Dean tried to put some space between them as they limped back to Baby. Sam's bitchface had been on permanent display for the last couple days and Dean couldn't figure out why. Whatever it was, Sam wasn't talking and Dean damn sure wasn't asking.

Sam kept a close eye on his brother's back. Dean's face had been flushed for days and his sleep had been restless. He couldn't tell if Dean had been intentionally muffling his coughing fits or if it was pure instinct, but he was definitely getting sick. All Sam could do was wait until he fell over.
