Chapter 2 - Alone
BPOV
I hit him in the face and slammed the door. THAT BASTARD! Why did he say that! Why wouldn't he go to the ball with me? I slumped to the floor and lent my head on the wall. I felt tears forming in my eyes ready to fall. I knew once I started they would never stop.
I heard a knock at the door, and Alice bounding down the steps seconds later. I knew she would see me and want to comfort me; she would miss the ball for me because she was good like that.
She saw me. "Oh Bella!" Alice cried. "I'll see you later, bye". And with that she opened the door and left. The tears came then.
EPOV
Wow, Bella looked like shit. I couldn't be seen with her. I would have to take her shopping!
