Early friday morning ( 1 week from the crash)

"Mr. Dreyar I assume." Porlyusica said placing her paperwork on the table across from where laxus sat.

"Good eye, sweetheart." Laxus bitterly replied.

"Yes well considering I did a background check on you and have been notified that almost every lawyer in this city has turned you down due to a few umm set backs I figured that you must be one seriously intimidating man." She cooly replied taking a seat her ownself.

"Yes well don't push me and you won't get a taste of that." He said picking some dirt from underneath his fingernails.

Porlyusica sighed realizing that this man was probably going to be very difficult in which she had no time for any type of shenanigans if she was going to even have a shot at winning this case.

"Mr. Dreyar I wouldn't threaten the only lawyer that would even consider taking you in if I were you, Plus the only reason I even agreed was because I felt bad that your wife would have to raise a kid related to you all on her own." She said shaking her head at the thought.

This certainly gained laxus's attention as he sat up a little taken aback. "Excuse me?" He said searching the woman for an explanation to what she had just said.

"You know Lucy your wife? Congratulations on your new kid by the way." She said taking a few files out of her folder that she had spent most morning setting up.

"Wait, Lucy's pregnant?" Laxus voice boomed obviously shocked and down right confused on to why lucy hadn't told her this earlier.

"You didn't know?" She asked looking confused as well.

"No!" Laxus yelled little sparks of electricty frizzed causing the light hanging above them to flicker a little.

"Woahh okay calm down, I'm sure she was going to tell you later." She suggested hoping that this would calm his nerves a litttle.

Laxus slowly cooled down taking a few deep breaths trying to regather his thoughts.

"Sorry, this is just a lot to take in." He admitted.

"Hm, yes well we still have a lot to discuss." She said putting on her glasses.

"Well for one I see that you have been arrested before, for assault and disturbing the peace." She said looking through his record astonished at just how many places he had been thrown out of in a mere 4 years.

"Yes, but that jackass Bacchus deserved it after he totally lost that drinking contest that I bet two hundred dollars in." Laxus mumbled still pissed about that.

"Mhm, I also see here that you also got arrested for dancing on a table singing "My hips don't lie." While stripping and waving your shirt around claiming that Shakira don't got nothing on me." She said raising a brow in which laxus turned red in embarassment.

"Uhh..I was drunk?" He said.

"Than you broke into someone's house went into their closet and claimed that you had just came back from Narnia and that you were chosen to save the world from an blizzard that was coming."

"...I thought I was.." He mumbled.

"Laxus it was summer."

"..."
Porlyusica sighed rubbing her temples amazed that this man hasn't gotten prison time before.

"I also see that you have a domestic abuse charge in which your neighbors reported after you had a fight with your wife? Is that correct?"

"Look we always argue, I never actually hurt her before." He said anger starting to fill his voice.

"Except for the time she was admitted into the hospital for a broken jaw, a concussion and a sprained ankel." She countered.

"That was her own fault!" He yelled.

" I suppose it was also her fault when you struck her with your lightning in which she had to be admitted into the hospital." She fiercely replied not wanting to hear another word out of her clients mouth.

"She lived!"

"Yes, but if she had gotten there a little later she wouldn't have! Now listen Mr. Dreyar it is clear that you have anger issues but my job is to win your case and to keep you out of jail, But from this record you have it is seriously going to take a miracle. Now tell me what happened with Lyon." She said taking her pen and a blank piece of paper out for she could take notes.

"I already told the police what happened, lyon got mad at gray and went to stab him so I beat him before he could and ended up shooting him and killing him." He said.

"Bullcrap." She bluntly said.

"What do you mean woman? That's the truth." He said angry that this woman was believing what he was saying.

"There's way more to it than that and you know it." She said.

"No that's it."

"You can lie all you want, but that is not going to keep you from rotting in prison while you watch reruns of tv shows that were made before you were even born."

Laxus grunted in response.

And they both knew that this was going to be a long day..

Lucy's P.o.v

I awoke with a sudden throb in the back of my head. Only to realize that, that was the least of my problems.

I was currently chained to a wall in what looked like somebody's basement.

"Hello is anyone here?" I asked my voice raspy.

"Lucy oh thank goodness your awake!" A voice replied from the other side of the room which she couldn't see considering it was so dark.

"Levy?" I asked.

"Yes lucy it's me! Oh Mavis where are we?" She asked sounding frightened.

"I don't know, where's cana?" I asked.

"Over here." A voice replied in the corner of the room.

"Cana?" I asked wondering why she would be down here too.

"Yup it's me."

"Cana what are you doing down here, aren't you with them?" I asked confused.

"They backstabbed me." She sighed feeling ashamed that she had gotten everybody dragged into her crap.

"Surprise, Surprise." Levy spat.

"Shutup levy, I didn't know what else to do okay?" She replied.

"Guy's now's not the time to fight, we need to get out of here some how."

"Yeah but how?" Cana asked.

"I have no idea..."

Hey guys sorry for not updating but I was having computer issues and i ended up having to restore my computer to factory condition in which I completely lost everything..So yeah that's how it's been going. :) But i'm glad I am back and updated this story for yall! Hope you liked it.
