Zack walks into The Max.
"It has been a week now since the school's most scandalous topic made headlines on the front page of the school's newspaper. After Screech gave me his blessing to date Lisa; Lisa and I went on our first date, and ever since then, we have been happily dating."
An excited Lisa walks in with a notebook in hand, and as Zack leaned towards her for a kiss, she completely and obviously disregards and walks right to the gang's table. Zack felt a bit slighted by that but he quickly brushed it off and walked to the table as well. Before sliding into the booth, Zack touches Lisa's lower back to get her attention, and she follows him into the booth.
"Guys, I have some exciting news!" Lisa squealed.
"Oh let me guess, there's a huge sale going on right now at the mall." Slater snickered.
"You're actually right about that, but that's not what I came here for." Lisa playfully threw a fry at him.
"I came here because do you guys remember at the beginning of the year where we all voted where we wanted to go for the senior class trip?"
"Oh yeah, I remember that! We had to choose between San Francisco, Mexico, or the Caribbean." Kelly gushed.
"Well, as president of the senior planning committee, I was the first one to know where we will be going!" Lisa jumped in excitement.
The group of friends looked at each other in joy and enthusiasm then turned to look at Lisa with anticipation glowing on their faces.
"So, where will it be?" Jessie pressured as if her patience left her body.
"We're going to...FLORIDA!"
"FLORIDA!?" They repeated back, confused.
"Yes, we would land in Florida and then take a cruise to the Caribbean from there," Lisa explained.
All were happy and pleased with the news except for Screech who was really counting on going to San Francisco.
"Aw, man. I was planning on visiting this really cool science museum there." Screech sulked.
"Oh come on, Screech. You can visit San Francisco any time you like, but how often do you get to travel outside the country?" Zack tried to reason with him.
"I guess you're right." Screech formed an accepting smile.
"Ooh, I wonder what kind of clothes I should bring!" Kelly exclaimed.
"Honey, I have a whole section in my closet dedicated to places like that," Lisa commented which made the entire table laugh.
In all honesty, Zack was excited for the big trip to the Caribbean, on a cruise, with his new girlfriend. He really likes Lisa and could see himself falling for her despite it only being a week, but he knows that there is something there between them and that something just feels right.
"Well, all I know is that I would be spending that time on a nice, white-sanded beach with tropical music playing and free drinks and most importantly, with this lovely girl right beside me." Zack smiles at Lisa before pulling her close to him.
Lisa hesitated a bit as Zack pulled her in, but he didn't notice it.
Kelly and Jessie awed at the cute new couple.
"This trip sounds great and all, especially having fun with the Caribbean babes, but where on earth did Bayside get the money for this kind of trip?" Slater asked, puzzled.
"I'm sure the school has been saving money from all of the fundraisers we have done for the senior class," Jessie explained.
"Yup." Lisa nodded in agreement. "Those events had really paid off."
The group of friends were all ready to head home and leave The Max.
Lisa was heading off too until Zack stopped her.
"I was wondering if you are available tonight at 8?" Zack asks.
"Oh eight, yeah, why?"
"So that we can watch movies at my place and get fat by eating a bunch of junk food." Zack flashed a playful and hopeful grin.
"Ok, I'll be there." She agreed.
"But the movies better be good." Lisa pointed as a whimsical smile formed on her face.
