May 10th
Harry was pissed off in the past twenty-four hours he watched his friend be murdered, witnessed the rebirth of Voldemort, been tortured, called a liar and watched the so-called good headmaster force his godfather to leave him in the hospital after the hell he just went through. Harry starting thinking 'why the hell does everyone do exactly what he says? No questions asked. Why do I take HIM at his word for it? That is not normal. I need to find out why. I am sick of this putting my life on the line. I never used to act so stupid but it seems as soon as I arrived here I have been constantly acting rash and not thinking things through. It is time to leave before I end up dead. Dumbledore looked a little too pleased that Voldemort is back, let alone that Fudge is calling me a liar and he didn't offer to use memories.'
To top it off both Ron and Hermione now seemed to watch his every move even though he was still in the hospital. They stayed with him every moment he was awake. Including eating with him in the hospital. Ron went as far as following him into the restroom. He knew one or the other was reporting everything he said and did to Dumbledore. Looking in the mirror of the bathroom as he washed his hands with Ron right behind him, he decided it was time to use his cunning to survive and escape the headmaster and the Dursleys.
Waiting till everyone was asleep Harry carefully snuck out of the bed into the bathroom quietly calling Dobby. "the great Harry Potter call for Dobby?" "Yes Dobby, shh please keep your voice down, I was wanting to know if you would like to come work for me?" Harry said as he bent down to talk to Dobby. "Dobby would be honored Harry Potter sir, but would Harry Potter sir consider bonding Dobby to him?" Dobby said bouncing up and down clapping his hands. "If you would rather be bonded to me then I would be happy to have you as my friend and personal elf. How do I bond you to me?" "You just repeat after me master Harry Potter." Dobby said Harry repeated the phrase to bond Dobby to him after the process Harry smiled and said "okay Dobby first off no punishing yourself if you feel you did something that warrants punishing you come and talk to me, and we will decide a punishment together. Got it?"
"Yes, master Harry Potter sir." Dobby said eagerly "Okay Dobby I need to get to Library to find a potions book in the restricted section that has a potion to gain knowledge from a book and instant recall by touching the book you wish to gain the knowledge from. However, the headmaster has Ron and Hermione watching my every move I want to know if you could get the book for me or use some way to keep all of them from noticing me missing at all? Also, is there a way to find out if I have any spells or potions in me?" Harry asked "Dobby could get you the book if Dobby knows the book name however Dobby can't brew potions but Dobby can take the form of master Harry Potter and make the shadows think they are with you and with never notice something is up. Dobby cans tell that you do have spells and potions on you to make you obey headmaster whiskers. The Goblins will be able to remove the spells and potions there is potions that do it for you but Dobby not knows where to find the books to brew those potions." Dobby said with his ears drooping a bit.
"Thank you, Dobby, the book is called Master Potions apprentice Master grade. I will look to see if I can find those potions in that book as well. Could you give the goblins a message to meet with a healer?" Harry asked as he started thinking things he needed to get done.
"Yes, Master Harry Potter sir Dobby can quickly do that and get you the book." Dobby vanished quickly and returned to Harry with the book. "Goblins say to meet tomorrow at noon Dobby can take you or if you want to bond to Winky she can take you and Dobby will pretends to be yous." Dobby said while jumping around.
"If Winky wants to bond to me then I will bond with her since it will help with my future plans as well as tomorrow." Harry said while nodding his head in satisfaction.
"Dobby will go gets Winky now." Dobby disappeared and showed back up with Winky in less then a minute later. After talking with Winky and Dobby about the coming plans Harry went to bed Happy.
May 11th
Harry entered the bank with Winky and spoke to Griphook about other things as well as seeing a healer. After asking about getting fake id's and papers as well as getting his items tested for tracking charms. Griphook helped Harry set his accounts so they were under a different name and only he could access them. Griphook suggested that he wait till after school ended for the year before getting his id's and papers all will have a completely different last name on them so no one could track him through the name Potter. Griphook set Harry up with a healer who documented all spells and potions in his system. The healer also took care of all the neglect and abuse before they removed the Horcrux in Harry's scar completely removing it. Confirming Harry's thoughts about his scar. After reading an extremely dark book inside the restricted section on blood and soul magic. 'Bet Dumbledore knew about that. I wonder why the school nurse never did anything about my neglect and signs of abuse.' Harry was going to be given a certified copy of the papers that documented everything when he returned after school ended. The healer also suggested when he returned they give him an eye correcting potion. But they wouldn't be able to give it to him today as it would cause a bad reaction to the purging potion in his system. Returning to the room of Requirement Harry had arranged with Dobby to act like him till the night before they were to leave for the train.
May 11-18th
Over the next week Harry hid in the Room of Requirements and brewed the potions that he wanted to help him blend in the muggle world. When he finally finished the potion, he quickly downed it grimacing at the taste he decided to test the effect of the potion and grabbed Fred's Potion book and Hermione's Arithmancy book. Gaining knowledge of both the Potions and Arithmancy he smirked and picked up the advance charms and transfiguration books.
He then downed the instant recall and felt dizzy for a few minutes while forgotten memories rushed forward. Lily spinning him in her arms, James taking him on the broom. Sirius singing to him strumming a guitar. Remus playing with him. Sirius making an unbreakable vow to James that he would protect them with his life. Dumbledore putting Peter as the secret keeper. The attack on Halloween. Dumbledore casting a spell at Sirius before removing the memory from Hagrid, Dumbledore casting a spell on him. Finally, the wave of memories ended. Harry was pissed at one of the memories that he recovered from earlier this year. He was emancipated after his name came out of the goblet of fire. Dumbledore removed that memory telling him as his magical guardian Harry had no choice but return to the Dursleys. Calling Winky Harry had her help him remove copies of his memories placing them in tubes and numbering them in order to be viewed. He then wrote a letter to Madam Bones the head of the DMLE and a letter to Padfoot. Having Winky hold on to them until the day he leaves Britton.
Harry put some of his new skills to the test by having the room recreate all the books in the restricted section of the library. Harry thought there was more books in this version of the restricted section then what he remembered. But shrugged it off. By eleven thirty the night before the train left to return them home for the summer he was done. Harry had Winky grab his backpack so he could charm it without anyone noticing it. He used a charm to make an undetectable expansion charm and feather light charm as well as muggle repelling to prevent any muggles weather it was the Dursleys or any other muggles. Placing his firebolt, invisibility cloak, photo album and key to his vault. Waiting till everyone was asleep Harry switched back with Dobby and thanked him.
May 19th
The train ride was mostly uneventful expect Draco making his normal visit and Harry hitting him with a curse that would drain his magic whenever he was exposed to dark magic. Not that Hermione or anyone else was able to figure out what Harry did he claimed it was a jelly legs hex, and Ginny's bat bogey hex must have a unusual combination. Harry noticed that Hermione was writing a letter not long afterwards. Harry left to use the toilet and had Dobby make the three in his car fall asleep and removed their memories of the attack on Draco, Harry looked at the letter Hermione was writing it was to Dumbledore informing him that Harry used a non-passive attack on Draco that with the Malfoy family being dark Draco will end up dead before he hits his sixth year if he is lucky. Harry destroyed the paper and put a book on Hermione's lap and fixed Ron and Ginny as if they fell asleep before setting back and enjoying the rest of the ride in peace. Deciding to ask Dobby about time turners he called Dobby again and had him bring a time turner. Placing the chain around his neck Harry carefully made sure the whole necklace was covered.
Once in the Dursley home, Harry asked Dobby to ensure no magical can hear anything in the house. Dobby went one further and made sure no one magical could come in for the next week but Harry. Harry smiled and went back downstairs to talk to the Dursley's, taking a deep breath Harry calmly offered to make them a deal that would benefit them all in the long run. "You don't want me here and I want to leave as well. Agree to take me to three different places tomorrow and I will give you five hundred pounds at the end of the day." Harry said calmly
"How would you be able to give us that amount of money boy." Vernon snared "Simple the Potters in my world are extremely rich. I would have to take some of the money from my world and turn it in to your money at my bank but that is no problem." "Then why haven't we gotten any money from taking care of you before now?" Vernon was pissed hearing that Harry had money and he wasn't given any. "Because Dumbledore illegally kidnapped me from the people that I was supposed to go to and had them killed or illegally arrested so he could take the money for himself. I'll tell you what, if I succeed in getting out of this country, I will send you what I think would be a fair amount from what you spent on me to cover past expenses. I will even be nice and add a bonus in the five hundred pounds I give you tomorrow if you take me to the airport on the day, I tell you tomorrow. Oh, I also will be willing to give you gas money on both occasions and even lunch if I am treated polity tomorrow." Harry smiled knowing the Dursleys would not pass up an opportunity to get their greedy hands on such a high amount. "Fine what time does the first place open?" Vernon said
"We can leave right after breakfast, which normally is eight thirty in the morning the first stop is in London I need to go to speak to the bank about getting the normal passport and identification I need. After that will be Harrold's where I will be buying a suitcase and some clothes for myself the last place is the library in central London afterwards we get back here I will tell you the day my flight leaves and give you the five hundred pounds, when you take me to the airport I will give you another two hundred pounds after my stuff is out of the car and safely heading to the plane." Harry smiled and headed upstairs to find Dobby and Hedwig waiting on him. "Okay Dobby did you get in contact with the bank?" "Yes, Harry master goblin Griphook is expecting you tomorrow at eleven thirty in the morning and he confirmed that the documents you need and requested are ready for pick up as well as the potion to fix your eyes. They can also provide miss Hedwig with a anti-tracker band that will also hide that she is a rare owl to muggles would see a very beautiful patriot that you have a breeder's permit for so airlines will ensure she is safe as well. If muggles question you bringing her, all you must do is show your permit. The goblins will tell you what to say when showing the permit." Dobby said happily. While ensuring Harry had a real good dinner of chicken mashed sweet potatoes green beans and sweet rolls that he made at Hogwarts before bringing it to Harry.
Next morning May 20th
Harry eagerly ate the blueberry pancakes bacon and eggs with toast that Dobby brought him from Hogwarts. Before dressing for the day and placing his backpack on his back while grabbing a hat to cover his scar. At exactly nine fifteen Harry left with Petunia who remained quite besides asking for names of the road she needed to get him to. Harry took off into the pub leaving Petunia at a café where he told her to enjoy a snack and drink that he shouldn't be too long.
Harry went to the bank to get his eyes fixed and papers that included passport, new id, shot records, school records, debit card that he could use anywhere including the shops here and overseas and a breeders permit with an anti-tracker band to place on Hedwig's ankle. His old accounts were now empty and all keys were recalled and anyone who had a key would think they dropped it somewhere.
After leaving with his new card and Identification papers with a passport he went in to the trunk shop. Seeing the clerk was with another customer he looked around and noticed a catalog of types of addons and trunks that could be ordered. Making note to ask different questions he continued to look at the catalog till the clerk was finished and walked towards him.
"Hello welcome to Trunks and more how can I help you this fine morning?" She said with a smile. "Good morning. I am looking for a trunk that is multi-compartment that has a library, potions lab, rune table, clothing sorter, fully functional apartment, and the basic storage compartments. I want it to be feather light and have the shrinking ability as well as anti-muggle and general notice-me-not and keyed to only me." Nodding the clerk smiled "that is easy to set up it would take about an hour to get fully put together. Did you want a one-bedroom apartment or more rooms?" "Three room apartments if possible, and the library does it auto sort all books or can I use muggle books in it?" Harry asked with a smile. "Three room apartment is no problem the library auto sorts them you can use muggle books however it can't auto sort them but you can place spelled labels such as by author or subject and the books will auto sort by author or subject if you want it set that way otherwise if you say muggle books it will show you all your muggle books." "Brilliant." Harry said with a huge grin. "Let's get you rang up and I will get that started for you. What wood colors and stone colors would you like?" "Okay. The wood color can I do an cherrywood color with green stones?" Harry asked as he handed her his new card that had his new name on it. Harry Founder. "okay that is easy to get set up do you want Jade or emeralds?" "Um emeralds. You said it would be done in an hour, I will see you then thank you."
Harry left after paying and slipped into the book shop where he carefully picked up random potion books and looked through them while he absorbed the knowledge thanks to the potion, he had used earlier that week. He did that with multiple different potion books as well as charms and defense and athermancy and runes books. He bought about twenty different books and asked they be shrink down so he could carry them easier. He then went to the potion supplies store and bought a large amount of potion ingredients and different cauldrons. Having everything stored safely he left to the clothing shop where he picked up some dragon hide boots and gloves.
Slipping in to Knock turn alley afterwards he walked to the wand shop he knew was there thanks to Griphook. Having a wand made for him from vampire fang, brown werewolf hair and dementor cloak along with his blood. He knew it was more compatible then his phoenix wand he got at Ollivanders and best of all trace free. He also slipped into a bookstore and picked up a large number of books that are restricted by the ministry. Stopping at a potion shop he picked up some rare and illegal ingredients. Going back to the trunk shop he picked up his new trunk and was thrilled to see he could shrink it to look like a trinket on a neckless. Going to a jewelry shop he bought a gold chain. Going to the inn he got a privet room for the night and went and put all his new items in the trunk.
After spending the day shopping in Diagon Alley Harry slipped into an alley put on his invisibility cloak before using the time turner turning time back to noon before heading to the café where Petunia was sitting. After eating lunch at the restaurant across the street from Hollard's before going into the large shopping center. Harry first went to get pants and boxers after ensuring the pants fit the way he wanted Harry did the same with shirts and hoodies ensuring he had different colors in all the shirts and hoodies. Grabbing socks and two new pairs of shoes. Harry looked at the suitcases before turning to his aunt, "hey Petunia in your option which suitcase style would be the type you and your family would need?" after getting the one he decided on they were heading to the checkout Harry stopped and grabbed an order form for the computer and new Gameboy and grabbed two games. the computer and Gameboy were brought up after they were paid for.
"How would Vernon like a vacation in France?" Harry asked as they were heading to the library. "It is one place he would love to go why do you ask?" Petunia answered while making a left.
"A thought occurred to me if Dumbledore has spies watching and sees that I leave but don't return with you I might not get as far as I plan before he starts to try to hunt me down to force me back. If you guys were to leave on vacation for two weeks the same day, I leave no one will know for over two weeks about me being gone. We can discuss the details at the house I won't be long in here." Harry said as he got out of the car and headed into the library.
Stopping at the educational books he quickly picked one up looked at the title before putting it back repeating the same action with all the books from kindergarten to high school, before moving on to the computer learning areas and doing the same thing. Finally, he went to one of the multiple use computers to use internet. Ordering plane tickets and printing them out was easy. Harry put the tickets in his pocket and headed out to the car.
Almost to the house Harry had Petunia pull into Dudley's favorite restaurant and went in and ordered food for all of them including soda. 'Bringing home dinner would be nice for the family and put Vernon in a better mood to listen to what I have to offer.' Harry thought to himself.
After Harry put the shopping upstairs for Dobby to watch over Harry ate with the Dursley's before saying he would like to talk to the three of them about an additional offer. "First off here is the money I promised." Harry said handing over the five hundred pounds. "Second I would like to offer you a family vacation to France the plane fare and hotel and car rental would be paid for along with one thousand Eros however anything beyond that is on you." Harry said calmly. "What's the catch?" Vernon said knowing that there had to be a reason why the boy would suddenly offer such a trip. "Simple it occurred to me if Dumbledore has spy's watching this place and they see me leave with you and not return with you then they will report it to Dumbledore and he will be trying to find out where I went and try to force me back using magic and he will probably make it so I won't be able to leave the house until he approves if he catches me. I also wouldn't put it past him to use magic to force you to do what he wants after all I bet; he has done it multiple times to you already.
However, if you go on vacation the same day, I leave no one will know for over two weeks. The catch as you call it would be you need to be ready to leave in three days." Harry said firmly. "Take tonight to think it over and let me know tomorrow morning. I would need to return to the library tomorrow to order the plane tickets for you three if you choose to take me up on the offer. Is it safe to assume you three still have valid passports?" Harry inquired.
"Yes, we still have passports from Vernon's trip when you were nine. What do you mean he has done magic before to make us do what he wants us to do?" Petunia inquired. "I have photos of me playing with Dudley with you sitting next to my mother at a park when we were babies.
However, your statements that you haven't seen my mother since she left for her last year at Hogwarts tells me someone altered your memories to make you do what they wanted. Along with the fact Dumbledore showed up here many times from the time I was dumped on you till the time I was five. You went from treating me as family to treating me as a slave after his last visit. I was forcibly moved down to the cupboard under the stairs after his last visit. I was in the room I have now, with a real bed and real furnisher. You had a lot of pictures of me that were placed in the attic after his last visit." Harry said taking note of the tears in the eyes of Petunia. While Vernon looked thoughtful Harry merely nodded before heading upstairs to shower before bed.
After Harry went to bed both Petunia and Vernon went up to the attic and looked around. They came across a chest in the far corner opening it they found the pictures Harry mentioned and more. Including adoption papers that they had filled to adopt Harry. They also found letters from Lily to Petunia and letters from James to Vernon. Petunia sat down crying while looking over the stuff.
May 21st
The next morning Petunia took Harry back to Hollard's Harry could see she was trying to think of something to say. But couldn't seem to form the words she wanted to say. Harry wanted to pick up to some computer games and Gameboy games as well as a drawing pad and colored pencils. He also picked up some more clothing. While looking at shirts Petunia stopped and looked at travel blankets and pillows. Grabbing a set she put them in the cart while leaving the electronics section Harry took notice of a dark green computer bag with a yellow triangle on it liking the color and design, he picked that up for his new computer. Petunia paid for the travel set before Harry paid for his items. "Here this will be useful on the plane and while traveling these are small enough where they won't be a hardship to carry but large enough that they will be useful when trying to sleep on the go or just to stay comfortable." She said as she handed the bag to Harry to put with his stuff. "Oh! Thank you, aunt Petunia." She smiled softly and nodded as she got in the car.
Petunia then took him to the library again where Harry went to the computers first thing and ordered the three tickets and set the hotel and car rental up as well. Printing the information and tickets out Harry decided to pick up cookbooks for all styles of cooking flipping through it and putting it back and then doing the same with art and craft books before heading out to meet Petunia.
After they got back to the house Vernon and Petunia apologize for everything both saying they were sorry they couldn't control what they did. Both saying they understood if Harry couldn't forgive them but just to know they were sorry. After Harry went to his room Petunia went and grabbed the letters and photos of Harry as a child including a family photo that had Lily and James in it as well, she gave the stuff to Harry. As well as a thick blue quilt that they had bought for Harry when he was three. Harry smiled and thanked her. Before having Dobby check over all the stuff to ensure Dumbledore didn't have anything on any of the stuff.
Vernon was out of the house most of the next day pulling a double shift to help get things set up for when he is taking his vacation. Unknown to Vernon Dobby used magic to make his boss believe that the request to take his vacation time was put in months ago.
May 24th
Two days later very early saw the four of them leaving the house to head to the airport. After checking in and getting past the security gate Harry handed Vernon the envelope with the extra two hundred pounds and the one thousand Eros. "Have a good vacation goodbye." Harry said after Vernon checked to ensure the amounts were correct. Vernon surprised Harry by pulling him in a hug and whispering "thank you, for what it is worth I am truly sorry and hope you succeed in doing what you need to do. Take care of yourself my son." Before turning and walking away. Petunia gave him a hug and kiss "take care Harry." Dudley just waved but nodded to Harry.
Harry turned and walked away heading the opposite direction as the Dursleys quickly heading into a bathroom he had Dobby check for magical's of all ages at the airport. Dobby said none were there but him. Harry arranged with Winky to bring the letters to the postal services to be sent as soon as the plane took off. He would call them both when he got to his hotel in New York. Harry quickly took off towards the gates to get to America. He had an hour before it was time to board the plane, so he sat with his notebook and pen and wrote down a todo list. Quicky grabbing out his computer he started searching the internet for a hotel in New York that would be close to the airport.
Harry settled in for the long flight. Harry spent the time writing out his plans before taking out his computer. After spending a few hours looking at information online he closed his computer and started to draw in his sketchbook. After a few hours his fingers were sore from holding the pencils, so he put his book and pencils back into the backpack before taking his Gameboy out and playing legend of Zelda. He soon realized the triangle on his computer bag was from the Zelda game. 'cool' Harry thought to himself.
Harry was surprised the seven-and-a-half-hour flight was over when they announced the plane was landing to put all tray tables in the correct position and ensure the seatbelts were on. He wasn't fond of the landing.
After ensuring he had everything Harry left the plane going down to baggage claim and grabbed his suitcase. Before heading out he asked an attendant how far the hotel was. The attendant got him a cab and helped him get his suitcase in the cab. Harry was very happy when he got checked in and into his room. He took a shower and called Dobby and Winky who brought Hedwig in. Harry had Dobby check the hotel for any magical's and had Winky take and wash the clothes he was wearing on the flight. Then asked Dobby to ensure no magic could be detected in the area by the government. After eating dinner Harry clasped on the bed and sleep the night away.
May 25th
The next morning Harry went to a store and bought hair bleach. Going shopping he got some more clothes and stopped at a department of motor vehicles to get a driver license handbook taking the test for the permit. He decided to take the actual drivers test in another state. Going back to the hotel he bleached his hair blond. Not Malfoy blond but a darker blond.
Meanwhile with Sirius. (May 24th)
Sirius was shocked to see a post owl drop a letter on his bed and leave. After checking it for curses he opened it seeing it was from Harry surprised him. Sirius sat on the bed to read it after locking his bedroom door. Spelling it so no one will notice it.
The letter read
Sirius,
By the time you get this I will be gone. I am leaving the country. I refuse to return to England to go to Hogwarts I have made a vow on my magic I will not return to Hogwarts. I know you probably don't remember but Dumbledore KNEW you were innocent he is the one who cast the charm on the house my mum and dad lived in. He cast some sort of spell on you after they were killed as well to make you let Hagrid take me. He SET YOU UP. I have proof. Anyways I decided after being forced into the tournament last year when Dumbledore could have gotten me out but refused to. I had enough I am put in danger every year nearly died every year sometime more than once. I will try to keep in touch with you, but I refuse to do anything that will risk me being caught by Dumbledore. Some advice sneak into the bank and pay the goblins to do a complete health check I bet they will be flushing loyalty potions out of you too. I love you Sirius. I wish I could have you with me Padfoot. But I can't risk my life for Dumbledore's games anymore. Tell Remus to get checked as well, I love you both.

Sirius sat on the bed staring at the letter having tears running down his face. With a new determination he stood up and went into his potions lab locking all others out he brewed the potion to tell what someone has in their system and while that was setting, he brewed the flushing potion. Checking what he had in his system he saw Harry was correct it had been in his system since the day he started Hogwarts. Swallowing the flushing potion after the sickness faded away, he realized that most likely Remus would have one in his system as well.
Sirius found Remus in the library and asked him to come to his room quick that he wanted to show Remus something. As soon as Remus was in the room Sirius locked and sealed the door preventing anyone from hearing what is going on. Before stunning Remus and spelling the flushing potion into Remus's stomach, removing the stunner so the wolf could move to the trash can. After Remus finished being sick, he glared at Sirius "what the hell did you do to me?" "Relax Moony I just gave you a flushing potion. I suspect someone slipped you something dangerous." Sirius said while sitting on the bed with the letter hidden under the pillow.
"Well I do feel a lot better. But I feel different as well. What exactly do you think was in my system?" Remus asked as he sat beside Sirius his ears picking up the sound of paper as he did so.
"I suspected that there was a slow acting poison in your system which is what made you so tired all the time along with a loyalty potion. I know I had one in my system it was suggested to me to get myself tested I brewed the potion myself and saw that I have had a loyalty potion in my system since the opening feast the year we started Hogwarts. So, I took a guess that you would have one in your system as well." Sirius said while silently thanking the fact he spelled the room so anything said in the room could not be repeated or found out by anyone else just in case he was wrong.
Remus remained quiet for a few minutes before saying "you know I think you are right. I started thinking back to some of the things that has been said and I am trying to figure out why I didn't question them then but took what was said as fact. Let me guess the potion in your system was keyed to Dumbledore?"
"Yes. I wonder how many others he has used it on. I know he used it on Harry as well as me. He most likely used it on Lilly and James as well." Sirius said honestly.
"He used it on Harry. How do you know? I agree with you he probably did but what makes you think it was used on Lily and James?" Remus said in surprise. "Harry told me he wrote me a note I will show you in a moment, as for Lily and James when they first found out Lily was pregnant both said if the war got any worst they would be leaving the country. Dumbledore said it would be disastrous if they left. I was sure after the attack on the hospital by the death eaters' just days after Harry was born, they would be gone. But they stayed and they died because of it. Also, Dumbledore was the one who cast the fidlus charm on the place he knew it was Peter that was the secret keeper I was there as well, so I know who cast the spell. He claimed to the papers and everyone else I was the secret keeper. When he knew the truth." Sirius said knowing it was the truth because now that the potion was flushed out, he was able to think back and realized who cast the spell.
"Sirius if we question Dumbledore on anything, we will either be given the potion again or killed for treason. I agree with you on he did that to Lily and James as well I know Lily that he did because she said she would never give up her muggle friends or her friendship with Snape then out of the blue she stopped talking to Snape and her muggle friends. I asked her once about why on both her response was Dumbledore said it was too dangerous to talk to them." Remus said worriedly.
Sirius nodded before pulling out Harry's letter and handing it to him. Hoping Remus would be able to read what was written as he knew someone spelled the letter.
"I want to go with him Sirius, I know you are thinking of it as well, do you have any ideas on how to get ahold of him? We need to think about it, but we should get the hell out of here before Dumbledore finds out we are free from the potion." Remus said while using his hearing to listen in on who else was in the house.
"Go to your room shut and lock your door with the sealing charm and pack your stuff check everything over for compulsion spells and tracking spells before touching it. I will do the same in here then use the Black family wards on the library and the other rooms I don't want anyone in, and we will leave tonight though the back in the basement path. I will think on how to get a hold of Harry." Sirius said while looking through a bunch of parchment on his nightstand.
Remus out of curiously looked over his shoulder to see what is on the parchment and noticed they are letters from Harry. Nodding to Sirius Remus left quickly going to his room to pack. After gathering his stuff, he realized there was a sweet fragrance with Sirius that made him wonder about if Sirius was his mate.
Amelia Bones was eating breakfast with Susan before heading to the office when an owl flew in and dropped a package before leaving. Quickly shooing Susan out of the room, she quickly started scanning the box seeing only a unbreakable charm and a secrecy charm done by house elf magic she called her elf Ember to check the box. "The house elf who charmed the box is Dobby he used to be Malfoys elf but now is Harry Potter's elf. The charm of secrecy is only so no unwanted person can read the letter written by his master." "Thank you, Ember," Amelia said while carefully opening the box after allowing Susan back in. seeing there was six bottles of memories and a letter, she opened the muggle paper and read the letter.

Please excuse the interruption of your breakfast I hope your daughter Susan isn't too mad at me. I enclosed in this box six memories of proof that what I am about to tell you is true. Sirius Black is innocent of leading Voldemort to my parents, killing Peter Pettigrew and Dumbledore knows this. Voldemort is back, how Voldemort survived the night he attacked my parents, and proof of Dumbledore ensuring I was abused by the muggles I lived with. Every year at Hogwarts Dumbledore has me go through some sort of test that has come close to killing me every year. Ask Susan if she remembers what Dumbledore announced at the opening feast our first year at Hogwarts. Ask Susan what happened to students our second year. Third year is one she most likely won't know much about, but you already know about the ministry putting dementors around the school and on the train. You also know about how I was forced to compete in the tournament this past year. What you most likely didn't know is Dumbledore could have said I could not compete and the contract would have been canceled Dumbledore said I had no choice forcing me to compete as soon as he said that I was considered the forth champion and he knew I would be forced to. Due to everything I have gone through at Hogwarts I have sworn on my magic I will no longer attend Hogwarts and will have nothing to do with Dumbledore. I am leaving the country and by the time you get this I will be gone. Please tell Susan I am sorry I never got to tell her in person but Thank you for lending me a hand during the first task by giving me the idea of summoning my broom.

Along with the letter was a copy of a bank statement of the Potter trust vault. And a certified copy of the Potter WILL. As well as a certified copy of Harry Potters medical report the goblins did.
"Susan what did Dumbledore announce at the opening feast your first year at Hogwarts?" Amelia asked after looking over the papers. "Um The corner on the third floor was out of bounds unless someone wished to die a most painful death. Why?" Susan said confused. Amelia was confused why didn't Susan send her a letter right away? "Okay and what happened to the students during your second year." "Students were being turned to stone. It started on Halloween with an attack on the caretaker's cat with a message saying the chamber of secrets has been opened enemies of the heir beware. Then was Collin Creevey and then Justin from Hufflepuff everyone was saying Harry Potter did it because he can speak to snakes then Hermione and Penny were attacked everyone stopped saying that. Then there was a new message on the wall saying her skeleton would lay in the chamber forever." Susan answered without hesitation. "Who's Skeleton?" Amelia asked almost afraid to. "The Weasley girl I think her name is Ginny." Susan said completely confused she had mentioned this information the day after they got home from the Hogwarts express. Her aunt had left for the day pissed saying she was going to strangle Dumbledore.
"Susan why didn't you tell me any of this?" Amelia asked confused Susan now looked really confused as well. "I wrote you a letter the night I got into Hufflepuff it had the weird message from Dumbledore about the third flood. You wrote and said you were going to be talking to Dumbledore. I didn't hear back from you on it. As to what happened during second year, I wrote you about the cat on Halloween and I told you about the attacks during Christmas. You said you were going to find out what in the name of merlin was going on and you left for the day when you came back you never mentioned it. I wrote you again after Harry Potter was put in the hospital wing again at the end of that year as well. Each time you acted like it was the first time you heard of it. The same with everything that happened in third year. How the dementors seemed to constantly go after Harry Potter." Susan was really upset about what had been going on. Amelia hugged her. "I am going to go down to the unspeakables office and have them check me over for being obliviated. After reading the letter from Harry Potter and what you have told me I think Dumbledore is pulling a lot of illegal shit. Finish your breakfast and go over to Hanna's." Amelia left the room to go get ready to go. Hugging Susan she left for the day.
