A/N Here is Chapter 3.

[Disclaimer:] I don't own DC Superheroes or Marvel.

"Serena, I didn't want it to come to this, but you can't be friends with Toronto any more," Black Cat sighed.

"Why mom?" Serena roared in an outrage. "We've been friends since forever and everyone else thinks I'm a loser. He's he only person who wants to hang out with me!"

Black Cat paused; "I didn't want to tell you this, but do you know Skunk Boy?"

"Yeah, yeah," Serena snarked, "the little boy with powers that always *^(&$ up our missions?"

"Language, Serena," Black Cat said, narrowing her eyes at her daughter. "Toronto is Skunk Boy."

"What?" Serena gaped, "So you're telling me I've fought my best friend and almost killed him? TWICE?"

"Yup," Black Cat nodded, unfazed. "You probably should tell him that we're moving away."

"But we aren't," Serena whined.

"Actually, we are," her mom answered, fluffing her hair with one hand.

"What?" Serena exclaimed; "Why? I actually like it here!"

"I know honey," her mother sighed, "but you need to go on a mission."

"Okay. Sure. Fine. Anything."

"Okay," Serena's mom said, "I want you to turn into a cat, get mangled up, and scratch on Toronto's front door during the next rainstorm. That way, he'll 'adopt' you, allowing you to spy on him."

Serena contemplated her mother's proposal for a second.

"Only if it'll let us stay."
