HEY GUYS! I'm back from a long hiatus and I'm so sorry I've been gone that long! I recently got my writing tool back and able to write again. It might happen again, if it does I'm sorry.

But here it is, the long awaited chapter! I'm gonna try and stretch RD's pregnancy for as long as possible, which two chapters should be good.

Also: I am accepting auditions for a new story I'm writing: She Keeps Me Warm, a TwiPie and FlutterDash fic. It would mean so much if you sent me a pm writing for the prompt! :D

Chapter 2

Rainbow gulped, looking at the tall, sterile looking structure before her. On instinct, a hoof went to her slightly extended belly.

Sonic sighed. "If we went to the one in the human world, you wouldn't be so nervous. They're so basic here..."

"No! I don't wanna go over the boundary until the foal is born." She insisted. She was afraid that it would mentally or physically mess up her child. She slowly cantered to the door, trying to not use her wings since it was a health hazard to the baby.

"U-Uh, Dash?" She asks at the desk. The nurse nods, taking the couple to a check up room and instructing Rainbow to sit on the cot on the right. She leaves the room to attend her station as Rainbow taps her hoof against the side.

"Relax. He's just checking to see if you're actually pregnant. You can't really trust the tests."

Rainbow huffed. "As if my habits and my weight don't say otherwise." She snapped, then sighed. "Sorry.."

Sonic's expression softened. "It will be okay. We got this." He sounded sure of his accusation.

The doctor, a light tan colored unicorn mare with a long, wavy, blonde mane came in, dressed in a doctor's coat and a stethescope around her neck.

"Greetings, I'm Nurse Tidings or Good Tidings, I was Rainbow Dash's pediatrician when she was a filly." The doctor smiled, and the steady, motherly tones of her voice soothed Dash, remembering her vaguely from her younger years.

"Nice to meet you. We're here because, uh, well...Dash here has assumed her pregnant and I feel we should get a doctor's confirmation."

"Have you...?" The doctor asked, and Rainbow blushed and nodded, gesturing towards Sonic. He seemed to take a great interest in the wall to the right.

"Ah. Well, there might be a possibility."She says with an excited tone. She pulls a machine on wheels and plugs it into the wall. "Since we have contact with that other world, we've been updating our equipment so we can get further with cures better. So what I will do is give you an ultrasound, since it is significantly safer than unicorn, based on new tests."

"Wait, what do you mean by safer? Using unicorn magic makes it hurt worse or what?" Asks Rainbow, afraid that the pregnancy test she used with Twilight would have caused problems.

"Well, it makes you vulnerable for twins." The mare explains, taking a clear gel and rubbing it on Rainbow's belly. Dash shivers a little.

"Oh, that's cold..."

The unicorn uses her magic and levitates the device to her belly. She presses it down against her cyan tummy, looking at the screen.

"Ah, you are pregnant, Dash...But uh, did you use a unicorn pregnancy test?" The doctor asks, looking over at the pegasus.

"Ah, yeah..." Please, somepony tell her that is NOT what she was about to say.

"You're having twins, the way it looks." Tidings announced. Sonic's eyes widened.

"W-What?! I-UH-" The poor stallion faints, out cold.

Rainbow sighs. "Mind giving me a wheelchair to wheel him home?"

I was gonna go ahead and put more with this, but I'ma try to keep them short so I can update faster. Later, when it's finished, I might combine a couple of chapters. Til the 3rd!
