Annabeth POV:

"Hali, Sophia, please be quiet, it's time to go to bed now!" I heard Percy tell the girls, as he went into their room. I was just getting out of the shower, and putting my pyjamas on.

"I'm thirsty!" Sophia shouted.

Percy walked into our room. "If I have to come back in there, I'll give you a spanking!" He out called out.

The house was silent for a moment.

"When you come in to spank us can you bring something to drink?" Hali asked.

I did my best not to laugh, as I wrapped a towel around my head. I was wearing one of Percy's old camp half blood t-shirts that was three sizes to big for me and some very old sweat pants.

"Hey, I'll go get them to settle down." I told Percy, who was looking very stressed out.

I walked into the girls room. "Girls, if you don't settle down and go to sleep, you won't get to watch TV until next weekend!" I warned them.

They got quiet very quickly, so I left the room, I heard Hali and Sophia whisper to each other quietly.

"Who was that?" I heard Hali ask.

"I don't know, but I don't think they were kidding." Sophia answered.

I opened the door to my bedroom and told Percy what happened.

"It's the towel turban on your head." He said, cracking a smile.

"Oh shut it seaweed brain." I said, giving him a kiss.

"Whatever you say, wise girl." He answered.

Hali and Sophia had their heads down at the breakfast table.

"Mommy are dey dead?" Luke asked me, pointing to his sisters. Their curly blonde heads were face down on the table.

"Of course not Lukey. They didn't go to bed on time like they were supposed to." Percy told him.

Sophia raised her head. "I'm pooped." She mumbled.

Luke giggled. "I'm peepeed!" said after her. To which Hali raised her head and started giggling uncontrollably.

"Girls, eat your breakfast, you're going to be late for school!" I told them.

Hali scratched her eyes. "I don't get why I have to go to school. I'm never leaving here anyways."

"Oh, yes you are." I said, looking at Percy, gave me a smug grin.

The girls finished their breakfast and got dressed, and I fixed their hair.

"Mommy, that hurts!" Sophia whined as I braided her hair.

"Can I just shave my head?" Hali asked as she combed her hair.

"What?" I asked, looking at her. "Why on earth would you want to do that?"

"Because then I can just wear wigs, and not have to get my hair fixed every morning." She replied.

"You are not going to do that." I said, chuckling to myself.

"Fine…" she sighed.

After about ten minutes of struggling to get Hali decide whether she wanted a braid, or pigtails, Luke totted into the bathroom.

"I'm peed." He said, scratching behind his ear.

"Ew." Sophia said, pinching her nose like she smelt something bad.

"Just…go tell Daddy." I told him. Then he just totted back out of the bathroom.

I finished fixing the girls' hair when Percy came holding Luke.

"He told me 'I'm peed', and then when I checked him, he hadn't peed. He meant that he was ready." Percy laughed, setting Luke down.

Hali walked up to Luke. "One a scale of one to Spongebob, how ready are you?"

"I'm peed!" He giggled.

"Okay, girls, your lunches are already in your book bag, hurry up if you want me to drive you to school!" I told them.

The girls ran into the kitchen, grabbed their book bags, and Percy picked up Luke.

"I'm staying home today, so I'm not going to bring Luke to day care." Percy told me.

"Okay, that's fine." I said, giving him a kiss we headed out the door.

I was driving with the girls in the back seat, when a car cut me off. I honked the horn.

"That happened to daddy yesterday!" Sophia said.

"What did he do?" I asked, curious to what Percy would have said.

"Daddy just yelled at them. Until they were all the way out of sight." Sophia answered.

"What did he yell?" I asked.

"Daddy said we weren't allowed to repeat it." Sophia told me.

I laughed. "Alrighty then."

"Guess what my dream was last night mommy!" Hali yelled.

"What?"

"I had a dream that the car drove all by itself."

"Really? Where did it drive to?" I asked her.

"I'm not going to tell you that!" she said. "You might bring vegetables!"

I laughed as I pulled into the girls' school and dropped them off.
