Takato POV

October 28th, 2027

Valentine Plaza

"I wish Kirito was here, he would be a bit nicer than this girl" He thought to himself as Ruki or whatever her name was screamed at him and the blue haired kid next to him. "At least she's pretty" he said out loud, unknowingly. Henry looked over at him in disbelief before Reika grabbed his shirt

"Something to say gogglehead" her face looked to be angered, her face was turning red. Takato looked at her health bar to make sure he got her name right this time "I was just saying you're a very pretty girl, Rika" she blushed and dropped him, he fell on his butt. "s-s-Shut up,goggles" she kicked his leg somewhat gently. Then she started to walk away, and back to the hotel room.

"It's OK Takato, she's always like that. You get used to her...eventually" Henry helped Takato off the ground and brushed the dirt off his back. "Anyway, welcome to the team" Takato smiles awkwardly at the other boy who just rubs the back of his head.

"Man I wish Kirito hadn't left me" he said thinking back to the Boss Raid Meeting

Flashback

"Takato this is your proving ground, you will join a party with someone other than me, and if you can survive, I will acknowledge your strength." Kirito explained to his student before the meeting. Right after that he disbanded their 2-person party. "I'm going to party with the 3 strongest players, I'll be watching you from afar. Try not to get into any trouble." He patted Takato on the head and walked away in search of stronger players like himself. Takato looked around and asked to join various parties, they all rejected him. Whether it was because he wasn't a high enough level or because his class wasn't right. Takato sat off to the side of the meeting as it went on. Heading the meeting was a blue haired guy named Diabel.

He started rambling on about how we could win this game if we all worked together. He kept talking until a short orange-haired man interrupted him and asked rudely. "Why are you running this meeting. The beta testers should be running something like this, but they aren't, because they left us all in the dust. Anoth- "

Before the tiny angry man could continue his rant. Another man stood this time, he had been sitting right next to Kirito. This man had a huge ax on his back, probably a Freelancer or something. He was probably 6 feet even, with his bald ebony head. "You sir must suck the big one if you're raging this hard over some people you've never met." the shorter guy who's name was Kibaou, who started yelling at him. "The betas are helping us every step of the way." He pulled out a tiny leather bound book with no title."Everybody got one of these in Primary Village, it has all of the beta knowledge compiled into one place. Just because you haven't seen them, doesn't mean they aren't trying their hardest to save us all."

"Who are you, are you a stinkin' beta tester." the shorter man spat at him venomously."obviously you are because who else would protect those cheaters." Kibaou poked the larger man square in his chest.

"I am known by many names, Dark Chocolate, Terry Crews 2.0, and I've even earned the title of Mandingo, but you may call me Agil." Agil grabbed Kibaou by his head until the small man was eye level with him. He could see the fear in his eyes "I protect them because they protect us, the least i can do is try to reciprocate" Agil dropped him and sat back down putting in his 2 cents.

Diabel cleared his throat catching everyone's attention again"Now that that's over. If you haven't joined a party, you should do that now" He then walked off the stage signifying the end of the meeting. Takato started to look around and see if he could find someone to tolerate his low level. He saw a teleportation circle appear to his left.

A girl with burning red hair in the shape of a pineapple, and a guy with dark blue hair and…...giant bunny ears.

"Hi, my name is Takato and I need to join a party. Would you mind if i joined you two?" The girl looked at him as he pleaded his case. "My partner and I are really strong, please we just need someone to party up with for now. we'll probably never see each other again after this. Pleaseee!" The girl gave in as she had enough of his whining.

"Alright, alright. You can join us if nothing else you'll make a good meat shield. I'm Rika Nonaka, Otherwise know as the Digimon Queen. This is Henry, I call him Brainiac. His partner digimon is Terriermon who is napping on his head, and my partner Renamon is right behind you." as soon as she said that the fox digimon appeared behind him. He jumped a little startled by the sudden presence.

"Did you say Digimon Queen, as in the world famous Digimon Trading Card Game player, HO-LY Crap. I can't believe that I didn't recognize you as soon I laid eyes on your hair. Your match against Hiroto in the semi-finals was crazy." As Takato began to fanboy over Rika. Another person came up behind the young man, and put their hand on his shoulder. He turned around one hand on his sword hilt the other on his scabbard ready to attack whoever had snuck up on him. It was Kirito, Agil, and two other people he had never seen. His sword was quickly slid back into its sheath. Rika and Henry looked upon the scene with surprise, thinking he was a loser noob with a low level, it turns out he's just low level.

"Takato this will be my party, for this boss fight. The big one is Agil, The red-haired thief looking guy is Klein and the girl is Asuna. Guys, this is my student Takato and his new party."

"So the girl is the World-renowned Digimon Queen and, the other guy is Henry" They all exchanged handshakes. Kirito grabbed Takato and hugged him like one would a brother. Kirito and his party walked off after that. Takato turned back around and Rika looked at him with fire in her eyes. She then started to scream at him for identifying her as 'the girl' like she was unimportant. Which definitely isn't what he meant at all. Henry tried to defend him but then she started yelling at him too.

Flashback End

"Guilmon let's show them everything we've got tomorrow no holding back" he said to his crimson friend as they walked to the inn. As those words left his mouth his eyes flickered with a red light. The crimson dragon noticed his own chest flash a bit the stop, he decided to ignore it.

Kirito POV

Kirito: So Agil I've been meaning to ask, what exactly does Mandingo mean?

DWO: Info Breakdown: White Mage Class

Intelligent, Curious, Innocent, and Priceless. The White Mage is a support class primarily, but with the right player they could be as strong as any other player. It is a class of the lighter variety, wearing robes and hoods along sandals. The most fearsome thing a White mage can do is use "Holy" and cleanse you in the light of God. All Undead monsters instantly die, and all other evil entities take massive amounts of damage. With a White Mage in your squad, all the monsters will start praying for a savior.

Sorry if the chapter was a little short just trying to get back into the swing of things. Also if you noticed Agil was a little...different than usual. i gave him a thing where if he's talking to someone or somebody he doesn't respect he will be...a little bit less composed.
