I do NOT own Naruto(if I did I would make sure to include more narusaku :)

The sun had already set over the Leaf Village, but Naruto was still running through the deserted streets. His heart was pounding in his chest as he tried to make sense of what had just happened. How could they accuse him of such a heinous crime? He had always been loyal to the village and its people. And yet, here he was, a fugitive in his own home.

As he ran, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was being followed. He stopped in his tracks and looked around, but there was no one to be seen. He was about to continue running when he heard a familiar voice behind him.

"Naruto, wait up!"

He turned around to see Sakura running towards him. She was out of breath and her face was flushed, but she had a determined look in her eyes.

"What are you doing here, Sakura?" Naruto asked, confused.

"I'm coming with you," she said firmly.

Naruto's eyes widened in surprise. "What? Why?"

"Because I know you're innocent. You didn't do what they're accusing you of," Sakura said, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Naruto looked at her for a moment before nodding. "Thanks, Sakura. I appreciate it."

The two of them continued running through the village, dodging the occasional patrol of ninja. They didn't know where they were going, but they knew they had to get as far away from the village as possible.

As they ran, Naruto couldn't help but feel grateful to have Sakura by his side. They had been through so much together over the years, and he knew that he could always count on her. He couldn't imagine going through this alone.

"Sakura, are you sure about this?" Naruto asked, breaking the silence between them.

Sakura nodded. "I'm sure. I know you're innocent, and I won't let them hurt you."

Naruto smiled at her. "Thanks, Sakura. That means a lot."

The two of them continued running into the night, not knowing where their journey would take them, but knowing that they had each other.
