(Evening 6 days before the Crash)
"Hello Erza." The man said stepping inside without actually being invited in.
"What are you doing here?" She asked shocked that he would actually show up this late a night.
"I need a favor Ms. Erza and I think you just might be able to help me."
"And how exactly do you figure that?" She said pouring a glass of brandy for the both of them.
"Because I know what you want and you know you would give anything for it." He said receiving the glass and taking a sip from it.
Erza raised a brow urging him to continue.
"Well you see I need your help in staging a little accident." His devilish grin spreading upon his face.
"What kind of accident?" She spoke knowing for some reason that whatever he was asking of her was not going to be good and would probably be really difficult to do. Every since she's known him he's always asked more then what she was willing to do.
But of course she never had any say in the matter.
"You remember Lucy Heartfillia don't you?" A chuckle escaped his lips.
"Of course,what about her?" Erza eyed him suspiciously.
"Well I need you to oh i don't know stage a little accident." He smirked cause Erza to feel a bit unerved.
"Why would I do that?" She growled wondering just what he was planning.
"Well I know how much you love a certain man named Jellal and I also know that you would give anything to get him out of that asylum." He casually spoke sipping on his brandy some.
"Jellal.."
"Yes, I can get him out but that's only if you help me." He said.
"I can easily get him all cured and out without your help." She insisted.
"Oh really? But I thought you were dying?"
She tensed realzing he must've been eavesdropping on her phone calls with the doctor.
"Yeah I know all about that so do we have a deal or not?" He stretched out his hand for her to shake.
". . . ."
". . . ."
"Fine Zeref we have a deal."

"What do you mean Lucy's missing!?" Laxus roared absolutely furious at what he was hearing.
How could Lucy just suddenly dissapear out the blue? And more importantly where in the world were they all being kept.
"I don't know Laxus but we were hoping you'd be able to tell us considering you spent the most time with them." Gajeel said his grip on the prison bars tightening.
"Well the only thing i'm sure of is that Cana was in trouble with some man..I think his name was Zeref."
Gajeel's eyes widened recognizing the name and instantly hoping that that wasn't the case. Zeref was a man known for prostituting girls, selling drugs, and killing his own men without hesitation.
"Zeref?" Natsu asked not recognizing the name.
"Pardon me, but I hear you men are talking about Zeref." A man in the next cell spoke gaining all of their attention.
"Yeah what of it?" Gajeel asked wondering what the man knew.
"Heh, believe it or not but I used to be Zeref's right hand man." The guy spoke cackling with a smirk on his face. "That is until he tried to poison me...Anyway i'm sorry your people got kidnapped by him but I can almost gurantee you are never going to see them again." The man shook his head feeling bad for the poor idiots.
"And why do you say that?" Laxus spoke angry of the thought of never seeing Lucy or his kid.
"Because Zeref stages their deaths for the police will give up looking for them, then eventually when he feels its safe he'll take them into town and sell them in an underground trade."
"Where is Zeref for we can stop this?" Natsu exclaimed enraged at what the man was saying.
"Don't know he often changes locations."
"Then we'll just search every area until we find them." Gajeel pressed.
"Hmm..these people must mean alot to you, here i'll let you in on a secret I know this man that works in tracking and I think if one of your friends has a phone on them he could possibly track their location." The man whispered hoping the cops weren't listening.
"Thanks But why are you helping us?" Natsu asked.
"I've been screwed over by Zeref so many times and he's the reason I'm in here today. I want payback and I feel that you guys are exactly the ones to give it." The man seethed remembering everything that bastard had put him through.
"What exactly did he do to you that landed you in prison?" Laxus asked curious to this strangers sudden cooperation.
"He killed my brother and framed me." The man bluntly spoke.
Everyone stared in silence before Natsu decided to break it. "We'll definitely avenge you..uhhh what's your name?" Natsu asked realizing he didn't even know.
