In the underwater kingdom of Atlantica, a little mermaid named Ariel is captivated by the world above the surface. When she falls in love with a human prince, she makes a deal with an evil sea witch to become human herself and earn his love before time runs out. But Ariel has Devon, Sora and friends to help unite the worlds of both land and sea in an adventure of fantasy and music.

It's Sora's 16th birthday and he and his friends are celebrating on Destiny Islands. A mysterious half women half octopus appears from the ocean claiming to be Ursula's sister Morgana. Sora gets hit with something thrown at him by Morgana claiming it was a present from Ursula before her death. She vanishes. Sora says he is ok to everyone until that night she starts to feel strange.

4 years after the events of Return of the Sea, Melody's life will once again change when she comes across a young pirate. Someone who will help her when an old enemy returns, but doesn't come back alone. Together, will it be enough to defeat their enemy and keep them from destroying everything they hold dear?
