I'm Baaack! Did ya miss me?.. no?.. well to bad because I'm here again with another chapter Now in this chapter some big surprises are in store and without further adieu… Chapter 19! "If this is some joke.. I swear I am seriously going to hurt someone" Toushiro says while he's shunpoing off to where he heard the hollow.
Another screech of a hollow, this time it's a lot closer, he looks over to his left and sees the lowly level hollow "Gah.. I shouldn't be taking care of this.. I should be proposing right now" he says as he quickly slices the hollow in half and the hollow dissipates. He shunpos back to where he left Rangiku only to find that she's not there "Damnit" he says while clenching the little black box in his left hand.

"Rangiku come join us" Hisagi says while downing another cup full of sake, his cheeks are tinged red
"Alright," she says without hesitation, she needed a drink after what happened today, she needed to sort things out.
"Hey guys, where's Ikkaku and Yumichika?" Rangiku continues, "I thought they would be here, because they never would refuse a chance to go drinking" she ponders
"They couldn't, Captain Zaraki sent them on a mission" Kira replies.
"Ah…" Rangiku says
"Anyways.. I heard Nanao got engaged with Captain Kyoraku" Kira says happily "I'm so happy for her.. if only I could get love like that…" he sighs and sips more sake as Toushiro enters the bar when he finally finds Rangiku's reitsu
"you can Kira, don't worry the right girl will eventually come along and you two will get married and have a lot of children" Rangiku says and she hugs Kira who blushes like a tomato
"R-R-Rangiku-san… a-arigato" he stutters, almost dropping the cup at her kind words and gesture, then Toushiro decides to walk up to her but stops when she says something else.
"Besides," she continues "it's not like any one of us is going to get into an actual relationship anytime soon" right after she spoke those words the temperature in the room drastically drops and she turns around "T-Taicho?" she says in complete shock, 'what the hell is he doing here.' She thinks.
"Matsumoto, if you would kindly join me in our office, that would be much appreciated" he says in a low, calm tone, which give her the chills.
"H-Hai… sorry guys… I'll talk with you later" she says immediately and stumbles off too her captain who seems to be glaring daggers at the ground. Rangiku decides it's not the best time to talk so she waits for him to break the silence. After about 10 minutes of walking in complete silence Toushiro finally breaks the silence.
"Matsumoto-fukutaicho" he begins with stating her proper name and rank.. ' oh crap.. he hasn't used this name in a while' Rangiku thinks
" On what occasion did I give you permission to leave when I left to go dispatch of a hollow?"
"N-none sir" she replies, playing it safe by using the word sir.
"And on what occasion have I given you permission to go out drinking while I was not aware of it?"
"None sir" she replies
"So when did you ever start to think that us is a complete joke? Because I would really like to know…" he says in a sadder tone
Rangiku gasps and sobers up instantly 'think us is a complete joke' she thinks….. "Toushiro! Why in the three worlds would you ever think that? I do NOT think that us is a joke…" she replies firmly
"then why the hell did you say that you weren't in a real relationship at the bar?" he replies in a pissed off tone
"I… what?... gosh Toushi… you know I say the most randomest crap when I'm drunk…" she says pleading "I do love you Toushiro, I will go to the end of the three worlds for you if I have to"
He sighs "Rangiku…" she sighs in relief when he uses her first name "I'm sorry for getting so mad back there.. its just that… when you said that… it made me feel…. Well…. Like absolute crap.."
"I'm sorry for saying what I said back there, and I didn't mean a word of it whatsoever…" she starts getting teary eyed as she replies as they get to the office.
"Its alright Rangiku, I accept the apology" Toushiro says
"now… that wasn't the real reason why I called you here to the office…" he says
"wait.. what?"

"I hope Rangiku-san is okay" Kira says worriedly
"She'll be fine.. well.. as long as her captain doesnt freeze her to death" Hisagi says uncertainly
"Don't say that Hisagi-san!...hic..." Kira exclaims while reaching for another bottle until Hisagi grabs it
"Hey, baka, what the hell was that for...hic..."
"your drunk" Hisagi says calmly
"NO IM NOT" Kira yells
"you wouldnt be yelling at me if you weren't" Hisagi says as he downs the bottle
"Hey! that was my last bottle of the night.. and you drank it all" Kira says as his reitsu rises
"K-kira.. now listen to me.. it was for a good re.."
"Raise your head, Wabisuke"
