Episode 11: Vacation!

Yuuta entered his room and opened up his letter to find something he and the group had long waited for.

"It's finally here!" Yuuta yelled loud enough for Rikka to hear.

The stubborn girl ran into his room and immediately tripped down onto the floor, "O-Oww… W-What is it Yuuta?"

"The prize money is here! But what about the trip?" Yuuta realises a piece of paper had fallen to the floor, "Let's see… a set of instructions, 'Your choice of destination can be selected at the private website sent to your email address, your coupons for your choice of destination will then be sent your email. Please print the coupons out afterwards to be used. You will be staying at your desired destinations for seven days. Enjoy.'"

"I suspected it was about time for it to arrive" said a familiar voice.

Yuuta looked over to the balcony to see a familiar face, "Shichimiya?! How long were you there for?"

"Umm… ever since, 'It's finally here!'"

They called the other members of the Far Eastern Magic Nap Society over to Yuuta's apartment to tell them of the news. After all the members had gathered, Yuuta called Luvia also known as Black Phantom. They had exchanged their information since the tournament had ended, she lived an hour away from Yuuta's place so she decided to join the discussion through the phone.

Yuuta looked at the piece of paper in his hands, "So where should we go?"

"Paris!" Dekomori gave the first suggestion, "I sense that there is an evil magic force there waiting to be resurrected, it will be a great increase to our firepower"

Nibutani raised her arm next, "London! The history there, the views there, and the romance…"

"Wow I never imagined you to be a romantist Fake Mori Summer" Dekomori revealed a mischievous smile.

"Ahaha! I think you're putting too much thought into it brat!" Nibuntani began to pull Dekomori's cheeks.

"I'm against violence!" Dekomori begged.

"Umm… I'm sorry to make such a selfish request but… could we perhaps limit it to somewhere in Japan?"

Nibutani stopped her torture and looked at the others, "I don't mind as long as everyone can join in on it"

"Mmmeeeee ttttoooo…" Kumin agreed before she returned to her slumber.

Everyone else nodded in agreement to Luvia's idea.

"In that case how about… um…" Yuuta ran by the possible locations in his mind.

"Osaka!" Rikka suggested, "We haven't been to Osaka together! Luvia wasn't with us when we went to Tsukushino Island"

"Wow… I didn't expect you to say such things Rikka"

"Yuuta that's so mean!"

"Sorry, sorry… well anyway, we'll make some memories with Luvia at Osaka, what do you think Luvia?"

"Yeah, Osaka sounds great" she replied.

Yuuta sat down at his desk and turned on his computer. While he waited for the computer to boot up, the girls began to discuss what they would do in Osaka.

Nibutani looked at the others, "We got seven days huh? So what should we do there? Luvia, what do you want to do?"

"I want to go shopping with everyone else in the Tenjinbashi-suji arcade!"

"Well of course we'll go there, anyone who goes to Osaka visits the arcade, it's like a must go to place in Osaka" Nibutani commented.

"Hahaha, I suppose so"

Yuuta typed up the details of their destination on the website and submitted it. He received an email right afterward with the date and time of their leave in the bullet train for Osaka, below were the tickets for the bullet train and the paperwork for their hotel.

Yuuta sat back down with the group on the floor.

They discussed more about their trip and concluded, "Then we'll meet again next Sunday for our sleepover before the trip, make sure you all pack during the week" Yuuta instructed.

The meeting ended soon after, each member returned to their own home, only Yuuta, Rikka and Luvia remained.

"Yuuta… Rikka… I have something to tell you guys…"

Yuuta leaned forward slightly, "Sure, we'll listen, what is it?"

Luvia began, "The truth is…"

The two listened closely to Luvia, but as they listened to her, they felt as though their hearts were being torn apart.

"I'm sorry to have ruined the mood like this, you two sounded so excited for the trip…"

"No… don't be sorry, thanks for letting us know..."

"I want to thank you two for letting me into the team"

"We're glad to have you in our team; I mean… you joined us even though you defeated me"

"Yes, Dark Flame Master, you have much training ahead of you. But don't worry, the Wicked Eye shall assist you"

Tears began to slide down their faces, but luckily Luvia wasn't present to see their faces, they continued to put up a happy tone in their conversation while they cried away.

They finished off their conversation; Yuuta placed the phone into his desk and looked back at Rikka who still had wet, red eyes.

"Yuuta… I don't want this…"

"I know… but there's nothing we can do about it"

Rikka started to tear up again, Yuuta embraced her tightly, "We'll just have to enjoy our time with her, that's all we can do"

A week passed as the Sunday night arrived. The group of six set up five futons in the living room since Rikka's room had no extra space to accustom another four people and Nibutani's refusal of Yuuta's room to be her first boy's room to sleep in.

"We're going to be waking up very early tomorrow so make sure you five don't stay up too late okay? Especially you Rikka" said Yuuta before he entered his room and closed the door.

"Girls night talk!" Shichimiya shouted.

"Ehh?!" Nibutani looked at Shichimiya with embarrassment, "Do I have to?"

Kumin smiled at Nibutani, "Come on join… us…" Kumin collapsed into her sleep.

"We got one down already, let's go!" Shichimiya looked at Rikka first, "So? How far have you and Hero go?"

Rikka's face turned bright red as she shot her eyes everywhere around the room, "N-N-Nowhere… we stopped before the kiss"

Nibutani placed her palm slowly onto her face and shook her head.

You're still there? They're seriously taking this too slow, they need to at least kiss already.

Rikka sat up from her futon, "B-But we'll get there, I swear upon our contract that we will do so!"

The Yuuta's door suddenly swung open, "I said, go to sleep early!"

Rikka looked around, everyone around her has fallen into deep sleep, "I'm sorry!"

Yuuta returned to his room, as his door closed shut, the group returned to their chatter.

"That was mean you guys" Rikka pouted.
