During the break Mike and Colleen puts their aprons back on and Mike stirs the chicken and sauce and puts some warm white rice on a plate and waits for the show to come back on air. "Welcome back, the chicken is finished and this is what it looks like. I'm now going to spoon this over white, sticky rice and let Colleen try it. This is a low fat solution to ordering Chinese food." Mike says happily and carefully spoons the chicken and sauce over the rice.
Colleen picks up a fork and tries the dish that Mike has prepared. "This wonderful and easy to make recipe is very tasty. I encourage everyone to try this recipe. The recipe is on our website." Colleen says after she swallows. "Watch again tomorrow when Mike makes his broccoli salad and we have Cameron Diaz as a guest. Hope you all have a wonderful day!"
"Good show everybody!" Becky says as the end credits roll for the show.
"Can I take you out for dinner tonight?" Mike asks Colleen.
"I'd love to. Why don't we spend the day together? We can spend the day at the art gallery perhaps." Colleen suggests slowly.
"That sounds like a wonderful idea. I'll just change and then we can go." Mike says as he pulls his tie off.
"Great, I'll go change out of these clothes so I don't have to wear white pants out for the day." Colleen says as she opens the door to her dressing room.
"I'm hungry. Should we go for lunch before we go to the art gallery?" Mike asks Colleen as they both come out of their dressing rooms dressed far more casually. Colleen is still wearing her pink sweater, but has pulled on a pair of jeans and some high-heeled, black boots. Mike has taken his tie and jacket off and pulled a v-neck sweater over top of his dress shirt.
"Lunch would be lovely. Where would you like to go? It's up to you." Colleen says as she and Mike walk towards the exit.
"I know a great little sushi restaurant down the street from the art gallery. Is that alright with you?" Mike asks as he opens the passenger door of his car for Colleen.
"That sounds just fine. I like good sushi when I can get it. Is that okay with you? I don't want to pressure you into going somewhere you don't want to go." Colleen says as she buckles her seatbelt.
"I'm fine going for sushi. I wouldn't have suggested it if I didn't want to go. Do you like green tea?" Mike asks as he drives down the street.
"Yes, I do like green tea, but usually only when I eat sushi. I don't like green tea without food. I'll drink it with Chinese food and sushi, but not just on its own." Colleen says as she leans back in her seat.
Mike smirks at Colleen's statement. She is such a girl. "Here we are." Mike says as they pull into the parking lot of the restaurant. He hops out of his Mercedes with Colleen and walks towards the restaurant. "This is a very traditional restaurant. We'll have to take our shoes off and we'll be sitting on the floor. I hope that's okay."
"Of course. That's fine with me." Colleen says as she follows Mike into the restaurant. She pulls her boots off as she enters the restaurant and Mike slips his loafers off as well.
