Mario: Oohh....
Spiky Joe: Geez, it's about time you woke up!
Mario is laying down on the couch in Mellon's den, feeling very dizzy.
Mario: I was...sleeping?
Ultra: For awhile now. We got in a fight with a whole lot of baddies and you got hurt and collapsed. We carried you back here and decided to leave you in Mellon's care. We went on to find the Green Colour Star.
Mario: ...and did you?
Spiky Joe: Of course not! Ouromov stole the GoldenEye!
Mario: I don't think that's how you spell it.
Spiky Joe: What am I, Russian?
Koopinator: What are you guys talking about? *sigh* Of course we found the Green Colour Star. It won't activate until you take hold of it...
Mario: Mm hmm.... OK!
Mario gets off the couch and grabs the Green Colour Star from the Koopinator's hands. The colour of Green is restored to the world!
Spiky Joe: We also found... These Super Boots!
Spiky Joe handed over the Super Boots! Mario's jump attacks' offense went up by 1 and he can now do the Spin Jump!
Mario: Hey! I can get up to the attic now, right?
Mellon: No, you need the Spring Jump for that.
Mario: Awwww!
Spiky Joe: It's OK, Mustache. We did find the sailor Toad dude. He's out on the ship, waiting for us.
Mario: Alright... But..... Ultra?
Ultra: Yessums?
Mario: Where is my Super Hammer?
Ultra: ......I.....dunno......
Mario: Ultra... Hand it over...
Ultra reluctantly hands over the Super Hammer back to Mario...
Mario: Now we open up our map and check the next location we need to go to!
Mario takes out the Magical Map and checks it carefully. The next location is another castle, but it is surrounded by four bandana-covered Koopas, and a town with Koopas.
Mario: Petalberg... Hopefully not the one in that Pokémon game...
Spiky Joe: Sweet, let's go!
Mario: Hey, wait... I just noticed... all my partners are Koopas....
Spiky Joe: That's a little bit out of left field but, I'm not Koopa. I'm a Buzzy Beetle with a spiked red shell.
Mario: Still a Koopa.
Mellon: I'd love to help out, but I'm supposed to be a background character until the final battle when every- Oops, can't say. Spoilers.
Mario shakes his head and walks out of Mellon's house, out to the boat waiting for them. They are ferried to Rogueport and, once there, make their way to Petalberg.
Mario: I'm walking, lalala...
Ultra: Mario, aren't Bandana-covered Koopas near Koopa Village?
Mario: AAAAAUUUUUUUUGHGHGHGHH!!!!!!
Mario and his team go all the way back to the boat and are ferried to Toad Town, then they go down the Pleasant Path and down the path to... the Koopa Bros. Fortress.
Spiky Joe: Isn't this where Luigi went?
Mario: Yeah, and this is where we are going to.
Ultra: I hope we can find the Ultra Hammer soon.
Mario: …........
The party continues down the path and eventually reach the castle itself. The front door of the castle is guarded by two Dry Bones.
Mario: Don't worry... This will be easy as long as we look like a couple of Jazzy Runaways! Heh, follow my lead...
Mario grooves out to the tunes in his head and boogie-woogies past the two Dry Bones and into the castle.
Mario: Nothin' to it, right? Uh.... Guys?
Spiky Joe, Ultra, and Koopinator come through the door casually...
Mario: I said to be a Jazzy Runaway!
Spiky Joe: That ain't easy for someone like me.... Four legs....
Ultra: It seems juggling hammers doesn't count as Jazz.
Koopinator: I refuse to minimize my already low self-respect.
Mario sighs as he turns toward the inner guards of the castle and thinks of how short the chapter was...
