The skies were filled with blood, and children screamed, begging to live.

"Danzo put the charka of the kyubbi in Menma and the soul into Naruto." Minato command

The one-eyed man nodded. "God of Death, hear my command; separate charka and soul; in return, I give you my soul, my dreams, everything."

A portal opened, and coming through was Death itself: "HAHAHAHA fine Mortal, I will do your bidding." A hand was thrust through Danzo, and with this, the 9-tails charka was ripped from its soul, the sky returned to its Sea blue

"He did it we're saved" a random villager said the village cheered, tsunade summoned her slugs healing all who were injured

"This is gonna take forever, huh jiraiya" she said looking at her toad friend

"Yea but we gotta let Minato and Kushina rest they used to much charka" he said

the two legendary sannin smiled at each other they summoned everything in there Arsenal

~2 week's later~

an anbu member body flicker to sarutobi compound knocking on the door she could hear a very angry Hiruzen at the door

"it's 3 in the morning what could you possibly what" a tired old man said

"Apologies Lord 3rd but I have been requested by Lord 4th to summon you" she said softly

Hiruzen scratched his head *for what reason does Minato need me*

"Tell him I'll be there in a second"

She body flicked away leaving blossom leaves in her wake

~at the hokage's office~

hiruzen looked around the office bus memories of this place flying all around from his first mission to the day he became hokage now it's all over he looked at minato his successor the man who less this pla-

"I putting Naruto in the adoption center" he said his eyes trained on Hiruzen

silence, slience fell no one moved or even spoke but then there was rage

" what??? " an angry hiruzen said

"let me explain I have a good reason"

"listen after the fight with the kyubbi when I awoke at the hospital I went to see Menma and Naruto"

minato held Menma hugging him closely he looked around and found kushina she was crying near Naruto crib

"Why are you crying my love" minato said speaking softly

kushina stopped crying she pointed at the crying Naruto

"naruto his eyes there... there like the kyubbi's" she said tears running down her face

"you see when we spilt kurma into 2 it effect Naruto more then I possibly could have imagined" minato said

he disappeared for a second when he returned he placed a crying Naruto into a basket placing it on the table

"Me and kushina agree that Naruto might be a threat so we're going to leave him in your care"

hiruzen grabbed minato shirt slamming him into a wall causing a crack to appear

"So what you plan to just leave him behind what will you do after huh"

"we're going to train him to control the kyubbi's charka we're done here goodbye" he said preparing to leave

"Just get out, GET OUT GOD DAMMIT"

minato left hiruzen summoned an anbu to hold Naruto while he destroys everything

"How dare you minato, how dare you him" hiruzen said spamming a chair again the wall

he stopped when Naruto began to cry sticking his hand out, he grabbed the child holding him in his arm's

"I swear to the sage that I will always care for you no matter what" he said singing the boy to sleep
