Hello all I'm back with another update of A Captain and His Vice Captain, this chapter will focus more on Shunsui and Nanao, Thank you all who has reviewed, your thoughts are appreciated! Oh and the reason why I haven't updated is because I've been sick and then busy with Marching band.. but on Saturday, October 29th our marching band took 2nd in Class A division (the smallest class possible since we are a small marching band) so I've been working my butt off…

Ukitake's Plan
"Nanao-chaaaan… where are you my lovely, lovely Nanao…" Nanao hits him on the head with the hilt of her sword "oof… Nanao chan.. why'd you hit me? I'm not drunk I swear" he looks at her.
She scoffs "hn.. that's a first.."
"hurtful…" he says and clutches his hand over his heart
"considering your almost late for another Captains meeting" Nanao rolls her eyes
"Oh shit.. I am?"
"It starts in 5 minutes… better hurry… 4:55, 4:54, 4:53…" she starts counting down
"Ok, ok I'm going I'm going…" he shunpos off to the 1st division
"Finally" she sighs "some peace and quiet" she rubs her temples, feeling another headache coming on.

"But Soutaicho.. we have to do this, there is no other way" Ukitake says
"Ukitake Taicho, I understand what you're saying but I will not allow you to do this" Yamamoto says "and that's Final" he taps his cane (aka his sword) on the ground, making a loud sound
"Hai" Ukitake bows
"now, onto other things" Yamamoto begins "Kurotsuchi Taicho, please give your report"
"hai" Kurotsuchi starts his report, Kyoraku rolls his eyes… 'great… I hate these boring meetings. He stifles a yawn. Even worse.. Its Kurotsuchi.. all he talks about is technology… hmm.. I wonder what my Nanao-chan is doing right now' he says to himself…

Nanao is in the office doing both shares of paperwork "now… if only he would do his share every once in a while that would be great… but noooo he has to be drunk and lazy and be constantly trying to seduce me into…" she blushes at the thought "well.. maybe I should give him a chance… wait no.. Ise Nanao, what are you thinking… But on the other hand, it might get him to do some paperwork.. aha I know.. I'll trick him into doing paperwork for the exchange of…. Nothing.. hehe.." she smiles and pushes her glasses up a little bit so she can see better…

"Kyoraku… Kyoraku" Ukitake says as they are walking back to their divisions
"huh.. what? Oh.. sorry I was staring off into space"
"I noticed… What do you think of the plan?"
"I guess it's alright.. but you know I won't take part of it though…"
"I… understand…" Ukitake says, a small frown plays upon his lips
"Ukitake…." He sighs "If I can help you in any way, I will.. I just don't see the logic of this plan… Unless you want to tell me in every detail of what your plan is, I don't see how this will help Soul Society…"
"Fine…. I'll tell you…"

Kyoraku summons a hell butterfly and tells it to go to Nanao and tell her to come to the office
A few minutes later Nanao arrives
"Nanao-chan.." he begins when he turns around and sees her.. he stops talking and gasps at how beautiful she is.
"Yes Taicho?" she says while tilting her head
"umm.. uh.." he blushes…
"Taicho…" she says in an annoyed tone "are you drunk again…"
"what.. oh no, no, no… it's not that.. it's just.. wow.. you're… so beautiful…" he smiles a sheepish grin, she blushes when she hears his compliment.
"why… umm… thank you taicho…" she lowers her head
"now.." he clears his throat, the blush still apparent on his face "I've called you in because I need to tell you something"
"Yes?"
"I was wondering if… you could go out with me tonight for dinner, unless you have any plans tonight, which I understand since this is last minute, or ifyoudontwanttogotonighti'malsofinewiththat" he runs his words together, he rubs the back of his neck.
"Taicho, slow down your talking, but yes" she smiles gently "I will go out to dinner with you"
He breaths a sigh of relief
"No drinking though"
"aww.. but Nanao-chan.."
"no."
"fine"
"so umm.. 6 o'clockish?" Nanao asks
"that's fine" he says
"so.. I'm going to get ready now see you then"
"Hai" Kyoraku says

OMG! I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while! Things have been pretty hectic here and Winter Percussion happens 3 days a week so that takes out 11 hrs of my writing time each week… And what is Ukitakes plan?... well.. I still don't even know yet.. Suggestions are welcomed for what his plan is…See ya in the Next chapter!
