hmm.. for some reason my computer changed "Kira" to "I" and i dont have a clue as to why or how it did that... so if you find any "I says" just pretend it's Kira...
Poor Kira
"What if she doesn't like me Shuuhei?" Kira asks
"Don't worry… she will… she always flirts with you, doesn't she?" Shuuhei replies confidently
"your right… I should just confess to her that I love her.. oh.. here she comes now"
"Hey Hisagi, Kira, Ikkaku, Yumichika!" Matsumoto says
"Hey Matsumoto-san" Kira replies
"Hey" everyone else replies
So after a few rounds everyone is finally starting to feel the effects of drinking, but that doesn't stop them… they are tempted to get completely drunk, again…
"So.. Matsu*hic*moto… who do you like" Kira says
"Well.. I like a lot of people… wait.. as friends or who do I have a crush on?" Matsumoto will regret that later on…
A few rounds later
"c'mon tell us who you like" surprisingly Ikkaku says that
Matsumoto NEVER gets so drunk that she doesn't know what happened the previous night, and/or ever get so drunk that she doesn't know what she's doing… She's actually a smart woman under all that laziness. What happens next is a shocker to all in the bar and even herself
"Well… I love my taicho, because he's so cute when he's mad" Her eyes widen and she starts to blush profusely, when she said that everyone's eyes got as big a saucer plates and their mouths hang open, all except for one
"I knew it!" Kira replies in a hurt tone "How could you love him when he's a child?" Kira stumbles out of the bar and he starts to run.. not even thinking of shunpo
Well done Old Hag you made Kira really upset also.. HAHA I can't believe you actually told them AH HA that's too funny!
"Shut up Haineko" she says her blush deepening "wait what did you say earlier?" Matsumoto asks
Well done Old Hag you made Kira really upset… that's what I said earlier… you better go catch him… I can sense Wabisuke is trying to calm him down but He says only you can do that
Matsumoto says "I need to see if Kira's alright.. Bye all" and with that she shunpos off towards Kira
A couple of shunpos later she finds Kira running away.
"Kira!" she yells
Kira stops and turns, his eyes are a little puffy from crying
"Wh~at?" he says his throat is choked up
Matsumoto walks up to him and gives him a hug, not the usual hug, but tight enough for I to start spilling out everything about his crush on her etc…
"Shhh… It's ok Kira" Matsumoto tries to calm him down
"B-b-but" Kira says before Matsumoto interrupts him "No buts…"
Kira looks down as he's taken her words and thought of it as a order "Hai" he says in a low volume
She kisses him on the cheek, his cheeks instantly blush a bright red.
"you.. you just kissed me" he says in bewilderment
"Only to make you calm down… If you EVER need me, I'll be there for you, no matter what, understand?" Matsumoto says in what it appears to be a motherly tone but it has a hint of seriousness to it.
"Yes Matsumoto-san" Kira replies he does a weak smile
"And would you please stop callin' me Matsumoto-san? Were all vice captains, call me by Rangiku.. Got it?"
"Hai Mats… erm.. Rangiku" Kira says and he receives a look of happiness from Matsumoto
Hitsugaya's reitsu spikes and stays at a high level, must mean he has used Bankai… but why?, he was in the office last time she knew, which must have been about a half an hour ago, she figures he's at the training grounds and someone is powerful enough to take on his Bankai…. "I wonder who it is…"
"What Rangiku" Kira asks
"Oh, umm… Nothing… just wondering who is powerful enough to take on my captains Bankai…" she chuckles nervously… something's wrong, his reitsu is normally happier when he's in the training grounds… but this seems that he's really pissed off and the other person is, she gasps, is beating him?
"Are you sure?" Kira replies
"Hai"
then after about 5 minutes the reitsu drops to where she can barely sense his presence
"Captain!" she calls out "sorry I but I have to go help my captain.. we'll talk later, Bye!" and with that she shunpos away leaving Kira there to think
"Haineko! Can you sense anything from Hyourinmaru?" Rangiku asks in a hurried and worried tone
I can, but it's very faint… Damnit.. why did Hyourinmaru get into a fight that he can't win, he can be so ignorant sometimes.. Hey… Just like that little Captain of yours.
A few minutes later she senses his presence over in the west Rukongai.
"TAICHO!" she screams when she sees blood pooling underneath him, she summons a Hell butterfly
"Tell Captain Unohana of the Fourth Division that Captain Hitsugaya is severely hurt and will need assistance immediately" she says and then the hell butterfly leaves
"Taicho… Taicho.. can you hear me?" She asks when he opens his eyes
He wakes up with a lot of pain
"watch… watch out.. behind you" then he passes out from the pain
She draws her sword "Growl HAINEKO" as the air surrounding them is filled with her Haineko's ash she is sure they are safe for a while… even though it doesn't look like it she was once a part of the fourth division and knows some healing kido, she uses everything she's got to try and heal her captain as much as she can before another hell butterfly lands on her finger, she hears Captain Unohana's voice
"Where are you two, and how bad is he injured?" Unohana asks in a very calm way
"Just outside of Seireitei in the west Rukongai District, he's severely injured on his back… I'm using some healing kido to help him until you get here" She then gives the exact coordinates
"I'm on my way, I'll be there momentarily" and with that the hell butterfly leaves and about 5 minutes later Unohana has them both in sight "Matsumoto-san.. can you sheath Haineko so I can get through?"
Matsumoto holds out the hilt of Haineko and she puts Haineko away
"How did this happen?" Unohana asks
"I don't know… all I knew was his Reitsu spiked then dropped so low I could barely feel him and he was on the ground… I believe that he used Bankai and he passed out moments later…"
"Where were you when this happened?"
"I was with my fellow vice captains along with Ikkaku and Yumichika near our favorite bar when I confessed I love my Taicho to the whole bar and Kira ran out crying because he loves me.. so I had to calm him down and then I felt my Captains reitsu spike and… then this is what I saw… I did what I could to help him…" she looks down depressingly
"Cheer up.. you did your best, and he is still severely injured but he won't be in much pain for awhile, thanks to you" Unohana smiles
"Thanks Captain Unohana" Matsumoto smiles
"Now.. Lets get him back to the Captains ward and he'll rest there for a while" Unohana says
"Hai"
