OMG, I'm back and I just about finished this story! I already know the ending, mwahahaha! I will most likely write a sorta sequel that will be a series of one-shots of Libra and the flock before and after the events of this story. I will be posting more and more often, I want to finally get to the end and get some feedback on the story as a whole. Just a warning so no one hates, the last chapter will be half a songfic, based on a very Libra-ish song. Anyway, enough future predictions. To the story!

Fang POV

Fang and Iggy came up with a lame-o excuse to why they had been in a forest with an injusred fourteen year old. "Bear attack," Iggy had said, "Big one, didn't see it comin'. Scared us. We got beat, big time. She got the worst of it." Apparently, the cops got a lot of bear attacks, so they bought it. Unfortunately, they'd be in the news. Not for the wings, thank God. A few hours later, Libra was stable and healing. They were allowed in the room, Fang went first, leaving Iggy with a nurse. He was telling her that he was really a celebrity. Like some Harry Potter dude or something like that.

Fang entered the sterile smelling room, silently of course. He winced at the loud creak of the door. She was awake, thank God. He walked to the bedside and leaned against the wall, a few feet away from her.

"Oh, for God's sake, Fang come here." Libra sighed, sounding weak, "I'm okay, just come closer please."

She looked pale from blood loss, her silver eyes shined brightly at Fang. She gave him a weak smile that showed mostly in her eyes, not her expression. They had her on I.V. and the sight of the equipment made Fang wince. He inched forward, taking her pale hand. She sighed, her smile lingering. She gazed at him, a look of gratitude and something unreadable in her eyes.

"Thank you," she murmured, her voice soft, "if it weren't for you I'd be... well, you know..." she trailed off, not wanting to say it.

"Yeah, I know. You're welcome, instant reaction I guess." Fang said, not wanting to say it either, "How're you feeling?"

"Like crap, really. I feel bad for stopping you from getting home. You can go, I'll stay here. Take Iggy and go back to your flock."

"No, I have to stay." Fang growled.

"Fang," Libra whispered, her voice hoarse.

He glanced at her, afraid she'd blame herself again.

"I'm sorry, for everything."

"Don't be. My choice to follow, not your's"

"But-"

"Shh."

"B-"

She didn't even get the full word out, because Fang kissed her. To shut up her guilt trip, she blamed herself for everything. The heart monitor Libra was hooked up to sped up and was beeping wildly. Just from the kiss. Fang pulled away and he heard Libra sigh. She was happy he was staying, even if she protested.

"Fang," Libra whispered, more like a sigh, "thank you."

The she drifted into unconciousness. Fang heard the heart monitor slow and become regular again. He smiled, who knew he had that effect. With one last glance at Libra he went back to Iggy.

Okay, really sorry for the small chapter but next chapter is sooo amazing that it deserves to stand alone. Anyone interested in Gen77 I updated and it's for the worst. Sorry. Hoped everyone liked the little bit of Lang (or Fibra, hehe). Bye!
