"So, Snowfrost had her kits?" Hollowpaw asked. Dustpaw pricked his ear up at the mention of his former mentor's name.

"Yes. Two she-cats and one tom," Silverpaw purred proudly.

"Is she okay?" Dustpaw asked frantically. Silverpaw gave him a look and couldn't help but notice the genuine concern in his face.

"She's fine. Tired but fine. Smokefur wouldn't leave her side the entire night. He's been boasting all morning," Silverpaw purred, gesturing to the tom. He hadn't shut up about the kits all morning but the warriors really couldn't blame him. All the fathers in the clan understood the feeling and the kits were defiantly strong and beautiful.

"Well, I guess were all expecting that," Hollowpaw joked.

Hollyflower padded up to Silverpaw and pulled her aside. She told Silverpaw that she was going to learn some new battle moves. Silverpaw purred and they raced to the mossy hollow.

When they arrived Brackenflame and Ashcloud were there with their apprentices. Hollyflower purred a greeting and led Silverpaw to a corner.

"Okay, Silverpaw. I'm going to teach you a move that's going to be very beneficial to you now and maybe even into the coming moons. It can be a very powerful move but you must be very quick or your opponent can counter the move," Hollyflower explained. She quickly demonstrated how the move was done and had Silverpaw perform it.

Hollyflower jumped onto her hind paws and pelted Silverpaw with blows to the head. Silverpaw pulled away and leaped up to counter the move. Silverpaw jumped onto Hollyflower's back and ranked her paws down her side.

Suddenly, Hollyflower rolled and Silverpaw was crushed under her. Hollyflower put a paw on Silverpaw's chest so she was unable to get up.

"You did well until I countered your move. When that happens you must leap off or you'll lose the fight. Got it?" Hollyflower asked. Silverpaw nodded and rose again.

They practiced until Sunset and they began their walk home. Silverpaw's fur was matted and a little dusty but she didn't mind. She had mastered the move and now could try it on a real enemy. Hollyflower was proud.

When they reached camp, Silverpaw grabbed a mouse and joined her denmates. Darkpaw was telling a story about his journey to the Windclan border today with Stormtail.

"So, Windclan's markers are stronger?" Dustpaw asked.

"Yeah. So, Stormtail and I were scouting the border when Hawkflight, Swirlingskies, and Hareleap raced down the hill to the border. They accused us of stealing prey and told us to leave the border but Stormtail wouldn't back down. He stood up to them and told them that he had orders from Blizzardstar to remark the borders. Then they called Stormtail a kittypet-blood, and you know what Stormtail said? He said, 'thank you for the compliment. I, to, admire my uncle. After all he did save the entire forest.' Then Stormtail turned tail and began remarking the border again," Darkpaw beamed. Silverpaw was impressed with her brother's trick. Usually the more experienced warriors would be the ones to outsmart others. Silverpaw felt a rush of pride for her brother.

Silverpaw stayed up until moonhigh and went to her nest. Once she curled up Hollowpaw curled up next to her. She sighed in content and drifted off into sleep.

Silverpaw awoke suddenly. A weird feeling swept over her. Moonlight streamed through the den. A sparkly, shadowy, figure stood in the middle of camp. The cats tail beckoned her to come closer. Silverpaw sighed and rose to her paws, careful not to disturb Hollowpaw.

Silverpaw slowly walked out into the camp. Once she got close to the cat it disappeared. She saw it standing outside of camp so she began toward the guards for the night.

"Silverpaw? What are you doing up?" Buzzardheart asked. Berrytail eyed her.

"Couldn't sleep. I need a little bit of fresh air," Silverpaw replied. Buzzardheart and Berrytail shared a look and both nodded.

"Alright. Don't go too far though," Buzzardheart told her. Silverpaw nodded and silently passed the two warriors.

As Silverpaw was in the forest the sparkly cat would show up randomly throughout the forest. Silverpaw continued to follow it.

Before long, Silverpaw was on the shore to the lake. She scanned her surroundings. The water was very calm.

Silverpaw sat near the water's edge and wrapped her tail around the paws. She sighed in content and gazed across the water. The moon and stars reflected on the water perfectly. Silverpaw felt at ease knowing her warrior ancestors were watching over her.

"The cat with power's final stand. Hurry back to stop the fleet footed clan," A voice spoke behind her. Silverpaw spun around and came face to face with a black she-cat. She had strange white streaks in her pelt. Her eyes were an unusual bright green.

"Who are you?" Silverpaw asked. Silverpaw dropped into an attack crouch and lifted the fur along her spine.

"Most call me Luna. You are the famous Silverpaw, correct?" Luna muttered. A growl rolled Silverpaw's throat.

"How do you know my name?" Silverpaw growled.

"The stars told me. I know much about you. But no time for that. You must hurry back and warn you clan," Luna said.

"Why? Of what?" Silverpaw asked, suddenly curious.

"The windy clan is coming to attack," Luna said, casually. Silverpaw's heart pounded. Luna flicked her tail, telling her to go. Silverpaw wondered why she should trust this cat. She had only shared a few words with her.

A familiar scent washed over her and Silverpaw had the instinct to run back to camp. She pelted home.

Once the familiar scents of cats flooded over her, she pelted into camp. Buzzardheart and Berrytail jumped once they saw her dash into camp. She spun around and faced them.

"Windclan's coming to attack!" Silverpaw yelped. Buzzardheart and Berrytail instantly straightened up and began racing around camp, waking cats. Silverpaw bounded up the Highledge to wake her mother and father. She barged into Blizzardstar's den and nudged her parents awake.

"Hmm… Silverpaw? What is it?" Blizzardstar asked.

"Windclan. They're coming to attack!" Silverpaw said frantically. Her father sprung to his feet and bounded out into the clearing. Silverpaw's mother nodded to Silverpaw and raced after to Blizzardstar.

Once Silverpaw exited his den she bounded down into the clearing and joined the fast growing group of cats. Blizzardstar stood in front of them and began calling cats going on the patrol.

"Ashcloud, Brackenflame, Stormtail, Hollyflower, Whisperwind, Buzzardheart, Beetlefur, Silverpaw, Darkpaw, and Smokefur will be in one patrol. Ashcloud you will lead. Myself, Hawkflame, Skyfur, Dusklight, Bluejay, Dustpaw, Hollowpaw, Applecloud, Ravenpaw, Mousepelt, and Nightstorm will be in another. Ashcloud you will hit first, then we will drop from the trees and attack.' Blizzardstar explained. Ashcloud nodded and raced out of camp with her patrol behind her.

Silverpaw raced alongside Hollyflower and Darkpaw. Silverpaw began wondering if the strange cat, Luna, was telling the truth. What if she was a spy for Windclan? And those words she said. The cat with power's final stand. Was she talking about Silverpaw? Silverpaw shuddered as a strong Windclan scent veered to the left.

Ashcloud turned to the left and began going deeper and deeper into the forest. Silverpaw had never been this far into the forest. She could tell most of the other cats hadn't either since most of them tensed up as they ran. But that didn't slow Ashcloud down.

The cats broke into a clearing that got cut off by a gorge. Moonlight shined into the cat filled clearing. Windclan was here and the two clans collided with so much force. Silverpaw took a deep breath, sent a prayer to Starclan, and leapt into battle.
