Hello ladies and gentlemen. I'm sorry about the lack of updates on the previous stories. I unfortunely have been going through somethings which didn't leave me any time to write.

Lost and Found is a newish story with ideas from Lion King: Written In The Stars. Ocs that were submitted to the mentioned story will be written in this story as well.

Here's chapter one of The Lion King: Lost and Found. Enjoy!

Lighting cracked against the grey skies of the Shadowlands, igniting sparks that turned into raging flames.

Prince Jesús stood on top of a hill nearby the kopje known as Priderock. He watched with fearful dark brown eyes as his thought to be dead cousin held onto the end of stretched out ledge with his father sitting in front of the son of Mufasa and Sarabi.

The pale beige lion couldn't hear the conversation between his father and Simba but was most surprised when the gold lion pounced from the ledge and pinned his father with growl that was loud enough for Jesús to hear from his spot on the hill.

"Tell them the truth!" Simba snarled loudly.

Jesús didn't know if his father responded but he couldn't dwell on that fact much because his black rimmed ears perked forward as his father spat out loudly,

"I Killed Mufasa!"

Before Jesús could comprehend what, he heard the pale beige lion was blindsided, tackled harshly to the dry ground.

Jesús rolled away from his attacker and stood to come face to face with an all too familiar dark gold, gold mane lion. "Cerberus." Jesús growled.

Rain began to pour as a greyish lioness with a dark stripe on her head walked over. She stopped and turned her grey eyes on the pale beige, black mane lion.

"Jesús," the lioness purred but her eyes held no emotion. "Join us?"

Jesús quickly glanced around before moving his dark brown eyes to the greyish lioness. "Join who? Hatari, what's going on?"

Hatari rolled her grey eyes before growling. "Your father is dead! Join us to take back what's rightfully our son's!"

Jesús gasped, he couldn't believe what he was hearing. He shook his head before looking back at his mate. "I don't understand. Why leave? Surely Simba will let us live here if we-"

Hatari laughed before she narrowed her eyes and snarled. "You are a stupid fool! I'll make this clear. Join us or die here, right now!"

Jesús wasn't sure what to do but his attention soon went towards the direction of priderock at the sound of a loud roar which means that Hatari was right, but his ears went forward as sounds of a fight broke out.

"Yes!" Hatari purred. "Zira got him!"

Quickly Jesús realized what was happening and to say the least, he wasn't happy with any of it.

Cerberus sensing that the pale beige lion wasn't going to join them, grinned before hitting the younger lion across the face. Knocking Jesús harshly to the ground.

Cerberus laughed at his lover's mate. "I see why Hatari came to me. You're weak, let's hope Kovu isn't like his father."

At a roar close by, Hatari nuzzled the dark gold lion. "Take care of him."

Without a glance back at her heartbroken mate, the greyish lioness ran off.

Cerberus grinned. "My pleasure, my love." before striking Jesús again. With a cruel laugh, Cerberus struck the pale beige lion again. "Now get up and fight!"

Jesús began to rise to only fall back down from another hit from Cerberus.

"You're pathetic." Cerberus spat, spit flying from his muzzle landing on Jesús's bruised face. "You know? I can't wait to get back to your beloved Hatari. Show her a real lion ... again!"

Jesús growled, teeth bared and claws digging out. "Leave my mate out of your disgusting mouth!"

"Oh really?" Cerberus laughed before striking Jesús again. "Because at the moment Hatari is mine!"

Jesús snarled as he weakly stood just as Cerberus lunged towards him, his claws extended and his fangs showing.

Jesús barely dodged the dark gold lion's lunge but had to quickly regain his footing as his paws slid in the slippery mud.

Jesús turned and swung his claws at Cerberus, catching him on his already jagged thin brownish rimmed ear. Before he could retaliate, Jesús was out of reach and crouched low again.

Blood flowed from Cerberus's ripped ear down his scarred face. He lunged again, and this time Jesús was not fast enough to get away. Jesús's claws caught the dark gold lion's tan chest, causing the two to tumble backwards.

Cerberus swung out a massive paw and caught Jesús on the side, while the dark gold lion raked his claws down the pale beige lion's flank.

Cerberus used his strong back legs to flip Scar's son over his head.

Jesús, now feeling the weight of the battle and his previous torture, hit the ground with a grunt and struggled to push his self to his paws in the slick terrain. He rolled onto his stomach and crouched low; his dark brown eyes narrowed in determination.

Jesús could feel the warmth of blood running down his side. Cerberus laughed as he shot forward, catching the prince off guard, and sunk his teeth into Jesús's bruised and bleeding shoulder.

Causing Jesús to roar in pain and slammed his paw into the side of Cerberus's head as hard as he could.

But Cerberus pulled back, dazed from his older lion's quick movements and his own tiredness, Cerberus took the opportunity, and jumped forward. Catching Jesús's chest under his paws and they went rolling backwards.

Cerberus's claws pressed into his throat, as the dark gold lion pinned the younger male. Both of their breaths coming out in uneven gasps.

Just as Cerberus raised his paw to end the lion under him. He was tackled and tossed across the ground.

As for Jesús, he saw a pair of brown eyes before succumbing to the steady approaching darkness.
