Having just enrolled at Beverly Hills High School, Sam, Clover and Alex are recruited by WOOHP an ultra secret organization for international spies. Though they aren’t alone, Thomas, Travis, and Max are there with them as backup in case anything bad happens to the Girls.

Summer is back in full swing, but Doctor Gelee has resurfaced in another crazy attempt to freeze the planet, and he's made it personal by kidnapping Blaine. Can the spies save their friend and thaw Gelee's icy scheme before the Earth becomes a frozen wasteland?
