A few days have passed...
It was a new day of training at the Rock! Kaylie decided on driving herself, and she was in the best mood. She walked through the gym doors with a smile and walked towards Lauren and Payson.
"Wow, someone's in an awfully good mood" Lauren said referring to the bit annoying smile on Kaylie's face
Kaylie blushed
"You know, I am." she said laughing
"Is this because of Austin... Or because you're a World Champion?" Payson asked
"Um... Would you be mad at me if I said Austin?"
Payson flashed a judgmental look
"Oh geeze, that's quite a look. And it's just everything! Everything's going right! We won Worlds and I have Austin, I just feel superior right now!" Kaylie said flashing a big smile thinking what could possibly go wrong!
Payson relieved herself and smiled slightly, "Wow you really like him."
"I do, I think I may love him"
"Do you think you and Austin well have sex!" Lauren asked excitedly
Just then Kaylie's face froze with an expression that was not a smile.
"What! Kaylie you can't be a virgin forever." Lauren said thinking that was the reason for Kaylie's sudden change in expression
"Hey Lauren" a male voice said from behind
Lauren turned around to see Austin, who had arrived at the gym. Judging by the face Kaylie made he was standing there long enough to have heard everything.
"Austin, hi. I did not you were standing there." Lauren said
Kaylie took the opportunity to quietly slip away. Austin noticed her though.
"Kaylie, wait…" Austin said as he chased after her
Kaylie turned around but stared down at her feet. She couldn't dare look at Austin she was too embarrassed.
"Kaylie you can look at me" Austin said peeking hid head under to slightly look at Kaylie's face.
Kaylie slowly looked up.
"You know you're cute when you get embarrassed." Austin said with a smirk
"Austin, it's not funny" Kaylie said as she turned around to leave once more
Austin grabbed her arm to stop her from leaving.
"Sorry...But Kaylie there's nothing to be embarrassed about, so you're a virgin and not a hoe like Lauren. I already knew that." Austin said sincerely
"You knew I was a virgin?" Kaylie asked facing Austin
"Carter... He kinda told me."
"Oh." Kaylie felt dumb, "and you don't think I'm weird?"
"Why would I think that? Like you said you've only loved one guy before and he ended up being an ass. You shouldn't waste you're first time on just anyone." Austin said taking Kaylie's hand into his
Kaylie leaned in toward Austin, made sure she didn't see Sasha, and then quickly pecked him on the lips.
"So... Do you wanna know the answer to Lauren's question?"
Austin was confused at first, he didn't remember Laurens question, then it him.
"You... You mean THE question?" Austin asked gulping
Kaylie slightly smiled and nodded her head yes
"Okay" was all he could manage
"Well I care for you a lot, and I know you do for me... And yes I am a virgin but... (Kaylie kept stuttering) um, I… I might want you to be the guy who changes that." Kaylie finished the statement looking down at her feet again full of embarrassment.
Austin lifted her chin up to where she was looking up at him, he just smiled and hugged her.
Kaylie knew that he'd be the one at that moment.
They were interupted...
"Get to training! This isn't social hour!" Sasha screamed
The two parted ways to begin training.
...
After a long day of training:
"Hey Kaylie, did everything with Austin work out? Payson asked as they headed to the parking lot.
"Better than okay actually" Kaylie smiled, "But btw Pay, how's Max!"
Payson froze, "Well he's good I guess, I just... We haven't actually been out on a date yet."
"Payson! What do you mean? He told you that he might be in love with you at Worlds!" Kaylie was very confused
"I know, I know, and he has asked me to go on a date already but I guess I'm too nervous." Payson admitted
"Aww Payson, you have nothing to be nervous about! He's crazy about you. But if you don't go on a date soon... He might get the wrong idea."
Payson stood thinking, Kaylie was right.
"Wait, Payson! Double date, it's classic! Austin and max are best friends and so are we! I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner! With me and Austin there things will be a lot less tense." Kaylie said excitedly
"Do you think Austin will be up for it though?" Payson asked thinking the plan might actually work
"Why wouldn't he be?"
Payson just smiled, "Okay, double date then?"
"Yes! Yes! Oh, there's Austin," Kaylie said noticing Austin leaving the gym, "I'll catch you later Pay, and I'll tell Austin about the plan."
Kaylie walked towards Austin's car and he just smiled.
"Hey, so did you know Payson and Max haven't been on a date yet?" Kaylie said as she in twined both her hands in his.
"Knowing Payson, she's probably just nervous" Austin said laughing thinking about how Payson gets
Kaylie smiled, this was going exactly where she wanted, "Yeah actually, she is. So I was wondering if we could go on a double date?"
Austin couldn't help but remember Max kissing him. They both agreed to forget it happened, but things were still a bit awkward and Austin didn't like it. He wanted his friend to know he was okay with him being bi. But hopefully the date wouldn't make things more awkward since Max hasn't told Payson yet.
"Sounds like fun" Austin said smiling
"Great I'll let Payson know. Then we can figure out all the details." With that Kaylie leaned in and kissed Austin on lips, "Well I have to get home now, promised my dad I'd help with dinner. See you later?"
Austin kissed Kaylie and picked her up, "Stupid question Kaylie" he said as he had her inches away from his face.
"Shut up Austin!" Kaylie said playfully hitting his arm.
Austin smiled and set her down.
Kaylie then turned around to leave.
"See you later Kaylie" Austin shouted
Kaylie turned, smiled, and waved goodbye.
Austin then thought to himself, should he tell Kaylie about the whole Max thing? I mean he did kiss him… but what if she tells Payson, Max should be the one to tell her. Or is something like this not his to tell even if it's only to his girlfriend? Austin would have to talk to Max.
