When I opened my eyes all I could see around me was darkness; darkness and walls of what looked to be a dark viscous liquid centered in a large chamber. I felt a strange alien warmth as I looked down at my feet and realized the floor was made out of the same liquid as well. "No…." I muttered as I backed against the wall causing some of the dark sludge-like liquid to drip onto my clothes. It began hiss as I screamed in terror hearing the voices that were now invading my mind. "Stop! I won't become another lost soul to be tormented by you!" I yelled as I thrashed around hopelessly. It was happening again; I was inside the Greater Grail just like every other time I had this nightmare. And "he" was calling me again.

I began to panic as the burning hiss became more intense, I looked at my hand and saw that it was becoming engulfed in that black liquid. The whispers grew louder, my head felt as if it was splitting open and my brain was being torn apart. I let out a howling cry of agony, and then it ended.

"Master! Wake up please!" I heard Saber's voice desperately calling to me as I realized she was shaking me awake. When I opened my eyes I could see her and Archer staring at me with severe concern; "W-What is it guys…? Why do you guys look so worried…?" I stammered; trying to play off my violent trembling and intense sweating as nothing more than a simple reaction to a small little bad dream.

"You were shaking Saiya, crying, and sweating all the while mumbling in your sleep like something was out to get you." Archer said with an almost motherly worry in her voice as she put her hand on my forehead and gasped. "Oh dear, she is burning up, Saber go get Kai and Donnie, they'll want to know that she is awake." Saber nodded and hesitantly left the room as she stared at me; afraid for my health and well-being.

When Kai heard what had happened he was wracked with grief and concern for his sister. Despite being created to serve the entire Misako family equally Saiya and Seina's parents quickly accepted him as their son. Kai had known about what had been done to Saiya; every time a Holy Grail War occurred, she would become tormented by lucid and horrific nightmares depicting the truth of the Grail. A truth that most participating magus of the war either did not know or didn't care and hungered to control the power even more. As Donald sipped some coffee Saber came into the room.

"How is she?" Kai asked as he prayed that the effects from the nightmare weren't serious. Saber looked down; her eyes trembling feeling helpless at the thought of her beloved Master in such an ailing condition. "She's awake… Archer is tending to her as we speak." She said, wishing that she herself were tending to her Master.

"That's good…at least it isn't like when she was little…" Kai said looking down at his tea. Donald and Saber both looked at him, "This has happened before?" Donald asked as he leaned forward with interest. Kai bit his lip, wondering if he shouldn't have mentioned it. Would Saiya forgive him if he told them about the experimentation that was done on her? What would they make of it? That was when he decided he'd tell them part of the truth on Saiya's past.

"Yeah…and believe me I wish they never did…" Saber sat down alongside him as both her and Donald leaned in to listen.

Archer sighed as she patted my head with a cold wet cloth. And in that moment I was surprised at how skilled she was with this kind of care. "How did you become so good at taking care of others Archer?" I asked as a sudden flush came to my cheeks seeing her manually undressing me; helping me out of my sweat-soaked pajamas.

Archer gave a soft smile as she patted my body down with the cloth. "Well growing up on the plains was rough; I always had to help look out for my family and siblings." She said as she gave me a cup of water to drink.

"Sickness and disease were always rearing their ugly heads when we weren't careful." She continued as she smiled, fondly remembering the years of her childhood when she was alive.

"So, being among the older brothers and sisters I took it upon myself to help my folks however I could." She said and giggled as a blush came to her cheeks. "Even if it meant I had to sell my body as a prostitute in a brothel."

My eyes went wide as I coughed on the water. "You were a prostitute…?!" I yelled; my face dyed in crimson. Archer giggled as she handed me a bath robe.

"Yeah, and I loved that job so much…I met a lot of really cute guys in there." She said as she giggled trying to stifle a laugh. Then she grinned and cupped my cheek. "Not all my customers were sleazy limp-dick assholes, and even then any who tried fucking with me or the other girls always turned into a date with calamity."

I felt light headed as she gazed into my eyes. I almost felt as if I would pass out. "Some of my customers were some pretty cute girls too…cute girls like you Saiya…" She purred leaning in close. That was when I felt her kiss me; I felt frozen in that moment as she held me there. Am I still dreaming or something?! This is the first time I've ever been seriously kissed by anybody! I thought as weird thoughts and feelings invaded my consciousness.

And as I was almost on the verge of swooning and falling into her arms she pulled away with a mischievous smile. "That was before I became a scout for the military anyway." She whispered and took my hand.

"C'mon I have a nice cold bath ready for you." She said as her smile regained its warmth. I weakly struggled to break free as she led me to the bathroom. "I'm f-fine…! Really I am!" I pleaded nervously; her kiss still fresh on my lips as I was afraid of what she might do next.

She looked at me, her face more serious now while still retaining that pretty smile of hers as she spoke. "If we don't cool you down you are going to have a heatstroke. And accompanied with a fever, as Saber's Master I don't think you want to be bed ridden do you?"

I stopped my struggling and sighed in defeat as I let her undress me. She had a good point, the thought of being unable to help Saber and protecting my friends was something I could not bear. I tried to ignore Archer's wandering eyes as she stared at my body and stepped into the bath yelping from the cold ice.

"Now just relax Saiya and wait until you have recovered okay?" Archer said as her eyes wandered to my chest carrying a joyful smile on her face. I slowly nodded as she shut the door and went to join the others.

Kai and Saber turned and saw Archer walk into the room with a look of relief in her eyes. "She'll be okay; she's currently relaxing in the bath I prepared for her." Kai and Saber sighed with relief.

"At least it wasn't too serious…" Saber said as she gazed out the window; her mind still filled with worry now having been told of her Master's strange connection to the Holy Grail. Suddenly Kai slammed his hands down on the table and looked at them. "Someone's here…" He said as Saber and Archer immediately went on the alert.

Donald immediately went to grab his rifle as Archer took a peek through the window seeing a woman and a large burly man approaching. "They sent Berserker of Black in…" She said to the others as she put on her hat; her pajama's changing to her usual frontierswoman attire.

Saber readied her sword as she mumbled. "I'll protect you with my life Master... this time they won't hurt you again…"

Hey guys! I'm really sorry the content lately has been rare and kind of short. I'm kind of in the process of recovering from being sick. (Seriously fuck my stomach) Anyway I'm trying to get back onto a regular schedule of uploading this stuff but it has been tough. So all I can do is try to get it out when I can and when I have the energy to do it. Anyway I'll see you guys in the next chapter!
