Prologue

It was a slow day on the triskelion, the students of SHIELD academy were all lounging around with nothing to do. Ever since the incident with the Grandmaster and the Collector, the villains had apparently decided to lay low for a while. Not even the petty crooks came out.

"I'm bored!" Sam Alexander, A.K.A Nova, whined as he hung his head over his seat. Balancing it on its two back legs. "It's been weeks since that stupid contest and we've been sitting around doing nothing."

"You know you could just study, get caught up in all the stuff you clearly have been brushing off." Ava Ayala, A.K.A. White Tiger, stated with an eye roll before turning to her text book.

A hand suddenly went into the textbook and then took something out, revealing one of Ava's romance novels.

"I think you should take your own advice, Tiger." Tandy Bowen, A.K.A Dagger, smirked as she waved the book in the Latina's face.

Ava frowned as her cheeks slightly reddened in embarrassment, she then snatched her book back. Tandy simply chuckled at this and went back to her bunk. Cloak simply sitting besides her, going through the tabloids for anything interesting

"Ya know, Nova's right." Everyone turned to face Flash Thompson, A.K.A Agent Venom, "We've been doing nothing but sitting on our butts here. I say we head to the training room and bust open some LMDs." Flash stated as he slammed his fists together. "Yeah." Rhino voiced his agreement.

"Well," everyone turned to Luke Cage, A.K.A Power man, "I wouldn't mind going a few rounds. I feel like I've been getting rusty lately."

"It would be wise to keep our skills sharpened." Daniel Rand, A.K.A Iron First, said.

"Zabu and I could use a stretch." Kazaar pointed out. His furry companion letting a growl of agreement. As did Cloak and Dagger, nodding.

"Yeah I'm done." Nova added in.

"You guys can go on ahead I need make the new suspension system I'm working on is functioning properly." Iron Spider didn't turn to any of his teammates and simply works on the device in his hands.

"And I must make a call to my family. The queen's birthday is approaching and I must find a suitable gift for her highness." Triton spoke.

"So I guess it's just me, Nova, Fist, Kazaar, Zabu, Dagger, Cloak, Rhino, and Squirrel girl." Power man stated.

A loud yawn caught their attention, turning to see the squirrel power heroine sleeping with her squirrels laying on top of her.

"Okay make that me, Nova, Fist, Kazaa, Zabu, Dagger cloak, and rhino." Power man corrected himself.

The heroes that were mentioned got out to go train. However they were stopped in their tracks when a blue spiral began to appear in front of them. This got all the teens to go on high alert as they prepared for combat.

Spark of blue lightning began to shoot out sporadically. One stray bolt missed Squirrel Girl, "Eep!" The girl cried as she jumped in freight, Monkey Jo and Tippy-Toe hid in her tail for protection.

The spiral then lit up brightly, blinding the surrounding area in a white aura. This caused the teens to cover their eyes in order to ensure that they don't go blind.

After a few seconds of flashing, and with a loud boom, the spiral shot out a metal box that embedded itself into the floor. And with that the spiral soon disappeared, leaving the teens confused about what just happened.

"Well, that was a thing." Nova stated the obvious. Though he was ignored as everyone focused on the object on the ground.

As they approached they noticed that the metal box was colored red and blue with a spider logo on it.

Iron spider was the first to get close to it, kneeling down as soon as he did. He used the sensors in his suit's right arm to see if it was dangerous. Cho then used the X-ray, infrared, and thermal visions of his suit's helm to see what was actually inside. What he saw made him confused.

Amadeus muttered, "Hm? That's weird." After his scans showed negative signs of anything dangerous, he cautiously picked it up. He then turned to the other teen heroes. "My scanners aren't picking up anything dangerous but the X-ray showed that there are some disks in here." Cho gestures to the box after his explanation.

"Disks? Like DVDs?" Ava asked with an raised eyebrow under her mask. She got her answer when Iron Spider nodded his head.

"We'll, what are we waiting for? Open the sucker up." Nova shouted as he took the box out of the genius's hands. His fingers grabbed the seam of the lid and tried to pry it open. Key word being tried.

"Come on, open you stupid thing!" The last surviving member of the Nova corps cursed as he struggled to open the box.

Luke and the others shook their heads at this before the big guy grabbed the box from Nova.

"Here I got this." Luke started to open the box, however he was surprised to find out that the box was indeed hard to open. "Dang, it is hard to open. Rhino mind giving me a hand?" He called out to the rhino theme hero.

"A hand? How about a foot instead!" Rhino grabbed the box from Luke's hands and slammed it on the ground. For a split second it shined blue, the only to notice was Triton.

"Hold on Rhino, something is not-" Triton couldn't get his warning out in time as Rhino brought his foot down on the box. As soon as he did, the box formed a blue dome around it. The dome then began to glow bright before it let out a large energy pulse. Causing Rhino to get sent flying into a nearby wall, leaving cracks as a result.

"Ugh." Groaned Rhino as he fell to the floor, face first.

"Rhino! Bro you alright?" Flash ran to Rhino to see if he was alright. The others looked in concern as well.

"What in Sam Hill is going on here?!" Everyone turned to Nick Fury standing by the door. Next to the director of SHIELD was none other than the amazing, the spectacular, the ultimate……. SPIDER-MAN!!!!!

"Hey, is everyone okay?" Peter looked on in worry as he saw Rhino on the ground in pain. He then noticed the box with his logo on it. "What's this?" Peter raised an eyebrow as he walked over the box.

"Careful, Spidey. That thing blasted Rhino into next year." Cloak warned.

"Yeah, it even showed up in the middle of the room like the Terminator!" Squirrel Girl called out.

"Don't worry, my spider sense isn't going off so it's all fine." The web head waved off as he picked up the box. Despite the protests from his team.

"See it's fin-" The spider logo on the box suddenly glowed brightly, causing everyone to tense at this.

"Oh it's going to be fine huh?" Nova asked sarcastically as he flew up in the air.

"Shut up Bucket head!" Peter yelled before the whole eventually began to glow.

"Parker put it down now!" Fury roared out before bringing his communicator close to his face. "This is director Fury, we have an omega level emergency! I need all available agents in the student dorms immediately!"

"Spidey!" Ava yelled out in concern. She was about to run to him but was stopped by Iron fist.

"Danny let me go!" Ava pleaded with the monk but they were ignored as Danny simply brought her away from the light.

The box then shot open a beam light at the web head, causing everyone to call out his name in shock and worry. However, they were surprised that the beam did nothing and instead, it seemingly began to scan Peter's body. After three passes, the beam retracted back inside the box, the glow dying down as it did. "DNA signature accepted." A feminine voice came from the box.

At this point, Peter decided it was a good idea to let go of the strange glowly box. When the box landed straight down onto the floor the lid then began to open up with steam coming out of it. The box of DVDs that Iron Spider detected earlier soon rose from the opening. Next to the box was what appeared to be a mini projector.

Without warning the projector then turned on, a hologram came forth surprising the heroes. The hologram was humanoid in shape and judging by the figure and face, appeared to be female. She had red 'hair', brown eyes, and wore a black armored suit with a green cape. The appearance of the woman immediately got everyone on edge as they weren't sure what's going to happen next.

"Hello, Peter Parker of Earth-12041. My name is Robyn." The now named Robyn waved at the now stunned Spider-Man. Both he and the others in the room were shocked that this 'Robyn' knew who he was.

"How do you know my name?" Peter narrowed his eyes under his mask.

Robyn simply giggled at his reaction, "That's because I'm an A.I. created by the Peter Parker of Earth-65778." Her response caused everyone to once again be surprised at this.

"Wait, are you saying that I, at least another version of me, created you?" Robyn nodded at Peter's question.

"Indeed. My original purpose was to help my father with his hero work-" Everyone raised an eyebrow at the 'father' part, "However, certain events changed my original designation. Now I am an observer and scribe-in-training of the multiverse."

"A scribe of the multiverse?" Sam asked.

"Pretty much my job is to watch over the multiverse and, if need be, interfere when things go wrong." Robyn answered.

"I take it that your appearance here, that something bad is going to happen." Fury finally entered the conversation as he called off the reinforcements when everyone was busy on Robyn.

"Nah, I'm here because one of my bosses got bored one day and sent me here to show you guys different universes revolving around the totems of Anansi."

"Anansi?" Danny muttered in surprise. He heard stories of the trickster god. The real stories. How Anansi was the most powerful of the gods of fate and that he was the former husband of the Phoenix.

Yes, that one.

"Wait, your boss got bored one day, so he sent you here to show us a parallel universe?" Nova asked skeptically, an eyebrow raised under his helmet.

"Pretty much." Robyn said with a shrug.

Her response got everyone to look at Robyn with deadpan expressions.

"So…" Spider-Man began to trail off. "What kind of alternate universes are we watching?" Peter was somewhat worried and somewhat curious. Curious because he wanted to know what life was like for one of his alternates. Worried because he hopes that things he didn't want to show get revealed.

"So far only one. Earth-200. This world is home to a lot of heroes. Not just the Avengers or X-Men, but heroes that only exist in that world." Robyn began her explanation. She made her way to the box she was stored in.

Once she approached it she picked it up. Surprising, most of them since A.I. usually are unable to grab anything.

'Her body must be made of hard light.' Peter and Amadeus thought at the same time.

Robyn then opened the box and reached in to pull two DVDs labeled 'Incredible Heroes'. On the covers of these DVDs we're pictures of Spider-Man with six individuals beside him. Five of them wore matching red and black uniforms. Two were female, the other three were male.

The older one had short brown hair and brown eyes. Her right arm was elongated, showing that she had the power of elasticity. In her left arm was an infant boy with a strand of light brown hair pointing straight up, laughing.

The younger female had black hair and Violet eyes. She looked around the same age as the academy students. Both of her hands were enveloped with purple energy.

The second youngest male had blonde hair and blue eyes. He was in a running pose, indicating that he had some speed based powers.

The oldest male of the five also had blonde hair and blue eyes. His muscular physique made them guess that he had super strength.

The final figure was male in a white and blue uniform with a mask and visor that covered most of his head. He had ice based powers as judged by the ice bridge beneath him.

"I take it these guys are the heroes specific to that dimension." Fury's response was more of a statement than a question. He also got confirmation when Robyn nodded in response. "I'll give you a quick rundown on who they are, Names and powers. I won't go too much into it since the viewing will explain more." The A.I. then lifted the discs up for everyone to see.

"These are the Parr family." Robyn pointed to the cover, her finger hovering over the oldest male. "There is Bob Parr, A.K.A. Mr. Incredible. He has superhuman strength and durability." She then pointed to the oldest female. "This is Helen Parr, A.K.A Elastigirl. As you can tell by the name and picture, she had the power to stretch any part of her body." Robyn then points to the three kids. "These are their kids Violet, Dash, Jack-Jack."

"Jack-Jack?" Nova raised an eyebrow at the name, chuckling a bit. Resulting in him getting slapped in the back of the head by Luke.

"Ow." Sam cried out

"Be nice." Luke reprimanded.

"Dash has super speed, Violet has telekinetic powers, and Jack-Jack…well that's a surprise for later." Robyn playfully teased at the last bit. Everyone raised an eyebrow but quickly shrugged it off.

"Last but not least the man in white and blue is Lucius Best, A.K.A. Frozone. As you can tell he has powers over ice." Robyn finished explaining as she then pressed a button on the box and it unfolded itself flat. The projector became more prominent, a pedestal rose up with a remote. Robyn picked it up and inserted the first disc. Turning to the group with a smile after she did.

"So…..you ready?"

The group turned to each other, before turning to Spider-Man. While they were interested in watching, they ultimately knew that it was his call to make, since it most likely contained some personal secrets he might not like to be revealed.

Peter can feel the looks his comrades were giving him. He pondered whether or not he should allow this to happen. It is very likely that these discs can show something he would rather keep to himself. However, he can also feel like he should trust them with more parts of his life. After all, he trusted them to know who he was under the mask.

Spider-Man turned to his friends and then turned back to Robyn. Nodding.

Robyn smiled. "Alright then, let's get started."

To be continued.
