Fang POV

When Fang pulled Libra up to the balcony, he saw the entire Flock was in the living room. They were watching the news. He strode in and Max glanced at him.

"I've got news." Fang spoke up.

Everyone stared at Fang as if he were an alien or something. Max stood and crossed the room to retrieve a soda from the fridge. "Well, let's hear it." she chuckled.

Fang turned and beckoned Libra in the house. She inched forward and cowered by the door. Max's face was an mix of total shock and extreme fury.

"Who the hell is that?" she yelled.

"Who?" Iggy called, unable to see Libra.

"This is Libra. She just crash landed in our yard." Fang explained.

"Libra who?" Iggy yelled.

"Fang, I'm scared." Libra whispered, still hiding.

"Wait, crash landed? Does she have-" Max said.

"No, no wings. But she does other things. Libra show 'em."

Libra closed her eyes and the Flock held their breath. Then suddenly a thin stream came from the faucet and twirled past each Flock member before curling itself into an ice cube and landing in Libra's palm. She stared at it for a moment before it caught fire and blazed in her outstretched hand. She opened her eyes and the flame vanished, as did the ice.

"See?" Fang said, satisfied.

"Yes, but that doesn't explain-"Max started.

"She came from the School,"Fang interrupted her," she told me. She said she had a human life before the whitecoats kidnapped her. She needs our help, Max."

"Who the hell is Libra?" Iggy bellowed.

"Quiet, Ig." Nudge hissed.

Iggy crossed his arms against his chest. Libra inched past Fang and knelt in front of Iggy. Fang had no idea what she was doing.

"I'm Libra." she whispered, in a strong confident voice.

She placed her small hand on Iggy's pale hand. His face lit up, and her reached out and found her shoulder.

"If you'd like to see me, you may." Libra spoke serenely.

"What do you mean?"

"Close your eyes." Libra said, shutting her own.

Iggy obeyed and Libra placed her palms on each side of Iggy's head, eyes still closed. Max glanced at Fang with bewilderment, he only shrugged in reply. Libra removed her hands from Iggy, and his eyes flew open. He looked like he'd seen a ghost.

"Oh my God, I saw her. In my head, I saw her. Libra, you are amazing! Oh my God, thank you!" Iggy exclaimed, searching for Libra again, but she had retreated back behind Fang.

"Alright, she can stay. She seems different." Max said, still figuring out the Iggy thing.

Libra actually smiled, and moved to stand beside Fang not behind. Fang chuckled and whispered something in Nudge's ear. She squealed and grabbed Libra's hand, pulling her to Nudge's room. Libra shot Fang a confused look as she disappeared from the room.
