Psss! Come here I have something to tell you! It is the 10 chapter! Finally hit the double digits baby! Think I might do something special... now... let's beginthistype of writing means it is a note.
~ Chapter 10 ~
When I woke up there was a certain feeling in the air. There was a feeling of regret, and it was coming from me. For some reason Kevin had left a note on the desk that read:
Hey double dork I am going to make it up to you... find the next note.
I looked around and started to blush. I started to the door and into the hallway. The bathroom door had a note on it too. Hey! You found me! There is a new toothbrush on the sink. You can use it and the shower. Find the next one when you can.I hurried and went into the shower to wish away all the pain of yesterday. Why would he do that if he didn't like me? Suddenly a ping feeling happened in my chest. It was the feeling of excitement. I had a new feeling sense I woke up. For some reason I could really feel like Kevin liked me. I smiled in happiness as I tried to hurry up so I could read the next note. When I was don't I followed the next note to the kitchen. There was a rose on the counter with a yellow sticky note on it.The rose is the sign of passion. Do you get what I am hinting at? And no, I am not leading you on :) I giggled than walked out of the kitchen with the rose in my hand. I found my way to the couch and found a sleeping Kevin with a sticky not in his hand. This might be a little late... but I love you Double D! A feeling of happiness drained over me like there was finally a release in a damn in my heart. I leaned over and gave a kiss to Kevin to wake him up. When he opened his eyes I was sitting on his lap with a big gap tooth smile. His eyes darted to me in horror and his hands grabbed at my wrists. My smile suddenly died.
"D... Double D! Are you OK! I... I am so sorry for yesterday! I never meant to hurt you. I love you so mu-," I covered his mouth with my hand and leaned in. I whispered in his ear,
"It's OK honey! I love you too," I could feel his heart beat faster. His arms moved around me and dragged me into a tight bear hug. I hugged him back and laid my head on his shoulder. "I know that you didn't mean it," I leaned back and looked him in the eye. "I DO LOVE YOU!" he looked at me with pure happiness. After a while we had turned on a movie and I popped some popcorn. We sat there for a while at the beginning of the movie. Finally when it hit the climax of the movie I said something. I looked at him and said that the movie was not as fun as I thought it would be. Kevin looked at me and grinned.
"Do you know what I want to do?" I looked at Kevin and giggled,
"I...I don't know... I don't think I am ready," he took me by the hand and the next thing I know is that I am sitting on the back of his motorcycle going about 70 in the highway. I grip onto Kevin as hard as I could and screamed. The feeling of pure freedom filled my lungs, or maybe a bug or two. Kevin looked as if he had a certain place to go. I closed, my eyes and let the feeling the wind pass over my face. After a while we stopped. When I opened my eyes we were at an old bookstore by the water. The view was breath taking. I looked at him and opened my mouth,
"Dork, go and check it out already1" he smiled as I ran to the door of the bookstore. When I walked in an old bell clicked. The man sitting at the desk looked at me than looked back at his book. I went to go through the books as fast as I could. I tried to be quiet but the books here you couldn't find in the bookstores by us. I flipped threw a couple of them by the time Kevin had found me. I sort of chuckled a little as I went to go look at more books. By the time I got back he had bought the books and was waiting by the door. I looked and nodded at the man at the desk than ran up to Kevin and gave him a hug. I didn't care what the man thought. I was happy... and in love.
