"A HOSPITAL?! This was not our plan Alexandra! I never agreed to kill injured or sick people!" Cassandra shouted, grabbing Alexandra by the shoulders.

Alexandra calmly placed her microphone down. "We are not killing people, Cassandra. We are killing humans. There's a difference."

"But-there are children in that hospital!"

"You're too soft, Cassandra."

Cassandra turned away from Alexandra and paced around the room.

"What now?" The Doctor asked coldly. Alexandra turned to the Doctor. "Do you really believe they'll give in? This is inconceivable. Killing corrupt and racist politicians and cruel slumlords is one thing. I've killed my share. But this is children, innocent elderly people, infants...What now?"

A small grin found itself on Alexandra's face. "This has to be done."

"Will it work? Will it accomplish anything?"

Laura looked to Cassandra, who looked like the world was closing in on her.

"Freedom. Some lives are worth freedom, Doctor."

There was a brief moment of silence. Then that silence was shattered with what sounded like thousands of gunshots.

"What the hell is that?" Alexandra shouted. The rebels near the door slide it open slightly and saw humans flooding the streets, with their servants in tow. They were throwing them to the ground and returning to their homes. Human soldiers then came by and shot the servants at point blank range. "Oh my god!"

Cassandra threw Alexandra to the ground and started punching her fiercely. "Look at what you've done! You've killed us! You've killed-our people! The hopes are dead!"

Laura pulled Cassandra off of Alexandra. Cassandra fell into Laura's arms and started sobbing.

A voice boomed across the entire settlement:

"This government does not give into terrorist threats! We are strong, secure and righteous! These acts will not stand! We no longer accept the claims of person-hood of the individuals associated with this race of savage murderers! Any one of this race or associating or harboring members of this race will be punished severely!"

"God..." The Doctor said solemnly. He grabbed Laura's hand. "We need to get out of here, NOW!" He turned to the others in the room. "Follow me if you don't want to die."

They nodded. Laura, quickly, but gently lifted Cassandra up and the other rebels carried Alexandra out of the room.

The whole settlement was filled with the sound of gunfire and screams. Fires were starting to rage in the distance. The servants, beaten down from generations of oppression and abuse tried to fight for their lives but were quickly beaten down by soldiers, and everyday humans alike.

"My ship's in the government building about ten blocks from here!"

The rebels brandished their weapons in clear view to drive away any humans armed with clubbing weapons or their fists. They also fired at groups of humans who ganged up on the children and innocents of their race. It drove some near them away, but only to other targets out of their line of sight.

Alexandra took the front and shot any resistance they came across, while Cassandra pleaded with every one of her race she saw to come with them. Some tried, but were too injured to follow for long, others were too frightened to flee from their hiding places and others were frozen in terror, with tears rushing down their cheeks.

Near the government house that housed the TARDIS several heavily armored guards blocked the doors. The rebels with machine guns fired at them and drew their fire while The Doctor, Laura, Alexandra and Cassandra tried to flank around them to get inside. It nearly worked as the Doctor threw open the Doors to the debating floor, which was abandoned.

But as the Rebels began to follow the Doctor the guards fired into the building, killing the rebels with a hail of gunfire. They died on top of their machine guns. Some bullets also found their way to Alexandra. She grabbed the entrance wound on her neck and watched as blood gushed and left her. She died in a seat in the debate floor. Cassandra took a grazing shot to the shoulder.

Laura pulled Cassandra up the stairs while The Doctor snapped the TARDIS doors open and flung himself inside, Laura and Cassandra close behind. Laura slammed the Door shut.

Laura frantically searched for something to treat Cassandra's wounds while The Doctor set the TARDIS off on a new course.
