SCHOOLS OUT FOR SUMMER! well.. actually School is almost in session because I go back on August 7th.. 2 DAYS before my 16th B-day...
BUTTTTT I now have a Boyfriend.. hehe XD I'm so happy, he is perfect for me, he doesn't even need to be near me and he knows when i'm sad or depressed (srsly, its kinda scary when he suddenly txts me asking me whats wrong...) But without further Adieu. Chapter 20! woot!

Finally... She says yes!
"wait.. what?"
"Yes, the real reason is not because you're in trouble at all.. Although it started out like that… but won't you take a walk with me?" He asks
"Umm… alright… but if I am in trouble just tell me now" She says, still unsure as to why he looked so mad before but now he looks calmer, she is confused by hid sudden change in his mood.
"Rangiku…" he takes her by the hands " You're not in trouble I promise"
"Okay…" she replies
They go out and away from their division, Toushiro is taking the back roads to a beautiful area where the sakura trees are blooming and there is a small pond near a few of the trees. Toushiro walks her over to where a small picnic table that has been set up with the finest silk cloth covering it and some really nice china with a candle in the middle that has been lit.
"Okay.. Rangiku… you can open your eyes now" he says
She does so and when she sees the table she gasps "T.. Toushiro.. is.. is this.. for us?" she says in a surprised tone
"Yes Rangiku, it is" He replies, ever so slightly smiling
Toushiro and Rangiku sit down, he fumbles for something in his pocket… well… pretending to for a dramatic effect, he then uses Hyourinmaru's power to make a beautiful ice rose behind his back so she doesn;t see it, it also, because of his powers, has the finest detail to it, and in the middle of that rose is a beautiful ring with a golden band and a 24 karat blue diamond as the gem, he then forces the rose to close and he then smiles when Rangiku says " Toushiro.. what are you up too?"
"ah.. nothing.. except for I wanted to give you this…" he hands her the rose and she gasps
"T.. Toushiro.. this is.. beautiful… I.. I cant describe how.. wow…" she is dumbfounded, he smiles
" I get what your saying, and thank you… now… would you please open it?" he says as he stands up and moves closer to her
"But.. I don't want to break it.. its so beautiful"
"You wont break it… I promise" Toushiro says encouragingly, she nods and opens it up and almost screams when she sees the ring, Toushiro gets down on 1 knee and take the ring
"Rangiku Matsumoto, although we have been together for a short amount of time I think this is the right decision and definitely what my heart wants. I've been waiting for the right moment to ask you this, and I decided that tonight would be the perfect night. I want to spend the rest of my life with you Rangiku." He smiles
Will you marry me?" he finally says. She is flabbergasted.
"Give me a minute to think about this…" she waits 2 seconds "YES I would LOVE to marry you Toushiro! Oh Kami… what am I going to where… where will we have it.. who are we going to invite.. oh Kami.. who am I going to tell first…" she starts saying faster and faster
"Rangiku.. calm down… we have our whole life to plan for this… this doesn't have to happen right away, it can wait a couple years…" he says as he gets off of the ground and puts the ring on her finger.
"A couple years? No!" she says "the longest I want to wait is about a year and a half"
"a year and a half.. that will give us enough time to plan and raise up the money" he nods in agreement.
"oh my god.. I have to tell Nanao…." Rangiku squeals with excitement "Bridesmaids!.. but oh.. who will be my maid of honor…"
"Rangiku, calm down, we have a while to plan this all out… for now lets just enjoy this evening"
"Hai" she smiles as Toushiro puts the ring on her finger.
(1 Hour Later)
"Mmm that food was delicious Toushiro" Rangiku says as she pats her full stomach
"Thank you" he replies
(2 Hours Later)
"I love you Toushiro"
"I love you too Rangiku"
"Hey Toushiro… can I ask you a question"
"Go ahead"
"Why me… out of all the people in Seireitei, why did you choose me? Because I know I'm the most wanted female in all of soul society, that much is prevalent, but why did you choose me when it seemed like you hated me?"
"Rangiku… I never hated you, early on I disliked you.. yes, that much is true but, that's because you would never do your paperwork... you still don't do your paperwork, but I have gotten used to that after all these years… But the reason I chose you was because you are the only female that even looked attractive to me, not because of your bust, but because of your heart" Toushiro says
"Aww… Toushiro, that's really sweet" she says as she hugs him when suddenly two hell butterflies appear and they each land on a finger
"All Captains and Vice captains please report to the 1st division for a urgent meeting" it says
"Well… I knew this wouldn't last long…" she sighs "But why this time of night" Rangiku says as she gets up
"It must be an emergency, let's go Rangiku" Toushiro says as he quickyly puts everything up nice and neatly then he flash steps away with Rangiku right on his heels

All of the captains and vice captains were yawning except for Byakuya and Unohana… They have been standing there for a few hours while the Soutaicho takes forever to explain the new task
".. Furthermore, I will expect everyone to perform this new task immediately and efficiently as possible, is that understood by everyone?" the Soutaicho says
"Hai" was everyone's tired response
"Meeting dismissed" the Soutaicho says and he slams his wooden cane/sword (I really don't know what to call it)
They all bow respectfully and exit with due haste as for every captain and vice captain, it will be one hectic day tomorrow.

"Is it true?.. the whole Seireitei is already buzzing with the rumor…" Nanao says
"What rumor?" Rangiku replies
"Are you and Hitsugaya taicho actually getting married?"
"It's true Nanao, we are going to get married"
"I give you my congratulations Rangiku" Nanao says
"Thank you... oh Kami it was so romantic the way he asked me"
"I've heard the stories" Nanao replies while Rangiku goes back into her daydream of earlier
"Say Nanao…"
"yes?"
"when will you and Kyoraku taicho get married?"
"oh.. well.. we haven't decided that yet… You and Hitsugaya taicho?"
"Nope.. well.. sort of.. in about a year and a half or so…." Rangiku replies
"Nice." Nanao says

"Mou Toushiro, can I go to sleep yet" Rangiku pouts
"You will in a minute" He replies
"But Toushiro… I want to sleep now…" she whines, and an anime vein pops up on Toushiro's forehead, the temperature starts to drop, Rangiku does a nervous laugh
"Hehe… sorry Toushiro.."
"Mhm" was his only reply back
"I still can't believe we have to do this…"
"Neither do I Rangiku…"
"Do we really have to do it?"
"Do you really want to get on the Soutaicho's bad side?"
"Touché"
They both sigh
"How about now?" Rangiku says
"No."
"Now?"
"No Rangiku.. Not now…"
"But"
"No buts…"
"Fine…" she sits on the office couch, pouting that he wont allow her to go back to her quarters.
About an hour later Rangiku is sprawled out and asleep on the couch and Toushiro is finally done, he stands up and heads over to Rangiku, he then smiles a small smile when he sees Rangiku sleeping. He pulls out a blanket and covers her up before yawning and going to his quarters to get some rest before the next day.
"Goodnight Rangiku" he says as he quietly shuts the door.
