "We would appreciate that, but none for agent Prentiss."

O'Malley tilted her head and asked, Why not?"

Prentiss jabbed a finger in Hotch's direction and said, "Because that big oaf got me pregnant."

Emily's eyes widened as she realized what she had said. She cleared her throat and said, "I am so sorry about that. You must think I am so unprofessional."

O'Malley smiled and said, "Not at all. I like a chick who speaks her mind."

Derek said, "Well good. You too should get along great."

Hotch glared at Derek, who just kept smiling.

Emily said, "Officer O'Malley I will help you."

Hotch went to remind Prentiss what the doctor said but Derek cocked an eyebrow knowing exactly what Aaron was going to say. Quickly Derek shook his head as a warning to Hotch.

Quietly Hotch bit his tongue.

As soon as both women left Derek hissed out, "Hotch are you crazy?"

Hotch yet again looked up from the tablet and asked, "What?"

Derek said, "Hotch you have no idea what it took to keep Emily from killing you, after you tried to take her out of the field."

Hotch sighed and said, "I know. I know."

Derek said, "You better, or next time I'm not helping you."

Hotch nodded his agreement and went back to sifting through the suspect list."

I know odd place to stop but soon you will be getting a wedding and a baby.

As always read and review please.
