Okay, here we are. At the beginning of a different style for me, I am trying out a different style (yet again). I hope you enjoy, dear reader :)
Introducing:
"The City of Tokyo" - By Captain Imagination.
"Koishi Komeiji."
A Girl with Green hair and a Black bowler hat (plus Yellow ribbon) looked up. She was currently on the floor.
"You have a choice."
Koishi blinked. A choice? About what? Food? Friends? Gensokyo?
"You can either stay alive and move out of Gensokyo. Or, you can die a Youkai legend alongside everyone you ever knew. Make your choice."
Blinking again and looking around, the girl with Green hair spotted her older sister leaning against Okuu. The pair were heavily injured/battle damaged, but to Koishi? They looked... Sad?
"You have until the count of five."
Looking down, Koishi put her hands onto the ground and shakily got to her knees. She was bleeding from the top of her arms but she still managed to get to her hands and knees.
A strobe light shone down upon the area where 'Harttman's Youkai Girl' was. It revealed Gensokyo on fire. Everyone in the entire place was either hurt or on the ground, struggling to breathe.
"One."
Feeling pain and anguish, Koishi pushed herself to a sitting position.
"Two."
Koishi looked up again, this time clearing her throat. "... I'll go."
She heard her older sister, Satori's voice almost immediately, "You can't go! We can beat him! Stay with us!"
Koishi slowly pulled herself to her feet, she was wobbling evidently, but she still managed to stay standing.
"Your choice is to go?"
Nodding with a fiery determination in her eyes - She began to walk. Taking steps towards the Hakurei Barrier that led to the outside world.
"Koishi! Think what you're doing! You'll be seen by EVERYONE. You won't have ANY power! Stop and think about this!"
Koishi stopped and turned her head so she could see Satori. "Sis. If I, don't, go. You all will die." Koishi offered a soft smile, "Thanks for everything, alright? I'll be back one day, probably."
"The choice has been made. Go now, young one."
Koishi turned her head back and walked towards the barrier - Stepping across the barrier into the Shrine's grounds.
A heavy weight pressed her onto her feet.
She was injured. Still bleeding. She was hungry.
Even...
She pressed her body and widened her eyes at the sudden realisation:
Her third eye was gone.
