I do not own Twilight. I didn't say that for the other chapters. I also didn't update for a month so I'm sorry for that to! And thank you Profesor Badass for writing that review, it made me update as soon as I read it.

During lunch things started to get unpleasant for me.

I was just sitting at the table talking to Angela about what she was going to wear to the spring dance. She still hasn't decided.

When I was going up to throw away my food, Lauren made her move.

"What do you think you're doing?"

I knew what she was getting at, but just for fun, I wanted to make her look dumb. "Well as you can see, I'm throwing away my tray. I would've thought anyone with eyes could see that." I raised my voice so everyone at our table could hear.

"No I don't mean that. What I meant was why are you sitting with Edward all of a sudden? You think you can just walk in on us and take him away. He's mine and just back off or else."

Okay that was just the worst threat that I've ever heard in my whole existence. Good thing Emmett and Edward were still hunting. "Okay what is with 'us'? I thought he made a point yesterday that he doesn't want anything to do with you. With all sending you way and all that. You must not be that smart as to not get the hint by now. And what is with 'or else'? What are you going to do?"

She just didn't answer. I guess she had enough public humiliation for one day. I didn't know what she thought of my speech until everyone was leaving. What she didn't know was that I was just two feet behind her.

"I don't know why Bella just sits with the Cullens from now on." She hissed to Mike.

"She's my friend and she sits with me." He whispered back territorially.

That afternoon after school, I wanted to check out this La Push place because we're going to be going there tomorrow. Also I really wanted to stretch out my wings.

I put on one of the sports bras that Alice gave me, spread out my wings and flew.

It wasn't a long way, but I thought I should stick to the woods until I got close to the beach. Then I could just walk around until I had to go make dinner for Charlie.

As I descended, and started to walk out of the woods, seven huge wolves walked out and faced me. They were all at least as big as a large horse The biggest of them was black. The second biggest was russet brown. The one closest to the russet brown was a thinner gray wolf with dark spots on his back and the other flanking the russet brown was deep chocolate brown. The others were tan, dark brown, and gray. (A/N: I decided not to make Leah a wolf because I always thought it was unfair to her. All the other wolves are there from Eclipse besides the minor ones like Collin and Brady.)

I tried to step around them. The gray one growled.

All of a sudden the massive black one wheeled around and sprinted away. The russet brown one growled at me as if to warn me. I considered running right through them, but whatever they had to say must be important so I stayed.

A moment later, someone about twenty years old ran back. He had black cropped hair and brown skin.

He said, "Okay, what are you? You obviously aren't a bloodsucker, but you smell like them. And you aren't human and don't try to deny it because we saw your wings."

What should I do? I had a feeling that I shouldn't tell him, because I don't even know who he is. I shouldn't tell him about vampires but he acts like he already knows. But he probably doesn't know about the Volturi.

"My name is Isabella X. I am a vampire killer created by a group of vampires some time ago. I have all the qualities of a human and even smell like one and have a heartbeat. I escaped as soon as I found out they were going to kill me. I traveled for a while and then when I finally thought that I was going to die of starvation, Chief Swan found me and took me in. I've been going to Forks High ever since. Now would you mind telling me who you are? Considering that I am basically telling you my life story."

One by one the wolves ran into the woods and came back as people. It wouldn't take a numbskull to figure out that they were werewolves.

When they were all there, I said "All I ask is that you don't tell anyone about who I am."

The one that I've been speaking to said, "And likewise don't tell anyone about us." They started to leave.

Something just occurred to me. "Wait, some people from my school including me are coming to the beach. Please act like nothing has happened and you don't know who I am."

They all nodded in sync — which was pretty funny. The leader said, "And if you don't know, the bloodsuck- er vampires that also go to your high school aren't allowed on La Push. But because you aren't a vampire, you can come."

They then turned around and left.

Next morning I met the others at Newtons' Olympic Outfitters. It was surprisingly sunny out. Lauren and two other blond bimbos tried to glare daggers at me but failed terribly.

Mike walked over with Jessica trailing him to me, happy to see me. "Hey Bella, you came! Did you invite anyone else?"

"No I didn't. Are we going now?"

"Yeah, we were just waiting for you. You can have shotgun if you sit with me."

Jessica glowered at me. Why did it seem like everyone hated me? "You can sit next to me if you want." I said to Jessica aside.

She seemed at least a little happy by that compromise. "Sure Bella."

When we got there some guys were already making a fire. What shocked me is that it was blue.

After what seemed like a decade, Isabellas' brain zapped to life.

The fire is due to the fact that it is a driftwood fire. The salt in it makes it blue.

There was a couple of bone colored logs, so I went to sit next to Angela. She was a relaxing person to be around. She didn't need to fill every silence with chatter.

To my surprise, one of the kids that I saw transform yesterday was on the other side of the fire.

"You're Isabella right? Come on. You want to walk with me?"

"Sure," I said. Not really seeing that I had a choice.

We walked down to the waters' edge. "Hey I'm Jacob. My dad sold you your truck. The guy you talked to yesterday was Sam. He just wanted me to tell you to not to kill any of the wolves you see running around. We do patrol every now and then and you never said how strong you are but we're guessing it is as strong as a regular vampire."

Not knowing how to respond, I just said, "yeah I am as strong as a regular vampire."

We fell into a silence not knowing what to say. Finally when I couldn't take it anymore, I said, "So, what do you like to do? Like, what are your hobbies?"

We talked like that for a couple more minutes. Pretty soon we had to go. I got back into Mikes' Suburban sitting in the way back with Angela and Tyler. Angela just stared out the window at the storm and Lauren occupied Tylers' attention so I just closed my eyes and waited until we came back to the store so I could go home.
