SCP-001 or by public 048 is accommodated resides in a 30 meters by 30 meters (98.4252 ft. by 98.4252 ft.) room and 20 meters (65.6168 ft.) in height. A bed approximately 0f 108" x 108" inches (9' x 9' feet) that has to be durable for Naruto's [DATA EXPUNGED] activities. Includes his own bathroom, walk-in closet, recreation room, training room, kitchen and dining room that he created by warping reality in his containment cell.
Request for a personal chef has been approved as he has a personal chef by the name of Kirio Hikifune who is known to make huge amounts of food that can caused heart attacks to normal humans similar to SCP-807, which Naruto has used and not be affected by its anomalous properties.
The subject currently resides at Minimal Security Site 17. The subject is allowed to roam freely to interact with others (personnel and anomalies) at the site since despite being classified as Keter he doesn't pose a threat unless provoked.
The subject also has "relatives" classified as SCP-001-2 (Kaguya Uzumaki formerly Ōtsutsuki) and SCP-001-3 (Rias Uzumaki). SCP-001-2 or 048-2 resembles to Kaguya Ōtsutsuki from the Naruto manga while SCP-001-3 or 048-3 resembles Rias Gremory from Highschool DxD light novels while showing sometimes ten gold colored glowing fox tails as Dr. Buck stated that she knows who they are as they are thought to be based on fictional characters. However, they are real but they don't have objective of destroying the planet due to the lack of "Chakra".
Only personal with Level 4 or higher clearance and the O5 Council have the full story of Naruto's origins and on who he actually is but due to avoid causing panic to the Foundation and the planet due to being the Scarlet King.
The subject is aware of what he has done in his past life that he briefly felt remorse, especially for what he did to Sanna and his daughters.
Description
SCP-001 is a tall male humanoid with a height of 6 feet and 5 inches tall, and has spiky black hair with red tips, and has three whiskers marks on both cheeks and red eyes with slits pupils. Despite looking like an adult who is currently 19 years old as he is in fact immortal. He preferably likes to wear dark clothing and a cloak that includes a red spiral on the back signifying his clan's symbol. Wears black combat boots and black gloves to hide a sun (right hand) and moon mark (left hand) which he stated to also be birthmarks.
Despite his appearance, he is actually quite strong especially during an incident where Dr. Bright tried to disprove SCP-343 (God) by making a paperweight that even He can't lift but Naruto easily lifted it with a bare hand. He's shown very muscular despite his clothing doesn't show it.
When he was first brought into containment, he had high levels of radiation but didn't show harmful effects from it. As he grew they extracted the source of his radiation which caused his to go to hibernation for a week from taking out Kaguya and his "Imouto" Rias when he was 13 thought the subject has been secretly in contact with them since he was younger and shown that they have an interest for Naruto as Rias calls him "Onii-chan" as he doesn't mind.
Analysis of tissue samples showed that his muscles and bones are extremely dense surpassing SCP-096 that he didn't even flinched when being damaged by others unless self harmed. In addition, his cells, tissues, organs can heal extremely fast and regrow from nothing as demonstrated to rip his liver for SCP-953 or Ahri which resulted a [DATA EXPUNGED] with Kaguya and Rias for [DATA EXPUNGED] hours as SCP-953 hasn't made another containment breach and stayed on good behavior to be with Naruto that even knowing that Rias is a Tenko (Sky Fox) she didn't attacked her in any moment.
Is also shown that Naruto can kill on a celular level down to the bacterias with a touch by will similar to SCP-049 and SCP-2935. Especially when they cross tested him against SCP-682 in which the anomaly died and stayed dead for a whole week to make sure that it didn't revive itself until Naruto revived it with his Sun mark.
Note to readers is that SCP-682 never made another containment breach and Naruto stated that no more attempts to kill SCP-682 when he deducted abnormal behavior on the researchers with Naruto sensing their emotions, something which shocked 682 who doesn't consider Naruto disgusting despite looking like a human.
It's demonstrated that he is also a reality warper as his imagination is limitless, can manipulate any element in existence. Can make duplicates of himself without being tired due to having unlimited stamina in and outside his containment cell. He is very hyper adaptive that surpasses SCP-682 since he won't forget said ability he adapted to. SCP-001 is completely immune to lava, fire and lightning. High resistance to ice, acid (especially from SCP-075 and SCP-106) and even drowning. After being submerged in water for [REDACTED].
There are possibly be more abilities that the subject hasn't shown yet.
He can also created chains made of "Chakra" from various parts of his body in order to subdue and nullify other anomalies' powers as demonstrated on an incident when the chains wrapped around SCP-4885 or Find Him as it tried to enter an MTF's body by phasing a wall but failed to do so as SCP-001 then [REDACTED] SCP-4885, which resulted it being declared Neutralized.
SCP-001 can teleport anywhere he desires except for places he hasn't been or can't visualize in his mind.
SCP-001 has demonstrated psionic abilities such as reading minds, controlling them as if the things they are doing are by their own free will especially during and incident when SCP [REDACTED] and SCP [REDACTED] were shown to [REDACTED] on [DATA EXPUNGED]. He can willingly block his mind from other anomalies.
Any form of blunt force doesn't seem to affect him at all as bullets and other forms of physical trauma has little if any effect.
Is biologically immortal as shown when SCP-049 or The Plague Doctor tried to "cure" Naruto from "The Pestilence" as it failed to kill SCP-001 that 049's touched didn't killed him and gave the doctor a speech on the Hippocratic Oath as Naruto read his mind and found that 049 is an [REDACTED] like SCP [REDACTED]. This resulted 049 to finally tell about "The Pestilence" thought he has to wear special gloves as he is aware that his touch can kill humans and started to help the Foundation as a proper doctor.
Can shapeshift to perfection, which includes memories, emotions and even smell of said being especially when he transformed into SCP 106 to scare "Gustav" which has been doing for some time as if SCP-001 knows something.
Even SCP-963 has no effect on Naruto, Rias and Kaguya that it was added on the list that Dr. Bright is not allowed to do in the Foundation and it took 343 to resurrect Dr. Bright.
There is a debate if SCP-001 can actually die since they have used various Safe, Euclid and Keter SCPs that either Naruto destroyed, killed, absorbed their anomalous properties by [REDACTED] or spared them since they showed potential to help the Foundation and in turn the world.
Demonstrated extremely high intellect on online exams, battle tactics, is very persuasive due to attracting the attention of female personnel and anomalies that he even [DATA EXPUNGED] when he legally became an adult as he stopped aging when he became his prime age of 19.
He is shown to be a prodigy in every category and kept his cool as the O5 Council had approved him a scholarship for Oxford University at the age of 12 in which he with permission used his Shadow Clones to learn every course known to man especially when given various final testing to demonstrate his knowledge in multiple tasks that even with obstacles he surpassed them all by the age of 17.
SCP-001 made it extremely clear about his motives to serve the SCP Foundation on his own free will especially by killing researchers who were leaking the actual information of the anomalies for a quick buck that even scared Agent Lawrence and Agent Carson at the methods that Naruto used on the researchers.

SCP-001 has the ability to heal and regenerate himself and others. The severity doesn't even matter. It also doesn't matter how the subjects have survived said injuries. SCP-001 is shown to revive the dead when needed especially when SCP-1337 or Mary Talish was given the the opportunity to see her parents when he traveled to the year [REDACTED] to collect DNA sample of SCP-1337's parents.
SCP-001 claims that his powers came from [REDACTED] but when questioned further he stated [REDACTED].

SCP-001 is very friendly with the staff of the SCP Foundation and the prisoners (except rapists and pedophiles) as well.
SCP-001, SCP-001-2 and SCP-001-3 are granted Clearance Level [REDACTED] after an incident with SCP-[REDACTED] which resulted the termination of Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] due to a deal made with the O5 Council.

SCP-001 was sitting down at the table as Dr. Buck comes in and sits down to greet herself.
Dr. Buck: Good morning to you SCP-001, I'm-
Naruto: Amelia Buck, fellow researcher of the SCP Foundation with current Clearance Level 4. You know who I am and that's why you're placed here to interview me since you are one of the most direct and serious researchers of the SCP Foundation.
Naruto gave a foxy grin as his eyes briefly flashed.
Naruto: You can call me Naruto if you like.
Dr. Buck: I tend to not humanize SCPs for a reason SCP-001.
Naruto: You can drop the act Dr. Buck. At least call the human, humanoid and animal SCPs by their proper names since one day they can save you.
Dr. Buck: This is serious SCP-001 as I will ask questions about you.
Naruto: My name is Naruto Uzumaki Ōtsutsuki. I was born on October 10th, 1986 in my universe and I discovered my powers at the age of 5.
Dr. Buck: Thank you. On to the next. How did you came into our universe?
Naruto: Have you read about the manga that is about me?
Dr. Buck blushed since she owns the whole collection of Naruto manga and novels in secret in her home and that she is similar in a way to Naruto but not dense since she is aware that she is one of the sexiest female researchers at the Foundation second to SCP-496-J or Dr. Margaret Sawyer-Sheen and knew that Naruto's life shown in the manga was sabotaged by the very village.
Even if she doesn't show it she's giddy for Naruto since by close he is sexy and when she touched his whiskers when he was a baby it made her heart warm. However, in work hours she is a stone cold woman as her defense mechanism.
Naruto: The weird thing is that I should have had an identity crisis but never happened. All I remember when told by Rias is that Obito tried to kill me, unleashed Kurama to destroy Konoha; Minato (Naruto said with venom) beat him and stopped Kurama to seal half of her in me.
Dr. Buck: Then what happened?
Naruto: Well he used my clan's Reaper Death Seal or commonly known as the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style to seal half of Kurama but the Shinigami stopped and turned into a woman that she combined the nine Tailed Beasts with a statue along with another Tailed Beast that had ten tails and made of wood.
Dr. Buck was shocked since she knowns that the Shinigami extracted the Tailed Beasts from their hosts into the Ten Tails along with another.
Dr. Buck: And your parents?
Naruto: Never met them but my sister Rias said that our mother Kushina loved us unconditionally and was willing to die for us. Does that answer your question?
Dr. Buck: One last question before we finish.
Are you aware of the Scarlet King?
Naruto sighs because he sometimes hated his past. So he snapped his fingers as a barrier surrounded them so that no one can hear or see anything suspicious as the cameras shows a normal setting.
Naruto: I'm not just aware of the Scarlet King as I am him but I preferred to be called Naruto. Also, I will not destroy the planet, as I want to protect it not from the anomalies but from themselves.
Dr. Buck: What do you mean by that?
Naruto: Remember the cross test between me and Setsuna to see if she can be destroyed?
Dr. Buck: SCP-682. I remember that day that I lost my cool back then.
Naruto: I told her the purpose of the SCP Foundation and they weren't killing her because they hated her but because people are compelled to kill her similar to Abby.
I even explained her about the Global Occult Coalition, Chaos Insurgency and Marshall, Carter & Dark, Ltd. in which they destroy unreasonably all anomalies they encounter for the "good" of the world, used them for their own gain that when they have what they want they will throw them down the curve or sell them as if they were mindless objects that can be bought and forgotten.
Even if the Foundation are using SCPs against other anomalies as it is to weed out the ones that are dangerous and irredeemable towards the multiverse.
That's why Setsuna hasn't escaped since then as there is a reason with the Foundation "Secures, Contains and Protect" anomalies.
Ever since the incident Setsuna or SCP-682 has become more cooperative since she isn't slowly being melted in a tank full of hydrochloric acid.
Dr. Buck: We may be cold, but not cruel.
Buck repeated the words that she memorized by heart.
Naruto: That's why we protect them, not torture them. Not kill them, unless we have no choice.
Setsuna was like that because of her being my daughter through a ritual since she was born from a human female and thought she was a defective child that never had any love just as I nearly did if it weren't because the Shinigami saw potential in me.
