Standard Universe, Kiho, Mie Prefecture…
A certain Oshawott could be seen walking the streets of Kiho with a look of excitement upon his face at the sights.
"So I'm finally here…Mie Prefecture…" he said with awe.
After the battle in Onigashima…
"You think I should go to Mie Prefecture?" Oshawott asked as he stood before his longtime friend Inari.
"Yes. From what I hear, the Oshawott species of Pokemon are an ambassadorial Pokemon, meaning they're well respected among that prefecture." Inari said. "You may meet other Pokemon you could invite to your team. Plus…it would be fun to share some culture with a friend."
"I'm taking your advice, Inari. I'll see everything I can here in Mie and bring new friends back to Ginhana…sky…" he said before looking at a sign. "Umigame…Sea Turtle Park?!" he said. "I've never seen sea turtles before." he said in excitement as he took off.
He saw a statue of a sea turtle before seeing a large environmental tank full of them as he looked in happiness as he started swimming with them.
He did a few loop de loops under the water as he swam down to some planted seaweed, which he happily ate at before looking to a strange looking turtle doing the same before it took notice of him.
"Well…seems I'm not the only Pokemon taking an interest in this park." it spoke.
"Wait…are you…a Pokemon?" Oshawott asked.
"Yeah. Name's Tirtouga." the turtle said.
"I'm Oshawott." Oshawott said.
"Wait…are you THE Oshawott? The one who fought in the Onigashima war? Who cut down the 3rd greatest assassin, the Otter? Dude, you're a legend!" Tirtouga said swimming around him.
"Heh…uh thanks." Oshawott said. "Hey, interested in joining Ginhana Sky? We wouldn't mind having someone like you among us?"
"Seriously? The great Oshawott is making an offer to me? Dude…I totally accept." Tirtouga said.
"Yes! Now…let's continue this swimming with the sea turtles." Oshawott said as he and Tirtouga continued to swim with the turtles. And this was only the first stop in Oshawott's adventure.
