Hello and welcome to my Ben 10 and Young Justice crossover. Takes placed after Alien Force Season 2 finale: War Of The Worlds. What if the three heroes later joined with the new heroes that would be called the Young Justice League.

City Streets:
Driving down the quiet streets was a green muscle car with black racing stripes. In the car was Kevin Levin, Gwen Tennyson and her cousin, Ben; who was in the back seat as he was turning the dial on his Omnitrix.
"Didn't Azmuth tell you to stop messing around with that?" Kevin asked as he looked through the rear-view mirror.
"I'm not messing with it. Just seeing if any of my old favourites are unlocked now," Ben answered as he continued to turn the dial. "Besides the old ones I used back at Los Soledad, I don't know if I've got any other old ones." Ben told them as he kept turning the dial until he stopped. "Found another one. Gwen, look!" Ben exclaimed then Gwen looked at the hologram on the Omnitrix.
"That looks like Heatblast! I remember how you used to use him when we were kids!" Gwen exclaimed with a smile as she remembered the old days. "Any other old ones?" Gwen asked as she watched turn the dial a few more times, until he stopped at another one. "Is it me or does that one look like Upgrade?" Gwen asked, then Ben looked closely at the hologram.
"It does a bit," Ben exclaimed with a smile but then the car stopped. "Why did you stop the car, Kevin?" Ben asked then they noticed Kevin taking out his Plumber Badge.
"Looks like we've got work to do," Kevin told them as he pressed the Badge, it then projected a hologram of Max.
"Ben, Gwen, Kevin. There's a new case that's caught the Plumbers' eyes and I was wondering if you could look into it." Max told them which got the trio's attention.
Meanwhile:
In Washington DC, a group of young heroes were in the Hall Of Justice. Robin, Aqualad and Robin had been told to stay by their mentors as they went to deal with a mystical being named Wotan. Robin hacked into the League's computer and found out about a fire at Project CADMUS which got their attention.
"Project CADMUS: Genetic lab here in DC, nothing else." Robin told his friends then he looked up at the screen. "But if Batman is suspicious about it, maybe we should investigate." Robin suggested with a smile as he folded his arms.
"Solve their case before they do? It would be poetic justice." Aqualad added with a smirk, then the smirk changed to look of concern. "But they did say stay here." Aqualad was puzzled about what to do.
"We were told to stay put for the blotting up the sun mission, not this." Robin reminded Aqualad as Kid Flash placed an arm on Robin's shoulder.
"If you're going to CADMUS, I'm coming too." Kid Flash told Robin, who nodded with a smile.
"Just like that, we're a team on a mission?" Aqualad asked while Robin and Kid Flash smiled. "Let's go then. Afterall, we didn't come here for a playdate." Aqualad told them then the trio rushed out to investigate Project CADMUS.
Later:
"Project CADMUS, let me see what I can find." Gwen told Kevin and Ben as they were driving to the address. "A Genetics lab based here in DC and that's it. Not even the Plumbers have much on them. A big company but with barely any information on them, that's really odd." Gwen told them and both guys agreed.
"Looks like things are going to be tougher, look!" Ben shouted as he pointed in front of them. They were at Project CADMUS but there was a fire there. "You two look for a back entrance, I've got the fire." Ben told them as he activated the Omnitrix as he got out of the car then smacked down the Omnitrix core as he flashed with green energy.
"Big Chill!" Big Chill shouted as he flew into the air, his cloak unfolded to reveal his wings as he flew towards CADMUS. "Let's cool this situation, shall we?" Big Chill asked then he fired his ice breath at the fire, freezing it.
Just as Big Chill had froze the fire and checked the area, the trio that were Robin, Aqualad and Kid Flash had arrived to see the blue alien.
"What is that?" Aqualad asked as the trio watched the alien enter by phrasing through a wall.
"No clue. But we can't stop now, we're already here." Robin told them then they all ran towards CADMUS and jumped through an open window.
Computer room:
Gwen and Kevin were in a nearby computer room when Big Chill phrased through a wall then reverted back to Ben. He walked over to see Gwen trying to hack into the system while Kevin was looking around.
"Anything yet?" Ben asked as he leant over his cousin's shoulder to see what she had.
"Nothing. Whatever CADMUS is doing here, it must be top secret. Their firewalls have firewalls." Gwen explained as Kevin walked over holding a few files.
"You think that's odd, look at these." Kevin then dropped the files on the table and opened them. "Empty. Which is even more odd." The trio were about to leave when they heard footsteps, followed by several ropes wrapping around them as they fell onto the floor.
"Got you!" The trio looked up to see three kids in costumes. "Robin, check the computers. See if you can find anything. Kid Flash, check outside." Aqualad spoke as he took out his blades and activated them.
"Gwen, mind hitting me?" Ben asked with a smirk and Gwen nodded, she used her magic to activate the Omnitrix then she hit it; causing Ben to glow green until the glow faded away.
"Oh yeah! Swampfire!" Swampfire shouted as he broke free then stood up, dusting off his shoulders. "You guys better explain what's going on, else you'll have to deal with me." Swampfire warned as he pulled a handful of seeds from behind his back.
"I might be called Robin, but I don't eat seeds." Robin told him which made Swampfire chuckle as he threw the seeds onto the floor just as Kid Flash ran.
"What's that smell?" Kid Flash asked as Swampfire snapped his fingers; causing the seeds to rapidly glow and become vines, trapping the three heroes and held them tight. "These things are tight! I can't even vibrate through them!" Kid Flash shouted which made Swampfire chuckle.
"Let's try this one last time!" Swampfire suggested as Gwen and Kevin broke free and stood beside their friend. "Who are you?" Swampfire asked as he snapped his fingers, causing the vines to let the three heroes go.
"I'm Aqualad and these are my friends, Robin and Kid Flash." Aqualad introduced as he put his blades back into his backpack. "We came here to investigate CADMUS as we think there's something going on here."
"That's why we're here too." Gwen told them as Swampfire reverted back to Ben.
"I'm Ben Tennyson. This is my cousin, Gwen and my friend, Kevin." Ben introduced as Gwen smiled and Kevin nodded as he folded his arms. "We were sent here to investigate CADMUS as we've been detecting alien signals coming from here." Ben explained then Aqualad stepped forward.
"It seems our goals are one and the same," Aqualad spoke as Ben stepped forward. "I suggest an alliance, work together to find out what's going on here." Aqualad suggested as he held out his hand, Ben nodded then he shook Aqualad's hand.
"Now we're cosy, follow me." Kevin suggested as he and others walked out of the computer room. "My Badge detected something, over here." Kevin told them as he walked over an elevator, only for the doors to be opened by Gwen's magic. "A Hyper Express Elevator. Something already spells off, and I'm not talking about Swampfire for a change." Kevin joked as he looked at Ben.
"Boys, save this for later." Gwen told them as she used her mana to create a pink platform. "You two, heroes. Let's go." Gwen told them all and once the three young heroes got on,
Moments later:
Gwen lowered the platform down until they hit Sub Level 26. "Ben, wanna do the honours?" Gwen asked as Ben activated the Omnitrix again and smacked the core.
"Chromastone!" Chromastone shouted as he grabbed the elevator doors and opened them while Robin hacked the computer systems.
"Security bypassed." Robin told them as Chromastone successfully opened the doors. "Nice look on you, Ben." Robin complimented and Chromastone nodded as the team walked off the platform and down the hall. Chromastone then stopped outside a door which got the team puzzled.
"There's something in here that I wanna check." Chromastone whispered and Gwen nodded. Chromastone held out his left arm then fired a rainbow beam, cutting the door off the hinges then they walked in; seeing loads of glowing blue containers.
"This must be how they hide something as massive as this underground." Kid Flash suggested as the team started to look around.
"The name, CADMUS. The mythical one created a new race by sowing dragon's teeth into the earth. Which might be what this CADMUS is doing too." Gwen suggested while Robin decided to hack a nearby computer.
"They're called Genomorphs. They've everything; super strength, telepathy, razor claws. These are living weapons!" Robin exclaimed as the team stood around him. "There's something else here: Project Kr. The files are tripe encrypted…"
"DON'T MOVE!" The six heroes looked to see a man in black and gold running towards him with several Genomorphs following him. "Robin? Aqualad? Kid Flash?" The man asked as he was puzzled.
"Guardian? What are you doing here?" Kid Flash asked as Kevin quietly stepped back by the wall and carefully placed his hand on the wall.
"Take them down! No mercy!" Guardian shouted when Chromastone fired several green energy bolts from his pink crystals, knocking back a few Genomorphs.
"We need to move! I don't know how much time I got left." Chromastone shouted then the team started to run away. Kevin had absorbed the metal from the wall, he was now covered in metal as he picked up an empty container and threw it at Guardian. "Everybody, duck!" Chromastone shouted as they ran towards the elevator. The team slid across the floor to the elevator, where Robin was unlocking it. Just as Guardian and the Genomorphs ran around the corner, Chromastone fired a powerful rainbow beam at the ceiling which caused several piles to fall and block the way.
"Let's go!" Robin shouted as they ran into the elevator, just as Chromastone reverted back to Ben. "That was close. Now, let's go and see what Project Kr is." Robin suggested as the elevator was heading down.
Sub Level 52:
"This is out of control," Aqualad spoke as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Perhaps… Perhaps we should contact the League." Aqualad suggested then he watched Ben shake his head.
"You think this too much?" Ben asked the three heroes. "You want to show your mentors that you can take on whatever comes your way? How can you prove your heroes if you want to throw it after a few tough calls. When Gwen and I were 10, we had to take tougher things than this." Ben told Aqualad as he placed a hand on his shoulder.
"And besides, you got us. And you've already seen what we can do." Gwen told them as her hands started to glow pink. The elevator doors opened to reveal a creepy red hallway with computers. The team decided to go down one of the two hallways, only to see a huge metal door closing and it was labelled: Project Kr.
"I got this!" Ben shouted as he ran towards whilst activating the Omnitrix.
"Diamondhead!" Diamondhead shouted as he stood between the doors and held them open, allowing the others to slide between his legs and into the room. Diamondhead then jumped back and joined the others before the doors closed.
"Doors are locked!" Robin told him as Diamondhead looked and nodded at him. "Nice look. I like the other one though." Robin told as the pair walked over to join the others.
"Guys, look at this." Aqualad told them as he pressed a button, lighting up one of the tubes in the room. "Big K, little r. The atomic symbol for Krypton. I reckon a clone." Aqualad suggested as Gwen started to work on the computer.
"Weapon designation: Superboy. A clone force grown in 16 weeks from DNA acquired from Superman. More like stolen." Gwen told them as she looked up and the others as Diamondhead reverted back to Ben. Suddenly, the Superman clone woke up and broke out from the tube.
"Perfect timing, Omnitrix!" Ben shouted as he tried to activate it but it wouldn't work. "It's on recharge!" Ben shouted as everyone had started to defend themselves from Superboy. Kevin was about to absorb some metal when Superboy knocked him out unconscious and Gwen was struggling to stop him with her magic.
"Anytime now, watch boy!" Kid Flash shouted as he ran around, dodging Superboy's punches.
"Yes!" Ben shouted as the Omnitrix was now working again so he quickly dialled up an alien and smacked down the core.
"Goop? I wanted something better than this!" Goop complained but when he looked up, Robin was tossed into him but he wasn't injured; thanks to Goop.
"Good catch." Robin moaned before he went unconscious. All that was left was Goop, Kid Flash, Aqualad and Gwen.
"Calm down and we can talk. We can help you." Goop offered but Superboy only roared as he charged towards Gwen. He hit her and sent her flying, Kid Flash was able to catch her but he was also out.
"Can you change into another form to help?" Aqualad asked as he and Goop were still dodging Superboy's rage attacks.
"I can but it would drain more power. I'm trying to see what I can do with Goop first." Goop answered then he hit by Superboy but his fist only went through him. "Got you. Now calm down." Goop told him but Superboy only pulled his fist free and threw Goop's Anti-Gravity Protector, causing Goop to fly and crash into Aqualad. They then heard thumping coming from the door, Aqualad got up and looked at Goop as he was putting himself together.
"Fall back." Aqualad whispered which shocked Goop. "If you fall back and recharge your watch, I can keep him busy until you are ready." Aqualad told him while he hated the idea, Goop nodded as he hit the Omnitrix on his chest.
"Big Chill." Big Chill whispered as his wings wrapped around him like a cloak. Superboy charged for Big Chill, only to be stopped by Aqualad. "I'll be back." Big Chill promised and Aqualad nodded as Big Chill phrased through a wall, leaving Aqualad to fight alone.
