OMG! Update! Okay, this will be my last update for like a week cuz I'm going to Florida for the week and won't be near a computer, I will be able to answer reviews tho. I just want to let you guys know that cuz you'll probably hate me after this chapter, a very suspenseful ending. Onto the story!

Spaz: Aren't you forgetting something?

Me: Aah, Spaz the Dragon, how did you escape my science class?

Spaz: Um, you let me out, because of florida... so aren't you forgetting the disclaimer?

Me: Oh, yeah right... silly me. *shakes head*

Spaz: *rolls eyes* (Which looks really cute on a cat-sized dragon btw!)

Disclaimer: I don't own Kum&Go, which is mentioned later. Mr. Kum&Go owns that... I think...

Me and Spaz: TO THE STORY! *cool transition scene*

Fang POV

Fang sat awake, leaning against the tree. He heard Libra stirring in her sleep. He glanced in her direction, she must dreaming, he thought. His thoughts shifted to the flock and how they were. He hadn't spoken with Angel in a while, he hoped they were okay. He felt slightly ashamed of leaving Max alone to take care of the younger kids. Angel, he thought, is everything okay there? He doubted she was awake, it was nighttime there too. So, you could say he was suprised to hear Angel's little girl voice reply: Fang? Is that you?

Ange! Yeah, it's me. Shouldn't you be asleep?

Um, Fang? You spoke to me first and don't forget Nudge sleep chatters. To use Iggy's favorite phrase: my ears are bleeding. It's real bad with her, huh?

Angel, how is everything?

Oh, everything's fine. Max was mad when Iggy left, but after a while I was able to get her to calm down. Though we have been getting fast food a lot lately. Angel's little bell like laugh sounded in Fang's head.

Fang forget how much older Angel sounded in her mind. It was like speaking to an eleven year old, instead of a six year old.

That's great, Ange. I'm glad to hear that. We're coming home soon, okay?

Okay, I miss you Fang. We all do.

Miss you too, Angel. Tell Max what I said, kay?

Okay, love you Fang. Goodnight. Angel's voice was tired.

Love you too, sweetie. G'night.

Fang lay his head against the tree. Wow, he missed his flock. Flying with Libra and Ig was great, but he missed Angel and the Gazzer and fearless Max and even Nudge Channel. Well, he guessed he wasn't getting any sleep tonight. Too much to think about. What if the School had picked him to have Libra's life. Normal, for thirteen years and then given total whack nature abilities. He wouldn't have the flock or Libra or Max. Nothing, he'd be as lost as Libra. Man, poor girl. She's lost everything. Her parents didn't even know about her powers. Her only real friends bailed upon sight. She was left in a forest with two Avian Americans and a cat. Smooth.

Just then Libra stirred again and sighed in her sleep. Thirty minutes ago she had looked ready to murder someone. Now she looked peaceful, Fang rolled over himself and tried desperately to sleep. Eventually, it came. Thank God, Fang thought.

Iggy POV

Iggy was dreaming, he had to be. This was too horrible to be a reality, just too horrible. It had all started as if it weren't a dream. Iggy had woken up to find himself on the forest floor, last night all coming back to him. Humans bail, Libra pissed, sleep it all away, simple. Iggy knew this had to be a dream cause he could see, like, with his own two eyes.

He did not want to see what was coming next. Above Iggy, in the tree, Fang was starting to move. Fang groaned from the odd position he'd slept in. But, odd enough, Libra was no where to be found. Fang checked where she had slept, but it was cold.

"Ig, stand up." Fang ordered, leaping from the tree.

Iggy obeyed, startled by the rough edge in Fang's voice.

"Two steps east, one north." Fang whispered.

"I know," Iggy replied, " I can see."

"What?" Fang gasped, totally bad.

A: Because Fang doesn't gasp, B: his eyes also don't shine with excitement.

"We thought you might like to see your final moments, Ig." a sickly familiar voice crooned.

Then out of the foliage marched Libra, leading a whole army of Erasers. God, was she beautiful even when evil. Her mahoghany hair was still ragged, it's black streaks almost grown out. Her silver eyes sparkled with mischeif and expectation. She was short for her age, rather skinny (aren't we all?). She had one hand on her hip and the other held a cell phone? No, a walkie-talkie? No, a taser. Oh God, she held a taser. Shit. Her smile was truly sickening, it was a sneer, a grimace, and a grin all wrapped in one.

"Yes, Iggy. All along, we've been here to get you." Libra hissed.

Oh, shit. She said 'we', that meant...

Iggy spun, seeing Fang as the true demon he was. Looking totally like something out of hell, Fang stalked toward Iggy. Causing Iggy to stumble right into Libra's Eraser pack.

"You see, Iggy. The flock is against you." Fang said so soft Iggy almost couldn't hear him, "You are the weakest link. Therefore, you must go."

"I came to help, to kill you. This is all a hoax. Iggy, I am here to terminate the blind pyro." Libra hissed, striding forward.

"No, please don't. I beg you." Iggy moaned.

"Get your ass up already, Iggy. I'm going home." Fang yelled.

Iggy blinked, waking from the dream. Still in the dark, so yeah that had been a dream. He felt Fang shake his shoulders roughly. Iggy sat up and shook his head.

"C'mon, Ig. We're going back to the flock." he heard Libra say, she took his hand and helped him into a standing position.

So, she wasn't evil either. Definetly a dream. Iggy thought as the trio took off. He felt better once he was flying, it was such a simple action to him. But, such peace was hard to come by right? Of course, because since when have we Avians ever had good luck? If you said yes, well, then where the heck was your brain these last few chapters?

"Oh, shit!" Libra yelled, "Erasers, and these can fly."

Oh, shit was right.

Fang POV

He saw them before she did. They were regular Erasers but they had wings. They weren't very good at flying though. He saw a few momentarily drop, forgetting to flap.

"Let's get 'em, boys!" Libra called.

Fang flew straight at the oncoming Erasers. One snarled at him, and Fang took it on full blast. He stormed the mutant and aimed punches and kicks only to get his own bruises and cuts. He had just dropped his Eraser from the sky when he heard a scream. A familiar scream. He spun, just in time to see Libra fall, suddenly unable to fly.

How is that for suspenseful? Sorry, I'm writing small chapters for the sake of I'm catching up to myself in pre-written work. Anyway, let me know what you think. I absolutely loved Iggy's dream, personally. I've had weird dreams before where all my friends turn on me and try to kill me. Demented, I know, but hey I never claimed to be sane. Oh, yeah I was thinking of doing, not really a sequel, more like a companion story to this one. With some before and after things in TLE, like in depth on Iggy's exploding bedroom story he tells Libra. Let me know if you guys think that is a good idea. R&R!

Spaz: You truly are an evil author.

Me: Why?

Spaz: Well, you left your readers with an extreme cliff hanger.

Me: That's the point.

Spaz: Oh. *slightly depressed*

Me: Don't worry Spazzy, I will teach you in the ways of the author. You will soon be a master, young moutainhopper.

Spaz: I thought it was "grasshopper"?

Me: Well, you're a dragon. You hop mountains, not grass. Duh!

Spaz: *Shakes head* Oh, Athena...

Me: My mom did that same thing a couple days ago.

Spaz: Let's just leave, Athena.

Me: Okay! Bye everyone. Spaz says bye too, but he's flying away from me. Come back, Spazzy! *runs after mini-dragon*

R&R!
