Annabeth POV:

"Mommy I don't wanna wear dis dress!" Hali and Sophia both complained. Zach and Kate were getting married today, and Kate had asked that Hali and Sophia would be the flower girls. This was turning out to be a problem since they both still had casts on and they didn't want to wear there dresses.

"Well do you want me to come ask Clarisse to come help you in the dress? I'm sure she'd be more than happy." I told them.

"No!" They squeaked. "You can help us, we don't need Clarisse!"

"That's what I thought." I laughed. "Hali grab your sisters crutches."

Hali went and got the crutches and handed them to Sophia. "Will dis wrinkle my dress?" Sophia asked.

I studied her. "Yes, it probably will." I told her.

"Good! I don't like this dress." She said grinning proudly.

"Will my arm sling wrinkle de dress too?" Hali asked.

"Yes, Hali, it probably will." I chuckled.

Hali gave Sophia a high five with her good arm.

I watched as Hali and Sophia walked up the isle, well more like they wobbled. Sophia couldn't throw her flower petals as she walked, so when she got to the altar, she just dumped all of them on the ground, and then turned around and saluted the crowd, making everyone chuckle.

I was a bridesmaid, and Percy was a groomsmen. Hali and Sophia stood next to me as the ceremony began. As Kate walked down the isle, Hali said loud enough for Zach to hear "Aunt Kate looks hot today!", which made Zach give her an air high five.

"We are here today to wed Kathryn Alison Brennan and Zachary Andrew Leighton…" The pastor began.

Sophia tapped my leg. "I though Aunt Kate and Uncle Zach were getting married." She whispered.

"Those are just their full names. Like the way your name is Sophia Grace." I whispered back in reply.

"What's Hali's full name?" Sophia whispered again.

"Ooh! I know!" Hali whispered next to her. "It's Hali Grace!"

"That's right, but we have to be quiet now, alright?" I told them, but they weren't listening. I shot Percy a look, and he just gave me a big smile.

"Daddy!" Sophia mouthed. "Me and Hali have the same middle name!"

Percy smiled and nodded, but gave them a signal to be quiet. After about 10 minutes they started getting restless, so I suggested that they sit down.

They remained quiet for the rest of the ceremony which surprised me.

"Uncle Nico do you want to see what me and Hali can do with water?" Sophia shouted, as we entered the reception area.

"Okay, but you have to promise you won't spit in my face." He said.

"Oh never mind then." Hali said. "Mommy and Daddy said we're not allowed to make promises we can't keep." She said.

"At least they're honest!" Thalia laughed.

"I'm only saying that because mommy makes us." Sophia added.

This made all of us laugh. "We've taught our daughters well." Percy said, as he kissed me.

"Gross!" Hali and Sophia both said.

"What?" Percy said. "I'm not allowed to kiss mommy?" He asked.

"Nope!" They both giggled.

"Am I allowed to tickle mommy?" Percy asked.

"Yes!" They giggled, and I was being tickled before I could even react.

After a few seconds the tickling stopped. "You are such a seaweed brain." I told him.

"It's true, wise girl." He said.

"Hey look it! It's Aunt Kate and Uncle Zach!" Hali screeched, pointing to them as they entered.

Kate looked absolutely gorgeous in her wedding dress. It was a Grecian style dress with beige chiffon trimming. Zach was wearing a tux, as expected, and didn't look half bad.

"Does dis mean we get cake?" Sophia asked.

"Yes, Sophia, you can get cake once they cut it." Percy said, helping her stand with her crutches. Sophia struggled standing, so Percy wound up just picking her up.

"Percy, where's Hali?" I asked, looking around but not seeing Sophia's twin.

"Right there." Percy said, pointing his finger at the desert table where Hali was putting five or six brownies in her flower basket.

"Gods, she's just like her father." I laughed.

"Is that a bad thing?" He asked, smiling.

"Not at all." I said, giving him a kiss on the cheek.
