Annabeth POV:

"Percy! Grab a drachma from the kitchen! Quick!" I shouted. Hali and Sophia were both starting to walk, and I had promised Kate that I would iris message her when they were taking their first steps.

Percy ran into the living room, and shined a mirror again the window creating a small rainbow. He threw a golden drachma into the rainbow.

"Iris, goddess of the rainbow, please except my offering. Kate Brennan, camp half blood." I shouted. Percy was walking around them in circles so that they would follow him. A few seconds later, Kate appeared in the mist.

"OHMYGODS!" She squealed, which scared Hali, and caused her to fall down on her little bottom and start to cry.

"I'm sorry!" Kate said sheepishly. Percy picked Hali and stood her back up.

"S'okay." I told her. "Looks she's walking again!" I said, pointing to Hali who was back on her feet, and Sophia was not far behind her.

The walked in circles for about 10 minutes and Kate had called about half the camp to come watch as the totted around the living room.

Rachel and Thalia filmed the IM with their camera's and promised that they would send it to me.

Then some genius from the Poseidon cabin, *ahem* Zach *cough*, thought that it would be a great idea to snap a picture. Of course, his camera flashed and caused the iris message to shut off. Percy began to laugh hysterically.

"What's so funny?" I said, starting to laugh a little myself.

"My brother is really stupid sometimes." He managed. "Kate is going to be ticked off at him for a week!"

I started laughing to. "I'm sure she will." I said starting to laugh.

Suddenly I noticed that Sophia was gone.

"Percy! Where's Sophia?" I asked, panicking.

His eyes got wide and we both ran out of the living room, and he scooped up Hali so we wouldn't have to worry about her.

We ran into my office, which was the closest room to the living room. And sure enough there stood Sophia, innocently holding my dagger.

"Ew!" She giggled as she looked at my and Percy's horror struck faces.

"Sophia, honey, can you give the big knife to daddy?" He asked softly as he handed me Hali.

Sophia started to giggle as she dropped my dagger. Percy swiftly picked it up and handed it to me.

"Annabeth, you really shouldn't leave your weapons lying around like that." He said as he picked up Sophia.

"It was in my filing cabinet, I didn't think she'd be able to find it!" I said, trying to defend myself.

"Hey, it's okay. No one got hurt." Percy said, giving me a kiss.

"Ew!" Hali and Sophia giggled.

"And you!" I said turning to Sophia. "Stay out of mommy's office you little munchkin!" I said as I gave her a kiss on her forehead.
