Hi guys, I am seriously happy on the reviews I got, I actually thought I would get no more than two reviews on the first chapter! You guys do not know how happy you guys made me, so I decided to update as fast as possible! As you can see, I made the time past by six years making Rin and Len ten years old, please enjoy this chapter too!

Chapter 2: Forever

Len's POV

Six years later

I didn't expect this to happen, no, this wasn't supposed to happen! My throat is scratchy, I don't know what to do, what's the problem you ask? I fell in love with my adopted sister that's what happened! I don't know what to expect more from my parents ever since I turned eight, but they have decided to homeschool me and Rin, oh yes even better.

"Len-kun? You just multiplied seven and six wrong, it's not 46 you know right?" A sweet angel's voice called my name hooking me back to reality. Quickly I shook my head and pull it up to meet a pair of cerulean blue eyes, eyes that matched mine. Oh, I still remember how I wish to have an identical sister, now I just noticed how stupid I am for wishing that. Whenever I look into her eyes, I see myself, there are no image of Rin at all.

"Oh! I must've slipped my pencil!" I said quickly and tried my best to avoid any eye contact with Rin. Holding my banana eraser, I clean the pencil marks on my sheet and write down the correct answer to the problem 42. I heard Rin sigh and slip into her orange wheel chair which is right next to mine.

I took a closer look at her outfit and felt heat rush up to me cheeks, normally I would find Rin adorable in most of the outfits mom brought her, but this one really caught my eyes, I'm even certain I was the one that picked it out for her! Rin is wearing a short sleeve white blouse with a black bow attached to the collar of the blouse. Her black skirt that ends right above her knee gives her room for active and Rin's signature white bow on top of her head. Oh, throughout the years, Rin still likes her hair cut to shoulder length, people always say it looks cute, so I decided to cut my hair in shoulder length too.

"Len, I know you can do better than this, mom and dad would be so disappointed in you." Rin said looking at my worksheet and reach for her red pen to correct my answers. Well, for the first half I got all of them right while the other half are just wrong, wrong, and wrong. I really hate that look of hers, the look of disappointment.

"They always say that." I mumbled under my breath and look up to see Rin with a really weird face. It's all scrunch up and it looks like she's trying to hold back a laugh. But then she coughed into her fist and made her voice deep and stand tall somehow like dad.

"Len-kun! I told you, you are are heir to Fragrance, why can't you study hard?!" Rin mocked dad and even put on his strict face and crossed her arms. Yup, exactly like dad I would say so myself. I laughed a little and I think I saw Rin's face had a little smile on too.

Even though Rin's smile made a smile to my face, it soon disappeared quite fast. "Rin why can't we go out to play like we used to?" I asked her and a shocked expression came to her face. I still remember how we would go out to play when we are done with our homework, the good days before mom and dad decided to homeschool us. Although we did get into trouble a few times, okay we got into trouble lots of times, but I still manage to enjoy spending time with Rin, I even remember the time I fell in love with her.

"Lenny, I saw lots of girls talking to you today!" Rin laughing and lightly punched my arm. I sighed and scratch my head stressfully thinking about the girls that were talking to me. Mom told me I should talk to girls more, but I'm only eight years old for pete's sake! They do look cute, but I really don't like them at all, they look like trouble.

"I don't know, they seemed to be bothering me Rin." I sighed shaking my head and tried to think of a way to get the girls out of my head. I never told Rin about what I did during my free time, she doesn't know those kids still bothers me even though she protected me from them all the time. I just don't want her to get hurt again, for me at least.

"Aw, but I was thinking about the life of being an aunt!" A pang came hitting my heart, what is this? Why does this always happen when she tried pairing me up with other girls, why does this always happens when she talks about other boys other than me? I don't like this feeling, I don't like it at all.

"What are you thinking?! I don't like them!" I said nervously and scratch the back of my head trying to think of someway to get the thought of her being an aunt out of her head.

Rin laughed and softly pat my shoulder making me flinch, oh yeah, I forgot about that bruise these guys give me, I can't show it, at least not now. "Oh, wait til mom hears this!" She laugh and hold me close with her arm pulling my other shoulder close making me close my eyes. She then stopped walking, oh no, she couldn't find out yet, I can't!

"Len? Are those idiots bothering you again?" Rin asked softly and put my hand on my shoulder making me hiss and back away from her. Quickly opening my eyes to meet her worried ones I quickly shook my head and laugh it off.

"No, I haven't seen these guys since the last time you beat them up." I said casually and tried to walk my way out of this, but Rin just stood where she was standing not deciding to move one inch at all. I sighed and turn around, and I totally regret doing so, I saw a sad Rin looking onto the floor with guilty eyes, oh yes those guilty eyes you would give your parents whenever you did something wrong. Well in that case, I'm the parent.

"Len-kun, you don't have to hide it from me." Rin said slowly walking to me and give me a short hug before continuing her sentence. "I know everything." Yup, there goes all my courage and I feel water drops sliding down my cheek, I couldn't hold back my tears anymore.

"I can't do this, I don't want to live this life again!" I cried into her embrace feeling her soft hands brushing through my blonde locks and mumbling sweet comforts into my ear. Nobody knows what I actually wanted in my life, nobody except for Rin. I never actually know how much I love her, how much I need her until this day.

"It's okay Len, I won't let these idiots get near you again." She smiled kissing me on the forehead making me smile a little wider.

"I wouldn't suppose you mean us right baby girl?" A deep rough voice called and a few snickers were heard around me. Akaito, no, he's not supposed to be here, why is he here?!

"Get out of here before I beat you up!" Rin yelled holding me close and glared at the redhead making Akaito smirk at her. I don't know what are in his eyes, they look horrible, those blood red eyes terrified me, I don't know what he might do to Rin if she gets near him.

"Oh beating me up? I don't think so baby girl." Akaito said leaving his group and stand in front of Rin, I can feel Akaito's breath right above us, I don't want to get involved into this, this was the last time I'm getting Rin into a fight and I don't want to, dad would get seriously mad at me, Rin might even get a punishment for protecting me.

"You wanna see? I'll let you see what's consequence for hurting my brother!" Before I know, a fist was punched into Akaito's face. Brother, I still couldn't get the word out of my mind, Rin would do anything to help me and protect me, but all she thinks of me is a brother, and only a brother. Why Rin, why can't you see the love I feel for you?

"What is this, this is the fifth time you beat up someone Rin!" Mom scold her pushing her onto the couch and glared at her. Dad ordered me to sit on the couch next to hers and gave Rin a disappointed look.

"It's not my fault these idiots decided to come to their death wishes." Rin scoffed and turned her head from her, I swear I can see steam coming out of mom's head, Rin shouldn't have done that, she knows mm would do anything when she's angry, I hope she wouldn't punish Rin for my wrongs.

"Death wish? What were you even thinking about young lady?!" Mom screamed and raise her fist up but was held back by dad smoothing her arm. Sometimes I thought dad was the only one to get angry, and I was wrong this time again.

"They asked for it, plus, I was only doing my job." Rin said cooly and flick a small leaf off her shirt collar before continue leaning on the couch handle pissing mom even more than before.

"Oh, I see you having a job now huh, what is it, an assassin?!" Mom screeched and grab Rin's collar making Rin face mom. I can see the fear in Rin's eyes, but she hid it pretty well for that mom didn't show regret in her face. Dad and mom loves children, they couldn't make themselves to hit kids unless they are seriously angry at them.

"You never took me seriously, you only adopted me for Len's needs!" Rin screeched pushing mom away making mom shocked in the face. Please Rin, please stop this right now.

"What are you talking about, who even told you about?" Dad asked Rin holding mom behind him trying to avoid more tense from raising in the house. I cup my ears afraid to hear more from Rin, it hurts, it hurts to hear her say she's only here for my needs. It hurts to see her hate me, it hurts to see her think I'm no more than her master. I don't want to be her master, I want to be with her, with her forever.

"I'm not stupid dad, I don't even know why I bother!" She whispered and hide her face into her hands, why Rin, why do you have to do this to me?

"Rin, I have enough of you, all you've done all these years all you've done is trouble, this is the last time I'm dealing with you!" Flinching, I sink back into the couch and cup my ears again hoping mom wouldn't yell at Rin, I hope this is all just a dream, nothing but a nightmare.

"What did you ever did for us?! All you did was order us around and make Len study, can't you see how tired he is?! Can't you see he's bullied at school because of you?! Can't you see you're being the worst mother anyone could have?!" A loud slap was heard from mom, Rin's face is turned to her left with a visible red hand print on her cheek. Mom's face was a mixture of fear and anger, I don't know what to do but let tears fall down my cheek, I never want this to happen, why is this happening to my family?!

"Rin!" I cried and boost out of the couch running over to hug Rin close to me. She protected me from everything, now it's my turn to protect her.

"Lily, calm down. Just sit here first." Dad said calming her down and sits her down on the white couch that's near him smoothing her back while mom's tears spills out of her eyes. Dad came over and pray me off Rin before grabbing her in the shoulders and stare into her cerulean blue eyes with his emerald green ones.

"Rin, I don't know who told you we never cared about you, but we can't let you get into trouble again." He said smoothly and softly caress her soft rosy cheeks combing her soft tears with his fair skinned fingers.

"No one told me, I knew it by heart." Rin said bluntly making dad sigh and sit her back down on the couch before seating himself next to her. He gestured me to sit next to him so I scroll over to sit next on the white soft couch.

"Guys, I don't want to say this but I decided to have you two homeschooled." Dad said sighing and my eyes went as wide as saucers, he has to be kidding, please tell me he is!

"What?! You know how I am dad, I can't be the bird in the cage!" Rin shouted trying to stand up but was pulled back by dad. Mom then stood up and I can see she tried her best to stay calm from yelling at Rin.

"Rin, if your dad says you are being homeschooled, you are being homeschool. Forget that, you two aren't even allowed to take a step out of his house unless we're with you!" Mom said glaring at Rin and cross her arms at us. 'If you decided to disobey us, you are getting punished."

"Lily, don't-"

"Shush Leon. Anyways Rin, I know Len never have the intention of going outside, you are the one that's leading him to do so. If you were to step out of this house even one step, you are getting it young lady, clear?"

"Crystal."

Rin's POV

"Rin, why can't we go out to play like we used to?" Len asked me making me look at him with shock, right, we haven't gone out of this house for two years, well not like we've never been out, if we gone out, our parents are always next to us watching us. Len knows I hate being cooped up like a bird in the cage, I felt I need to be free.

I sighed and shook my head before picking up my pencil again. "Len, I want to go out too, but you know how mom is, she always gets what she wanted." I said calmly and continue correcting his work, weird. Ever since we were home schooled, Len seems to get wrong answers often, I can understand his feelings, I don't want to stay cooped up here either.

"But it's so boring in here, why can't we just sneak out?" Len asked pushing himself off his yellow wheelchair and laid himself onto his big white bed groaning into his pillow. I smiled, I can't believe what has changed throughout these years, a mama's boy to a whining about to be pre-teen. but sneaking out? Wow, I shouldn't have underestimate Len, I couldn't believe he would think of that.

"I don't think so Len, like I said mom would be disappointed in you." Len raise his head up and give me a frown then puppy eyes, than, those puppy eyes he keeps giving me!

"Please Rin, she wouldn't be if she doesn't find out!" Hmm, I think I heard this sentence before, oh wait, is he using my words against me?! Now that he's using my words and his puppy eyes, I'm pretty sure I lost the game. Why did I even compete with him again?

"Fine, you won this time!" I groan and hear Len cheer for his victory, than that boy, damn him.

"Come on, I got the rope ready!" Len smiled reaching under his bed and pulls out a long thick rope to climb down from the window. Sighing, I nod my head and reach for his rope, all I have to prepare now is mom's scolds, totally can't wait for it.

"If mom found out I'm blaming it on you Len."

"Don't worry, I'm all ready!" And that's what he said.

Fun Fact: How I usually get the ideas from my stories are usually from my dreams. I would say I have crazy dreams, but this is the craziest dream I have ever had, so I decided to make this into a story!
