Annabeth POV:

I looked down at my three year old twins. "So you say that you didn't spit on the teacher, your water powers did that." I asked them, as Percy contained his laughter.

"Yes! De teacher said dat we spit on her, but we didn't I pwomise!" Sophia exclaimed.

"Well can you show me what you did then?" I asked, curious to see what she was talking about.

"Uncle Zach showed us!" Hali said happily. The both took their sippy cups and filled their mouths with water. Then they spit it at Percy but he stopped it mid-air. Hali and Sophia giggled hysterically.

"Hali, Sophia, that's just spitting." Percy said laughing. "You said Uncle Zach showed you?"

"Yes. He said dat it's our water powers!" Sophia said proudly.

I turned to Percy and gave him a look.

"Well girls," Percy began "The next time you see Uncle Zach you should show him how good you've gotten with your water powers." He said, as he winked at me.

"Can we show Uncle Nico too?" Hali asked.

I looked at Percy. "Well I say you have to show him too!" I told them.

"I wanna see dem today!" Sophia begged.

"Can we go see dem after lunch?" Hali asked.

They both looked at each other and started saying "PWEASE PWEASE PWEASE PWEASE?"

"Okay, how about after lunch, we go to camp for an hour and show Uncle Zach and Nico?" Percy suggested. He was a big softie when the girls would ask for something. But, today I wanted to see Zach and Nico get spit in their faces.

"Works for me." I said. Percy and I made lunch quickly and then we all got in the car.

"Daddy can we pwactice in de car?" Sophia asked.

"NO." Percy and I both said.

"You can practice when we get to camp." I told them.

"Can we practice on some of de new campers?" Hali asked.

I looked at Percy and started to laugh. "Sure, why not. Practice on the new campers, Hali." I told her.

"Can I pwactice wiff de new campers too?" Sophia asked.

"Of course." Percy said. "Especially the ones from the cabin with the big owl on it."

I pinched Percy's arm. "Why on the Athena cabin?" I protested.

"Because they would be the most impressed." He said, giving me a smug grin. I rolled my eyes.

"Mommy! De teacher said you're not allowed to roll your eyes!" Hali screeched.

"That's right mommy." Percy said looking at me. "Say you're sorry!" He teased.

"I'm sorry, seaweed brain." I said sarcastically. Percy leaned over and gave me a kiss.

"Get a woom." Sophia snorted.

I turned around in my seat. "Get a what?" I asked, not understanding what she had just said.

"A woom. Where you go night night?" Hali said explaining. Sophia nodded.

"Oh. A room." I said correcting them.

"Dat's what we said." Hali told me.

Percy smiled at me. "We're here!" He announced. Hali and Sophia started wiggling like crazy in their car seats.

"Pwactice I gotta pwactice!" Sophia yelled.

"Get me outta dis fing!" Hali cried.

"Calm down! Mommy and Daddy are coming." Percy said. The girls stopped and then waited for us. We unbuckled them and got them out of the car. They both ran off in their matching white summery dresses and shouted "I need water! I need water!" as Percy and I followed them.

I spotted Zach and Nico in the distance. At this point Hali and Sophia had gotten water from someone and had practiced on a few campers and Satyrs.

"Hali and Sophia!" Zach and Nico said both picking them up. He and Nico were sitting on the porch of the big house.

"They wanted to show you something." Percy said crossing his arms. Then Hali and Sophia spit a mouthful of water in both of their faces.

"Gods! What was that for?" Zach and Nico both complained as they tried to wipe their faces off.

"That's for showing them how to use their water powers." I snorted.

"Oh." Zach said. "I taught them that." He said sheepishly.

"Sure did." Percy laughed.

"Can we show Aunt Kate and Thalia?" Hali asked.

"Uh, I wouldn't do that if I were you." Nico warned his eyes getting big. "Thalia shocked like eight kids in archery today." He said.

"Maybe another time." I told the girls, picking up Hali and handing Percy Sophia.

"Okay." Hali sighed, as we told everyone good bye.
